*** During the two-year Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip (October 7, 2023-October 13, 2025), world governments were either active participant and accomplices of the genocide, or watched passively, without taking any actions to Stop it. *** 9 Palestinians were killed, 19 were injured by the Israeli occupation forces, which brings the death toll in the Gaza Strip to 72,095 and the injuries to 171,784 by February 28, 2026 *** Note about the number of Palestinians, who were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces in the Wet Bank: The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, the Palestinian Prisoner's Society (PPS), and Al-Dhameer Association for Human Rights stated in a report issued Sunday that the total number of kidnappings of Palestinians in the West Bank, since the start of the ongoing genocide in Gaza, has risen to more than 18,500, including over 570 women and about 1,500 children. Source: Palestine Information Center, August 10, 2025. *** Note About the Missing Palestinians in the Gaza Strip: On February 26, 2025, the Palestinian Center for Political and Development Studies announced that the number of the missing in the Gaza Strip has exceeded 14,000 people, including 2,000-3,000 held in Israeli occupation prisons, without releasing any information on their fate. *** ***
*** *** ý Impacts and Aspects of the Israeli Genocidal War on the Gaza Strip*** Israeli airstrikes target southern Lebanon in new ceasefire breach Saturday 28-February-2026 BEIRUT, (PIC) Israeli army carried out a series of airstrikes on towns in southern Lebanon on Saturday, marking a new violation of the ceasefire agreement signed between Lebanon and Israel. Lebanese sources reported that Israeli raids struck Wadi Barghaz, the town of Sajd and the outskirts of Blat in the Marji'yoon district. Two additional airstrikes targeted areas around the town of El-Sareeri in the south. Lebanese media outlets said Israeli warplanes also launched multiple strikes on the highlands of Iqleem El-Tuffa'h. Al-Manar TV reported that Israeli quadcopter drones dropped explosive devices for the third time in the town of Markaba. Meanwhile, the Israeli army claimed it had targeted “Hezbollah infrastructure” in southern Lebanon, saying in a brief statement that its air force was conducting strikes against what it described as Hezbollah sites. The attacks come amid continued Israeli violations of the ceasefire that took effect in November 2024. Since then, Israel has carried out intermittent strikes in southern Lebanon and continues to occupy several Lebanese hilltops seized during the last war, in addition to other areas it has held for decades. Israel’s assault on Lebanon, which began in October 2023 and escalated into full-scale war in September 2024, killed more than 4,000 people and injured around 17,000 before a ceasefire was reached. *** 'Hamas: Israeli targeting of police personnel is serious violation Friday 27-February-2026 GAZA, (PIC) 'Hazim Qasim, spokesperson for the Hamas Movement, said that Israel’s escalation of killings and attacks in the Gaza Strip, including the latest strikes targeting police posts that resulted in the killing of several officers, constitutes a serious and blatant violation carried out under false pretexts. In a statement on Friday, Qasim said the escalation against the Palestinian people demonstrates that the “criminal enemy” is disregarding all efforts to maintain calm in Gaza and continues to ignore calls for maintaining the ceasefire. In the early hours of Friday, four people, including police officers, were killed and others injured when Israeli strikes targeted two Palestinian police posts in Khan Younus and El-Buraij refugee camp in central Gaza. The attacks are part of ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement reached in October 2025. According to the Gaza Ministry of Health’s daily report issued Thursday, Israeli violations since the October 2025 ceasefire have left 618 killed and 1,663 injured. *** ****** Gaza: Death toll climbs to 72,095 martyrs Saturday 28-February-2026 GAZA, (PIC) The death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, which started on October 7, 2023, has surged to 72,095 martyrs, according to the health ministry on Saturday morning. The ministry added that the total number of the wounded also surged to 171,784 people. In its daily report, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said that hospitals received nine civilian bodies, and 19 wounded people over the past 48 hours. Since the ceasefire agreement took effect on October 10, 2025, at least 628 Palestinians have been killed, and 1,686 others have been injured. *** Seven Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks in Gaza Strip Friday 27-February-2026 GAZA, (PIC) One civilian was killed and three others injured on Friday evening after an Israeli strike targeted a tent sheltering displaced people in Khan Younus refugee camp, southern Gaza, bringing the total number of today’s victims to seven. Local sources reported that Iyad Rahib El-'Attal, 37, died shortly after suffering serious wounds. others were also wounded in the Israeli airstrike on Khan Younus camp. Earlier, A'hmad Sa'd Ismail Ghabn, 36, died from injuries sustained after being shot by Israeli forces in Bait Lahya, northern Gaza. 'Husam 'Hasan Abu Khousa, 43, was also killed by Israeli gunfire in the El-'Atatra area of Bait Lahya. *** Four Palestinians killed in two Israeli attacks in Khan Younus, El-Buraij Friday 27-February-2026 GAZA, (PIC) An Israeli airstrike early Friday killed four Palestinians, including police personnel, and injured others to varying degrees after targeting two Palestinian police posts in Khan Younus in the southern Gaza Strip and El-Buraij refugee camp in central Gaza. The attack comes amid ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement reached in October 2025. Three people were killed, and others were wounded when an Israeli drone struck a Palestinian police post at the El-Maslakh junction, west of Khan Younus. The injured and the victims’ bodies were transferred to Nasir Medical Complex in Khan Younus for treatment and necessary medical procedures. A similar strike targeted a police post in El-Buraij refugee camp, killing one police officer and critically injuring another. The Ministry of Interior confirmed that Israeli aircraft struck a police checkpoint on Sala'huddeen Street at the entrance to El-Buraij refugee camp, resulting in one fatality and a critically injured officer. Earlier on Thursday, three Palestinians were also killed and others were injured in an Israeli strike that targeted a group of civilians near El-Ma'hatta Park in El-Tuffa'h neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City. According to the daily report issued Thursday by Gaza’s Ministry of Health, Israeli violations since the ceasefire began in October 2025 have left 618 killed and 1,663 injured. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý IOFs raid homes, kidnap Palestinians in the West Bank Saturday 28-February-2026 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) stormed different West Bank areas, raiding homes and kidnaping a number of Palestinian citizens last night and at dawn Saturday. According to local sources, the IOFs stormed the town of Ya’bad, south of Jenin, while young men threw homemade bombs at military vehicles in the town of Silat El-'Harithiya, west of the city. Israeli forces also stormed the town of Qaffeen, north of Toulkarm, and ransacked a house. In Bethlehem, Israeli forces stormed the town of Bait Jala and kidnaped two young men after intercepting their vehicle. The IOFs also stormed Baqa El-Sharqiya, north of Toulkarm, and raided a house in the town of Zaita. A young man was reportedly taken prisoner following an IOFs raid on his home in Toulkarm’s Dthinnabah suburb. The IOFs also stormed other areas of the West Bank and raided several homes, with no reported arrests. *** IOFs carry out violent raids, arrest campaign across the West Bank Friday 27-February-2026 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) carried out a series of coordinated raids early Friday across multiple areas in the West Bank, storming homes, conducting searches, and detaining several young men. In the town of Dair El-Ghusoon, north of Tulkarem, five young men were arrested after Israeli forces raided their homes. In Jenin, the Israeli occupation soldiers assaulted several young men after stopping their vehicle in the Wadi 'Izzuddeen area. The incident coincided with a raid on a residential building in the German neighborhood of the city, although no arrests were reported. In the Bethlehem governorate, southern West Bank, the IOFs arrested a Palestinian from 'Ayda refugee camp after raiding his family home for several hours. The IOF troops have continued to escalate daily raids and arrest campaigns across towns and cities in the West Bank, often involving home invasions, searches, and property destruction. The IOFs operations target various groups, including minors, the injured, and workers inside Israel. According to official Palestinian data, more than 9,300 Palestinians are currently held in Israeli prisons, including 66 women and 350 children, under what are described as harsh detention conditions. Meanwhile, two teenage boys were shot by Israeli forces on Thursday evening near the El-Mazra’a El-Sharqiya junction, north of Ramallah. Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli soldiers opened fire on two 14-year-old boys from the town of Silwad, wounding one in the chest. His condition was described as critical, while the other sustained moderate injuries. Both were transferred to the hospital for treatment. *** Israeli demolition of 312 Palestinian structures, hundreds displaced in the West Bank amidst a wide wave of settler attacks at the start of 2026 Friday 27-February-2026 WEST BANK, (PIC) The first weeks of 2026 witnessed a notable escalation in Israeli demolition policies and attacks in the West Bank, represented by an increased pace of demolishing Palestinian homes and facilities, in parallel with an escalation in settler terrorism, which resulted in the displacement of hundreds of Palestinians and the injury of dozens, within a context of entrenched systematic pressure on the Palestinian presence, especially in areas classified as C. The Jerusalem Legal Aid and Human Rights Center said in a statement on Thursday that it is closely monitoring with deep concern the ongoing Israeli escalation in Area C, which constitutes about 60 percent of the area of the West Bank and is under full Israeli control, warning of its coincidence with a sharp rise in settler attacks against Palestinian communities. Based on documented data from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, the center indicated that the Israeli occupation authorities have demolished, since the beginning of the year until 18 February, a total of 312 residential and agricultural structures in the West Bank, causing harm to about 21,000 citizens, including displaced persons and those directly or indirectly affected. The statement addressed the noticeable escalation in settler terrorism, explaining that 86 settler attacks were recorded during the period between 16 and 23 February alone, targeting 60 Palestinian communities. These attacks resulted in the displacement of 186 citizens and the injury of 64 others, some of them by live ammunition, in addition to the burning of 39 vehicles and the uprooting of about 800 olive trees. The center described these figures as alarming, considering that they reflect an accelerating pattern of violations targeting Palestinians and their property, in the absence of any real accountability. It affirmed that demolition operations and attacks constitute a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and the Fourth Geneva Convention, which prohibit an occupying power from destroying private property or displacing protected residents, except in cases of absolute military necessity. The statement clarified that Israeli policies are based on targeting Palestinian homes, facilities, and infrastructure, and imposing strict restrictions on construction in areas classified as C, in contrast to wide facilities granted to settlements and settlement outposts, which deepens the legal and practical gap between the population living under occupation and settlers. The center pointed out that settler attacks are not limited to material vandalism, but also include physical assaults on residents and preventing shepherds and farmers from accessing their lands, amid what it described as deliberate negligence by the occupation authorities in providing protection to Palestinian civilians or holding perpetrators accountable. It noted that the continuation of these policies effectively leads to near weekly forced displacement in Area C, serving settlement expansion and the reshaping of the demographic and geographic reality in the West Bank. The Jerusalem Legal Aid and Human Rights Center called on the international community, and the High Contracting Parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention, to assume their legal and moral responsibilities, and to pressure Israel to stop demolition and displacement operations, ensure the protection of Palestinian civilians, hold those responsible for violations accountable, and provide legal and humanitarian support to Palestinian human rights institutions working to document and pursue these crimes. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinian homes in Nablus, Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) Friday 27-February-2026 WEST BANK, (PIC) Several towns across the West Bank witnessed a new escalation in attacks by the illegal Israeli settlers on Friday, resulting in injuries and widespread property damage. In the town of Jalood, south of Nablus, a number of residents sustained bruises while attempting to confront settlers who attacked the outskirts of the town. Settlers set fire to a storage facility and a vehicle belonging to resident 'Imad 'Hammood, causing a blaze that was later brought under control. Four additional homes were also damaged. Settlers also threw stones at several houses, shattering windows. Additionally, two foreign activists were injured in a settler attack in the Ras El-'Ain area of Qusra village, south of Nablus. Local sources reported that settlers assaulted the activists, who were present in solidarity with local residents. In the village of Al-Minya, southeast of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), settlers broke into residents’ homes, while others plowed land in the village of Qaryoot, near Nablus, after seizing control of it. The attacks come as part of ongoing campaigns carried out by settlers under Israeli military protection. Meanwhile, clashes broke out Friday evening between Palestinian youths and Israeli forces in the town of Tuqu’, southeast of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), amid the rising wave of settler violence across the West Bank, particularly in the Nablus area. Israeli soldiers fired tear gas at the youths during the clashes and deployed within the town, though no injuries were reported. Israeli forces also raided the towns of Al-Khader, southwest of Bethlehem, and Za’tara, east of the city, positioning themselves near the central mosque without reports of home raids or arrests. In another incident, settlers attacked foreign activists in Khirbet Al-Marajim, near the village of Duma southeast of Nablus and in Qusra village in southern Nablus, spraying them with pepper spray and beating them. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** UN Rapporteur: Israel uses water as weapon of war in Gaza Friday 27-February-2026 GAZA, (PIC) UN Special Rapporteur on the human rights to safe drinking water, Pedro Arrojo-Agudo, has warned that the Gaza Strip is facing an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe due to the widespread destruction of water infrastructure, stressing that the crisis has moved beyond scarcity to a near-total lack of safe drinking water. In an interview with Al Jazeera Mubashir, Arrojo-Agudo said that Israeli forces are using water as a weapon of war, in clear violation of international humanitarian law. He noted that approximately 90% of Gaza’s water desalination and treatment facilities have been destroyed or directly targeted during the conflict. He added that, even four months after the ceasefire, adequate water supply to the Strip has not resumed, and severe shortages of potable water persist. International institutions and NGOs continue to face significant restrictions that hinder their ability to provide even minimal levels of water and food, particularly amid the destruction of wells and water storage facilities, leaving what remains sufficient only for a few thousand residents. According to Arrojo-Agudo, access to safe drinking water has dropped to just 10% of pre-war levels. He also highlighted that damaged water treatment plants have not yet been repaired, leading to the spread of contaminated water and serious health consequences, especially for children and the elderly. He emphasized that the issue is not merely water scarcity but the absence of safe drinking water, warning of the spread of disease and describing the situation as a systematic use of water as a weapon against Palestinian civilians. The UN expert said his findings align with reports from human rights organizations, including Human Rights Watch and Oxfam, which have similarly concluded that Israel is using water as a weapon of war in Gaza, an act prohibited under international humanitarian law. Arrojo-Agudo also noted his participation, alongside the UN Special Rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territory, in preparing a report on Gaza’s reconstruction, which found that 92% of infrastructure requires rebuilding, including water and sanitation systems. He described the scale of destruction as exceeding that seen in other conflicts. He stressed that any reconstruction efforts must be grounded in international law and humanitarian principles, rather than investment or commercial interests, referencing a July 2024 International Court of Justice ruling calling for an end to the Israeli occupation, later reaffirmed by the UN General Assembly in September. The rapporteur called for the immediate implementation of humanitarian agreements signed in Sharm El-Shaikh, including the entry of aid and essential services through all crossings, particularly Rafa'h, and the full restoration of desalination and water treatment plants, with guarantees against future targeting. He emphasized that restoring access to safe drinking water is a fundamental first step toward restoring life and dignity in Gaza after months of suffering. Separately, Gaza’s Petroleum Authority confirmed on Thursday that no cooking gas shipments entered the Strip that day, further deepening an already severe fuel crisis. The authority said that Israeli authorities did not permit the entry of any gas trucks, worsening supply shortages for residents. Current levels of cooking gas entering Gaza meet only about 20% of monthly needs, according to official data, exacerbating daily hardships for the population. Since the ceasefire took effect in October 2025, Israeli forces have killed 648 Palestinians, including 198 children and 85 women, and injured 1,662 others in repeated violations. Since October 7, 2023, more than 72,000 Palestinians have been killed, around 172,000 injured, and over 8,000 reported missing. Approximately 90% of civilian infrastructure has been destroyed, with reconstruction costs estimated by the United Nations at around $70 billion. *** =============================================================================================================================== ÈöÓúãö Çááåö ÇáÑøóÍúãóÜٰäö ÇáÑøóÍöíãö "ãöäú ÃóÌúáö Ðóٰáößó ßóÊóÈúäóÇ Úóáóìٰ Èóäöí ÅöÓúÑóÇÆöíáó Ãóäøóåõ ãóäú ÞóÊóáó äóÝúÓðÇ ÈöÛóíúÑö äóÝúÓò Ãóæú ÝóÓóÇÏò Ýöí ÇáúÃóÑúÖö ÝóßóÃóäøóãóÇ ÞóÊóáó ÇáäøóÇÓó ÌóãöíÚðÇ" (ÇáúãóÇÆöÏóÉõ ¡ 5: 32). In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise comes, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.
