One person killed in Israeli drone attack on Siddiqeen, in southern Lebanon

Friday 30-January-2026

BEIRUT, (PIC)

One person was killed and others were injured on Friday following by an Israeli drone strike near a house in the town of Siddiqeen, Soor (Tyre) District, in southern Lebanon.

The Israeli military claimed in a statement that the strike targeted a Hezbollah member. However, Lebanese sources identified the targeted individual as Shaikh Kamil Nasruddeen from the town of Ramadiyah.

The attack is part of Israel’s ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement reached in November 2024, which ended over a year of fighting between Israeli forces and Hizbullah.

In related developments, Lebanon’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that it has documented 2,036 Israeli violations during the last three months of 2025. The ministry called for Israel to be held accountable and to comply with UN Security Council Resolution 1701, which mandates a ceasefire and was reaffirmed in November 2024.

Interior ministry: Israeli strike on police building in Gaza shows disregard for mediators

Saturday 31-January-2026

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Ministry of the Interior Affairs reported that the Israeli targeting of El-Shaikh Radhwan police headquarters in Gaza City on Saturday morning was part of repeated ceasefire violations and reflected disregard for mediators and the international community.

In a statement, the ministry explained that the Israeli airstrike resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a number of police officers and personnel, along with several citizens inside and outside the headquarters.

The ministry described the attack as a “heinous crime” against a civilian institution that provides vital services to the population.

“This strike has joined a series of ongoing Israeli attacks that, in recent weeks, have targeted civilian and service facilities despite the ceasefire, amid growing warnings that the fragile understandings could unravel,” the ministry said.

The ministry affirmed that Israel’s ongoing attacks on civilians and humanitarian staff prove an intent to thwart international efforts to end the war and enforce a strategy of attrition and pressure on Gaza’s population.

The ministry urged regional and international mediators to shoulder their responsibilities, put real pressure on the Israeli regime to halt its violations, and provide protection for civilians and civilian facilities in Gaza.

PGMO documents 1,450 Israeli ceasefire violations in 111 days

Saturday 31-January-2026

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza said on Saturday that Israeli occupation forces have committed 1,450 serious violations of the Gaza ceasefire agreement over the past 111 days, including killings, bombardment, and direct attacks on civilians, underscoring what it described as a systematic breach of international humanitarian law.

In a statement, the PGMO said Israeli occupation forces killed 11 Palestinians since dawn on Saturday alone, including seven members of a single family, five children, a woman, and an elderly man, after a strike hit a tent sheltering displaced people in Khan Yunis in southern Gaza.

According to the PGMO, since the ceasefire took effect on October 10, 2025, Israel has carried out 487 shooting incidents, 71 armored incursions into residential areas, 679 bombardment and targeting operations, and 211 demolitions of homes and buildings.

The violations resulted in the martyrdom of 524 Palestinians, including 260 children, women, and elderly people. Civilians accounted for 92 percent of the martyrs, while 1,360 others were wounded, 99.2 percent of them civilians, all inside residential neighborhoods. Israeli forces also detained 50 Palestinians from civilian areas during the same period.

On the humanitarian front, the PGMO said only 28,927 aid, commercial, and fuel trucks entered Gaza out of the 66,600 agreed upon, a compliance rate of just 43 percent. Fuel deliveries reached only 2.7 percent of the agreed volume, while Israel continued to block medical supplies, heavy rescue equipment, shelter materials, power station fuel, and the opening of the Rafah crossing.

The Office said the continued violations amount to an attempt to impose a policy of coercion, starvation, and humanitarian blackmail, holding Israel fully responsible for the worsening humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza following the genocide that devastated the enclave.

The PGMO called on US president Donald Trump, mediators, guarantor states, the United Nations, and the international community to take urgent action to compel Israel to fully implement the ceasefire, protect civilians, and ensure the immediate and safe flow of humanitarian aid, fuel, and shelter materials into Gaza.

Gaza health official questions Israeli organ donation figures, calls for international probe

Saturday 31-January-2026

GAZA, (PIC)

Munir El-Bursh, director general of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, on Friday raised serious concerns over record organ donation figures announced by Israel, questioning the sources of what he described as an unusually large number of donated kidneys and calling for an independent international investigation.

In a press statement, al-Bursh said the figures promoted by Israel fail to address the core question of where these organs originate, particularly given Israel’s long-standing practice of withholding the bodies of Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces for extended periods.

He noted that the same Israeli authorities that retain the bodies of Palestinian victims for years are now presenting themselves as a humanitarian model in the field of organ donation, boasting unprecedented numbers without transparency or accountability.

Al-Bursh said there are documented cases in which bodies returned to Palestinian families after prolonged detention were found to be missing organs, including kidneys, with no autopsy reports provided and no opportunity for families to seek accountability. These claims, he added, are based on testimonies from medical professionals and verified cases involving bodies returned incomplete.

He stressed that Palestinians do not oppose medicine or the principle of organ donation itself, but reject what he described as the exploitation of humanitarian values for propaganda purposes, and the use of Palestinian bodies, whether of the living or the dead, to manufacture achievements promoted internationally while the truth remains obscured.

Al-Bursh warned that the absence of transparency and the prohibition of any form of international oversight over these practices makes suspicion legitimate and transforms accountability into both a moral and legal obligation.

“What is required is not the registration of new records,” he said, adding, “but rather the opening of an independent international investigation that clearly identifies the sources of these organs, the authorities that permitted this, those who remained silent, and why that silence continues to be rewarded with public accolades and declared achievements.”

31 Palestinians killed, others injured in Israeli massacres in Gaza

Saturday 31-January-2026

GAZA, (PIC)

At least 31 Palestinian citizens were massacred and others were injured on Saturday in a wave of Israeli attacks outside the “Yellow Line” area in the Gaza Strip, amid other ceasefire violations persisting for the 112th consecutive day in different areas of the coastal enclave.

Since the early hours of Saturday, Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip have claimed the lives of 31 civilians and injured many others. The death toll is likely to rise as several wounded citizens remain in critical condition, according to media and medical sources in Gaza.

Medical sources reported that seven Palestinians were killed and others were injured, including children, in an Israeli airstrike on a tent belonging to the Abu 'Hadayid family in the Asda area, northwest of Khan Younus in southern Gaza.

Five other citizens, including two children and one woman, were killed in an Israeli aerial attack on an apartment near El-Abbas junction in the west of Gaza City.

Meanwhile, five citizens were injured in another Israeli strike on an apartment near the Jabalya station in Gaza City’s El-Daraj neighborhood.

More civilians sustained injuries when the Israeli army targeted an apartment in the vicinity of El-Jalaa street in central Gaza City.

Later in the morning, the Israeli army committed a new massacre when its warplanes bombed the Shaikh Radhwan police station in the northwest of Gaza City.

The strike killed at least 15 people, including four female police officers, and injured several others. A number of people remain missing beneath the rubble of the bombed building.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces targeted a group of civilians in the Jabalya El-Balad area of northern Gaza, killing one of them and injuring others.

An airstrike on a house in Gaza City’s El-Suweedi area killed three people and injured others.

This morning, Israeli warplanes bombed the Ghayth displacement camp in El-Mawasi area of Khan Younus after ordering its evacuation.

Air raids also targeted tents and homes in different areas of Gaza, with no reported casualties.

'Hamas: Continued Israeli massacres deliberately undermine ceasefire agreement

Saturday 31-January-2026

GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement said on Saturday that Israel’s continued massacres and repeated targeting of tents sheltering displaced civilians constitute a dangerous escalation and a deliberate attempt to undermine the ceasefire agreement.

In a statement, Hamas said the ongoing bombardment carried out by Israeli occupation forces across the Gaza Strip, including a new massacre in which Israeli warplanes targeted a tent sheltering a displaced family of seven in Khan Younus, killing all its members, represents a brutal crime and a blatant, renewed violation of the ceasefire.

The Movement said the attacks have raised the death toll across Gaza over the past several hours to 12 Palestinians, including six children.

'Hamas said these continued violations and the targeting of civilians, families and children living in displacement tents, confirm that Israel’s fascist government is persisting in its genocide against the Gaza Strip, despite nearly four months having passed since the signing of the ceasefire agreement.

This, the statement said, exposes Israel’s manipulation of the agreement, its disregard for its provisions, and its contempt for the efforts of mediators and guarantor states.

The Movement renewed its call on the countries guaranteeing the ceasefire agreement and on the US administration to take immediate action to stop Israel’s policy of systematically undermining the ceasefire, compel it to halt the war and the massacres against civilians, and force it to fully implement the agreement without evasion or delay.

Earlier on Saturday, 12 Palestinians were martyred and others wounded in a series of Israeli air strikes on the Gaza Strip, as Israeli violations of the ceasefire continued for the 112th consecutive day, according to local sources.

According to local sources, the IOFs kidnapped two citizens, including a young woman, from their homes in Jineen City.

In Qalqilya, the IOFs kidnapped 13 citizens following raids on homes in 'Azzoun town.

In El-Khaleel, the Israeli occupation forces kidnaped a young man from his home in Idthna town.

Meanwhile, Palestinian media reports said that at least 18 Palestinians were taken prisoner during overnight and dawn IOFs raids in the West Bank.

New IOFs raids and kidnappings across West Bank

Friday 30-January-2026

WEST BANK, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) escalated their attacks across various areas of the West Bank overnight and early on Friday. The wave of aggression included coordinated raids on cities and towns, setting up military checkpoints, and arrests.

In al-Khalil, the Israeli forces set up a military checkpoint at the “I'hnina” roundabout in the city of Dura, inspecting vehicles and violently assaulting young men at a flying checkpoint in Wadi Abul Qumaira, south of the governorate. Meanwhile, settlers expanded an illegal outpost near the homes of Khirbet Umm El-Khair in Masafir Yatta.

In Jenin, the IOFs detained and brutally assaulted a Palestinian youth during a raid on the Al-Hadaf neighborhood. The IOF troops also stormed the town of Kafr Rai, west of Jenin, raiding several areas.

The Israeli soldiers also stormed the towns of Bait Ur El-Ta'hta and Kafr Malik, in Ramallah, raiding Palestinian homes and spreading fear among residents.

In Nablus, the Israeli forces broke into the city via El-Tour checkpoint, launching raids on nearby towns and villages, including Urif and Baita where they arrested three young men. Settlers also attacked Palestinian vehicles with stones on the Yitzhar road near the Jit intersection.

Similar raids were carried out in Bethlehem, where multiple homes were stormed in the village of Marah Rabah and the Dheisheh refugee camp amid heavy military presence.

In Salfit, Israeli forces raided the town of Kafrud Deek in the western part of the governorate.

This wave of attacks comes amid an ongoing Israeli policy of intensified raids, arbitrary arrests, and systematic violence, prompting renewed calls for all forms of Palestinian resistance to confront the Israeli systematic repression.

Two Palestinians targeted in an attack by the illegal Israeli settlers in northeast of Ramallah

Friday 30-January-2026

RAMALLAH, (PIC)

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers attacked two young men on Friday while they were hiking in the village of Yabroud, northeast of Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank.

According to local sources, a group of settlers chased two youths from Qalandya refugee camp (north of Occupied Jerusalem) after they arrived at the Al-Ain area of Yabroud for a hike. The settlers assaulted them, sprayed them with pepper spray, and then smashed the vehicle they were traveling in.

The sources added that the settlers stormed the village of Yabroud after the attack, under heavy protection of Israeli occupation forces.

Illegal Israeli settlers intensify attacks against Bedouin communities in the West Bank and El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)

Saturday 31-January-2026

WEST BANK, (PIC)

Groups of the illegal Israeli settlers carried out a series of attacks at dawn Saturday in different areas of the occupied West Bank and El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), following a night of frenzied settler violence that targeted Bedouin and herding communities with the aim of forcing them to leave their areas.

Since the early morning hours, settlers have intensified their provocative practices around Palestinian villages north and east of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem).

This escalation came just hours after a violent settler attack targeted the Ma’azi Jaba' Bedouin community north of Jerusalem on Friday evening. Two local residents sustained injuries as they tried to fend off the settlers.

The same settlers also set fire to one of the community’s homes, but residents managed to extinguish the blaze before it spread further.

El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Governorate said that this settler attack in Ma’azi Jaba' was not isolated, but rather part of a systematic policy of pressure aimed at driving Palestinian residents out of their areas.

In a related context, The Guardian newspaper published an investigative report highlighting the Israeli occupation army’s direct involvement in settler crimes and terrorism in the West Bank.

According to the report, since October 2023, special reserve units known as “Hagmar” (regional defense units) have armed thousands of extremist settlers in the occupied Palestinian territories, effectively creating militias that operate alongside the army with little oversight.

The report quoted Israeli soldiers and peace activists as saying that these units often act independently, sometimes joining settler attacks on Palestinians. One reservist described them as “armed militias doing whatever they want,” including daily violence such as vandalism, livestock thefts, intimidation, and reckless use of firearms.

In some cases, Hagmar forces have been involved in killings and other severe assaults on Palestinians.

“The settlers are the Israeli army; the Israeli army is settlers, there’s no pretense of a buffer. It is not any more about a situation where the Israeli army is standing idly by while settlers attack, it’s not even just one or two soldiers joining settler attacks,” the newspaper quoted Yehuda Shaul, co-director of the Ofek think-tank, as saying.

“Settler attacks have completely displaced 29 Palestinian communities since October 2023, more than one a month on average, UN data shows. In 2022 and the first nine months of 2023, four communities were displaced, or one every five months,” The Guardian noted in its report.

While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
