*** During the two-year Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip (October 7, 2023-October 13, 2025), world governments were either active participant and accomplices of the genocide, or watched passively, without taking any actions to Stop it. *** The Israeli Occupation Regime Continues to Refuse Entry of Tents, Reconstruction Materials, and Heavy Equipment, Deepening the Suffering of the Palestinian People in Gaza January 4-5, 2026 *** 3 Palestinians Killed, 18 Injured, Which Brings the Death Toll of Israeli Genocidal War on the Gaza Strip to 71,384 and the Injuries to 171,251, by January 4, 2025 *** Note about the number of Palestinians, who were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces in the Wet Bank: The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, the Palestinian Prisoner's Society (PPS), and Al-Dhameer Association for Human Rights stated in a report issued Sunday that the total number of kidnappings of Palestinians in the West Bank, since the start of the ongoing genocide in Gaza, has risen to more than 18,500, including over 570 women and about 1,500 children. *** *** *** ý Impacts and Aspects of the Israeli Genocidal War on the Gaza Strip*** Two people killed in Israeli drone strike on car in southern Lebanon Sunday 4-January-2026 BEIRUT, (PIC) Two Lebanese citizens were killed on Sunday evening after an Israeli drone targeted a car in southern Lebanon, in yet another violation of the ceasefire agreement. According to Lebanon’s National News Agency, the Israeli occupation launched a drone strike on a vehicle traveling on the 'Ain El-Mizrab road, between the towns of Khirbet Selm and Al-Jumayjma in the Bint Jubail district. The Lebanese Ministry of Health confirmed the attack resulted in two victims. Despite the ceasefire with Hezbollah having been in place for several months, Israeli forces continue to carry out near-daily airstrikes and targeted assassinations in Lebanon. *** UNRWA: More than 12,000 children remain forcibly displaced in the West Bank NEW YORK, January 5, 2026 (WAFA) -- The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) stated that more than 12,000 Palestinian children are living in a state of "forced displacement" in the occupied West Bank as a result of the ongoing Israeli military operation in the northern governorates. Since January 21, 2025, the Israeli army has been conducting a military operation in the northern West Bank, dubbed "Operation Iron Wall," which began in Jenin refugee camp and later expanded to the Nur Shams and Toulkarm refugee camps. The UN agency stated via X that "more than 12,000 children remain forcibly displaced in the West Bank." It added that in February 2025, it launched an emergency education program for displaced children in the northern West Bank to ensure the continuation of their education through temporary learning spaces, distance learning, and the provision of psychosocial support. The UN agency noted that approximately 48,000 Palestinian children are enrolled in its schools in the West Bank. Since the start of the war in the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, which lasted for two years, the Israeli army and colonists have intensified their crimes in the West Bank, including the killing of Palestinian citizens, the demolition of homes and the displacement of their owners, and the expansion of settlement construction. Y.S. *** Gaza civil defense suspends removal of dangerous structures due to fuel shortage Monday 5-January-2026 GAZA, (PIC) The Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip announced on Monday morning that it has suspended its response to calls for removing hazards caused by buildings damaged by Israeli airstrikes, citing the depletion of fuel and a severe lack of rescue equipment. In an official statement, the agency explained that since the ceasefire agreement took effect in October, its teams have managed to remove dangerous concrete blocks and walls from approximately 3,445 damaged buildings and homes that posed direct threats to the lives of residents and displaced persons across the Strip. However, around 1,560 emergency calls related to damaged buildings remain pending, as these structures continue to pose serious risks to public safety. The agency noted its inability to respond due to current limitations. The Civil Defense expressed deep regret over its inability to meet ongoing emergency needs, citing the near-total depletion of gasoline supplies and widespread damage to equipment in multiple governorates. It added that even under normal conditions, its resources were only sufficient to handle about 30% of all calls. The agency warned that thousands of citizens living in or near these buildings, many of whom are displaced and residing in tents, now face life-threatening risks due to the halted response to urgent calls. It urged the countries sponsoring the ceasefire agreement to take responsibility by ensuring the humanitarian response needs are met and by pressuring Israeli authorities to allow the entry of adequate fuel and rescue equipment to enable civil defense teams to fulfill their life-saving mission. Previously, in late November, the Civil Defense reported that roughly 50% of its services had effectively ceased due to fuel shortages, severely hindering its ability to respond to thousands of dangerous and damaged buildings and threatening a full halt to search and rescue operations. At that time, the agency also noted that its ability to respond to fires, explosions, and building collapses had been significantly disrupted, putting civilians at direct risk. In a related statement, the Gaza Center for Human Rights expressed grave concern over the continued Israeli obstruction of fuel and diesel shipments into the Strip, warning that it puts humanitarian response efforts in extreme jeopardy. Last Thursday, the center said that Israel’s strict restrictions on fuel entry have had a devastating effect on all aspects of life in Gaza, which is already grappling with catastrophic humanitarian conditions. Similarly, the Union of Gaza Municipalities had previously warned of the consequences of continued fuel blockage, emphasizing that it exacerbates the humanitarian crisis, threatens the collapse of essential services, and endangers civilian lives. Despite nearly three months having passed since the ceasefire agreement was signed, Israel continues to evade its commitments, foremost among them allowing fuel and essential equipment into Gaza to enable humanitarian sectors to carry out their work. *** ****** Five Palestinians injured, others missing after residential building collapse in Maghazi refugee camp GAZA, January 5, 2026 (WAFA) – Several Palestinians were injured and others are missing after a residential building collapsed in the Maghazi refugee camp in the Gaza Strip on Monday. According to local sources, five people were injured, some critically, and dozens of residents remain missing after the four-story building collapsed at dawn. The building had previously been damaged by Israeli airstrikes and collapsed completely due to the intense bombardment that Israeli forces have been carrying out daily in the eastern Maghazi area and other eastern parts of the Gaza Strip. Y.S. *** 'Hamas: Israel expands violations of Gaza ceasefire deal Sunday 4-January-2026 GAZA, (PIC) 'Hamas spokesperson 'Hazim Qasim said on Sunday that the Israeli occupation is escalating its violations of the Gaza ceasefire agreement by intensifying the killing of innocent civilians and moving the yellow line in Khan Younus, which signals further forced displacement. He added that Israel has also dramatically increased the demolition of homes in the eastern half of Gaza, continuing its campaign of urban destruction and full-scale ethnic cleansing. Qasim pointed out that the Israeli occupation regime is still keeping the Rafa'h crossing closed and restricting humanitarian aid, both clear breaches of the ceasefire deal. He stressed that these violations are part of a systematic effort by the Israeli occupation to sabotage the agreement, which was endorsed and signed by all parties in the Sharm El-Shaikh summit. Qasim further called on mediators, guarantor states, and participants of the Sharm El-Shaikh meeting to pressure Israel into halting its breaches and fulfilling its obligations under the ceasefire deal. *** Israeli air and artillery escalation over Gaza Monday 5-January-2026 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes across various areas in the Gaza Strip in the early morning hours of Monday, coinciding with intense artillery shelling targeting the eastern regions, amid ongoing home demolitions. The PIC correspondent reported that two airstrikes struck the eastern areas of Khan Younus in southern Gaza, while the Israeli army simultaneously carried out large-scale demolitions in the same vicinity. Additionally, three air raids targeted the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, while its northwestern neighborhoods came under continuous artillery shelling. Israeli tanks also opened heavy fire on southern and northern Khan Younus. According to the PIC correspondent, a total of 12 airstrikes were carried out by Israeli forces between last night and Monday morning, targeting both Rafah and Khan Younus. In northern Gaza, Israeli artillery shelled the eastern parts of Jabalia refugee camp, as well as eastern Gaza City. Three civilians were killed in Khan Younus yesterday after being shot by Israeli forces as part of the ongoing daily violations. In another development, a residential building, previously bombed during Israel’s war on Gaza, collapsed this morning. Search efforts are currently underway for people feared trapped beneath the rubble. Since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on Oct. 10, the Israeli army has committed hundreds of violations, killing more than 400 Palestinians. The ceasefire halted Israel’s two-year war that killed nearly 71,400 Palestinians, most of them women and children, injured more than 171,200 others, and left the enclave in ruins. But despite the ceasefire, Israel’s deadly attacks on Gaza continue. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Two Palestinians, 14 and 18, injured by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire east of Qalqilya QALQILYA, January 4, 2026 (WAFA) – A teenager and a young man were injured by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire on Sunday evening near the town of 'Azzoun, east of Qalqilya. Y.S. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settlers seize Palestinian home in Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), January 3, 2026 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers seized a Palestinian home in the Silwan neighborhood, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, early Monday morning. Local sources reported that dozens of colonists took over a house belonging to the Basbous family in the Batn El-Hawa area of Silwan. The house consists of two apartments and is home to 13 Palestinian residents. Y.S. *** Illegal Israeli settlers fence swaths of Palestinian land in Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) Sunday 4-January-2026 Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), (PIC) A horde of extremist the illegal Israelisettlers started on Sunday to fence swaths of Palestinian-owned land in the town of Teqoa, southeast of Bethlehem, in an attempt to seize them. The targeted dunums are located only a few dozens of meters away from Palestinian homes. In a separate incident, another group of settlers wreaked havoc on a Palestinian car in the Balat Susiya area, north of Kafruddeek town in Salfeet. *** Illegal Israeli settlers storm Bait Dajan village, east of Nablus NABLUS, January 4, 2026 (WAFA) – A horde of extremist the illegal Israeli settlers on Sunday evening stormed the village of Bait Dajan, east of Nablus, according to local sources. Residents of the village confronted the colonists, forcing them to flee the area. T.R. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** Research Paper: Gaza’s shelter crisis has turned into a tool of political and security pressure after the war Sunday 4-January-2026 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Center for Political Studies in Gaza warned on Saturday evening that the shelter crisis afflicting the Gaza Strip in the aftermath of the latest Israeli war (2023–2025) has gone beyond being an emergency humanitarian condition resulting from destruction, to become a systematic tool of political and security pressure employed by the Israeli government to reshape conditions in the Strip. In a research paper titled: “The Shelter Crisis in Gaza After the War: Between Systematic Destruction and Political Pressure,” the center presented an in-depth analytical reading of the backgrounds and objectives behind the widespread destruction of the housing sector, as well as its humanitarian, social, and political repercussions. According to the paper, the destruction of hundreds of thousands of housing units, along with the obstruction of reconstruction efforts and the imposition of strict restrictions on the entry of construction materials and temporary housing, was not an incidental outcome of the war, but rather a deliberate Israeli policy aimed at rendering Gaza unlivable and pushing its residents toward forced displacement. The study, the center noted, relied on official statements by Israeli officials confirming that leaving Palestinians without shelter constitutes a political and security pressure tool used to impose conditions related to the future of the resistance and to reengineer the political landscape in the post-war phase. The research paper also highlighted the failure of the international community and mediators to compel Israel to adhere to ceasefire understandings, instead settling for crisis management through emergency aid, without addressing the root causes or guaranteeing residents’ fundamental right to safe and dignified housing. In this context, the Palestinian Center for Political Studies stressed that this paper falls within its research efforts aimed at deconstructing Israeli policies in Gaza and shifting the discussion from a purely humanitarian dimension to its political and strategic framework, thereby strengthening a more effective rights-based and media discourse. In its conclusion, the paper emphasized that the continued shelter crisis poses a direct threat to human and social stability in the Strip, warning that treating it solely as a relief issue grants Israel broader scope to exploit it as a long-term instrument of political blackmail. *** =============================================================================================================================== ÈöÓúãö Çááåö ÇáÑøóÍúãóÜٰäö ÇáÑøóÍöíãö "ãöäú ÃóÌúáö Ðóٰáößó ßóÊóÈúäóÇ Úóáóìٰ Èóäöí ÅöÓúÑóÇÆöíáó Ãóäøóåõ ãóäú ÞóÊóáó äóÝúÓðÇ ÈöÛóíúÑö äóÝúÓò Ãóæú ÝóÓóÇÏò Ýöí ÇáúÃóÑúÖö ÝóßóÃóäøóãóÇ ÞóÊóáó ÇáäøóÇÓó ÌóãöíÚðÇ" (ÇáúãóÇÆöÏóÉõ ¡ 5: 32). In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.
