In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

In remarks made Sunday evening, Radhwan affirmed that 'Hamas and other Palestinian resistance factions are committed to the success of the ceasefire agreement, emphasizing the Movement’s support for the full implementation of the agreement. Despite the ceasefire agreement explicitly calling for an end to attacks on civilians, the Hamas official pointed out that the Israeli army persists in committing violations. “Since the agreement was signed, 241 civilians have been killed, according to Al Jazeera,” Radhwan said. The 'Hamas official noted that humanitarian conditions in Gaza continue to worsen amid ongoing famine and a critical shortage of medical supplies, stressing that the number of aid trucks entering the Strip remains far below what was agreed upon. He affirmed that the resistance is keen to resolve the issue of the remaining Israeli corpses as swiftly as possible, adding that his Movement informed mediators of its readiness to evacuate its fighters from the “yellow zone” as part of the ongoing humanitarian understandings. *** WHO: 16,000 patients in Gaza await evacuation for medical treatment abroad GAZA, November 10, 2025 (WAFA) – The World Health Organization (WHO) confirmed that more than 16,000 patients in the Gaza Strip are still awaiting evacuation for medical treatment abroad. The organization called for ensuring the unimpeded flow of humanitarian aid through all crossings into the Gaza Strip, given the critically deteriorating health and humanitarian situation. In an urgent statement issued Monday, the WHO stressed the need for more countries to accept patients and the injured from Gaza for treatment, emphasizing that the health system in Gaza is facing complete collapse as a result of the ongoing blockade and shortages of medical supplies and fuel. The organization added that thousands of wounded individuals require urgent surgeries that cannot be performed within the Gaza Strip, noting that facilitating their transfer to hospitals outside Gaza has become a pressing humanitarian issue. The WHO indicated that its medical supplies are ready at the border and called for the immediate reopening of all crossings. Y.S. *** GRC urges urgent winter aid for displaced families in Gaza Monday 10-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Gaza Rights Center (GRC) has launched an urgent appeal to provide shelter supplies, blankets, and winter clothing for hundreds of thousands of displaced Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, saying that they are living in worn-out tents. “Nearly two million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are facing a worsening humanitarian catastrophe as winter approaches, amid a lack of safe shelters, severe shortages of tents, and limited access to warm clothing and blankets,” GRC warned in a statement on Monday. “Tens of thousands of families remain in dilapidated tents that offer no protection from cold nights or winter rains, while being deprived of basic needs due to the ongoing blockade, continued closure of border crossings, and restrictions on aid entry despite a month having passed since the ceasefire started,” GRC added. “The humanitarian situation has reached unprecedented levels of severity, particularly in the southern and coastal areas where hundreds of thousands of displaced people are sheltering,” Mu'hamed Khayri, GRC operations coordinator and spokesman, said. “Displaced people are living without protection from cold or rain, facing a near-total lack of heating supplies and no infrastructure to drain rainwater, raising fears that camps could flood and become centers for seasonal diseases,” Khayri added. He pointed out that only 23 percent of winter shelter needs have been met, leaving hundreds of thousands of people without adequate protection. He cited UN estimates stating that 1.5 million individuals are vulnerable to cold and rain due to delays in the entry of shelter materials, with approximately 74 percent of existing tents deemed uninhabitable due to wear and poor quality. *** ýKnesset approves first reading of the Prisoners' Execution Lawý ýTel Aviv 10-11-2025 Wafa - The Knesset Plenary approved, on Monday evening, the first reading of the bill on the execution of Palestinian prisoners, submitted by MK Limor Sohn Hermelech of the Otzma Yehudit party, ýýafter a vote of 36 members in favor and 15 against, and referred to the competent parliamentary committee in preparation for a vote on it in the second and thirdýý ýýreadings.ý ýThe Knesset also approved a parallel bill in a similar bill, submitted by MK Oded Forer of the opposition Yisrael Beytenu party, by a majority of 37 votes to 14, in a move that reflected cooperation between the coalition and the Israeli opposition in targeting the national movement imprisoned in Israeliýý ýýprisons.ý ýAccording to Israeli reports, the bill was included at the end of the session's agenda so that Knesset members from the opposition Yesh Atid party could leave the hall during the voteýý.ý ýAfter the bill was approved, it was referred to the Knesset's National Security Committee, headed by a Knesset member from the Otzma Yehudit party led by extremist Itamar Ben-Gvir, to complete the final version in preparation for a vote on them in the second and thirdýý ýýreadings.ý ýThe session comes a week after the Knesset's National Security Committee approved the bill to be put to the plenary for a vote, with the direct support of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahuýý.ý ýThe law is part of the agreements signed to conclude the deal to form a government coalition headed by Likud Party Chairman Benjamin Netanyahu and Jewish Power head Itamar Ben-Gvir in late 2022ýý.ý ýThe prisoner execution bill is not new, it has been proposed repeatedly over the past years, most recently in 2022 when the extremist minister Ben Gvir reintroduced it with a set of amendments, until the Knesset approved it in a preliminary reading in March 2023ýý.ý ýThe bill provides for "the imposition of the death penalty against any person who, intentionally or by reason of indifference, causes the death of an Israeli citizen out of racial motive or hatred and to cause harm to Israelýý."ý ýThe passage of the law in its first reading will allow it to continue to be advanced in the next Knesset, even if its legislation is not completed during the current sessionýý.ý ýStages of Legislation in Israelý ýLegislation in Israel goes through several stages, beginning with the drafting of a bill by a member of Knesset or a government committee, as described on the Knesset websiteýý.ý ýIn a special meeting, the Knesset Presidency approves the bills that come to it and on the same day it is presented to the Knesset plenum for approval by preliminary reading, which is considered and decided whether to ratify it or not, and then it is passed to a parliamentary committee that discusses the proposal in order to prepare it for the first readingýý.ý ýIf the proposed laws are submitted by the government and not by a member of the Knesset, as in the case of the death penalty law, or by Knesset committees, they are not subject to preliminary deliberations, starting from the first reading stage, and the bills are published for first reading in an official bulletin, and then a vote is held to drop the laws or subject them to deliberationýý.ý ýIf the proposal passes the ýýfirst reading, it will be passed to a committee of specialized committees in the Knesset in order to prepare it for the second and third readings.ý ýAfter the proposal is approved in the three readings, the law becomes part of the law book of the State of Israel, and is published in the "Registers" after it has been formally drafted and becomesýý effectiveýý.ý ýD.Z./W.A.ý *** 'Hamas: Receiving Herzog is normalization with the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, which conducted a two-year genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza Monday 10-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Islamic Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, has condemned the planned visit of the president of the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, Isaac Herzog, to Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo, describing it as a “Zionist attempt to penetrate Africa’s long-standing solidarity with the Palestinian cause and its rejection of colonialism.” In a statement on Sunday, 'Hamas said that welcoming a war criminal whose hands are stained with the blood of innocent children, women, and the elderly amounts to active participation in whitewashing Israel’s record and its responsibility for atrocities committed in Palestinian territories. The Movement stressed that hosting Herzog constitutes a form of normalization with the ongoing genocide perpetrated by the Israeli occupation apartheid regime against the Palestinian people in Gaza. It said the effects of this genocide remain visible amid Israel’s refusal to uphold its obligations and its continued violations of the ceasefire agreement. 'Hamas urged all countries to intensify their boycott of Israel and its leaders, calling particularly on African nations to reject any ties with Israel and to preserve their historic role in resisting injustice and colonialism. The Movement reaffirmed that the Israeli occupation represents one of the most brutal and oppressive forms of modern-day colonialism and tyranny. Herzog is expected to depart on Monday for official visits to Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo, becoming the first Israeli president to visit Zambia. *** ****** Two civilians killed in Israeli drone strike in southern Gaza Monday 10-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Two Palestinian citizens were martyred in a drone strike in eastern Khan Younus on Monday as the Israeli occupation army continued to commit ceasefire violations in different areas of the Gaza Strip, mainly in the east. Gaza’s civil defense service said that two civilians were killed in a drone strike in the town of Bani Suhayla, east of Khan Younus in the southern Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, local sources reported hearing explosions in the early hours of dawn as a result of airstrikes targeting different areas, including the central district of Rafa'h, the towns of Bani Suhayla and 'Abasan, eastern Khan Younus, and the outskirts of El-Shuja’iya and El-Tuffa'h neighborhoods in the east of Gaza City. The same areas came under artillery shelling and heavy gunfire from Israeli tanks. The Israeli occupation army also carried out detonation operations targeting homes and buildings in Rafa'h City, triggering massive explosions that echoed across multiple areas of the Gaza Strip. *** Municipality: Gaza City sustained unprecedented destruction Monday 10-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Gaza City municipality has affirmed that the city has sustained extensive and unprecedented destruction during the ongoing genocidal war on the Strip. According to spokesman for the municipality 'Hosni Muhanna, approximately 85 percent of Gaza City’s infrastructure has been directly or indirectly damaged, describing the scene as the most widespread devastation in the city’s history. Muhanna explained that vital infrastructure sectors, including water and sanitation networks, roadways, public facilities, and key educational and economic institutions, have sustained extensive damage. Muhanna emphasized that Gaza now requires comprehensive reconstruction, starting with rebuilding its basic infrastructure and restoring public services. He added that the daily bombardment of the Strip had resulted in over 70 million tons of rubble, an overwhelming mass that exceeds the municipalities’ capacity to handle, especially after the destruction of critical equipment and the ongoing blockade that prevents the entry of necessary machinery. Currently, the Gaza municipality operates with only one bulldozer after 134 of its vehicles and machines were destroyed, he said, adding that the municipality is forced to rely on private sector equipment to carry out daily tasks. *** PGMO: 282 Israeli violations of Gaza ceasefire agreement Monday 10-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) In the first month following the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli occupation forces committed 282 violations, leaving 242 Palestinians killed and 620 injured. In a statement released Monday, the Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza stated that the Israeli occupation continues to blatantly and systematically violate the ceasefire agreement. The PGMO described these violations as “a flagrant breach of all international norms and conventions.” According to the statement, the violations include 88 shooting incidents directly targeting civilians, 12 incursions into residential areas beyond the so-called “yellow line,” 124 aerial or ground attacks, 52 demolitions of civilian buildings, and the arrest of 23 individuals across various parts of Gaza. The PGMO strongly condemned these repeated aggressive violations, holding Israel fully responsible for the resulting humanitarian and security consequences. It warned that continued violations pose “a direct threat to the spirit of the agreement and a clear breach of the Israeli occupation’s obligations before the international community and the guarantor states.” The PGMO called on US President Donald Trump, along with other guarantor states and mediators, to uphold their responsibilities and apply real pressure on Israel to immediately cease violations and adhere to its signed commitments. It also urged the full and permanent opening of Gaza’s crossings and the facilitation of humanitarian aid, food, and commercial trucks as clearly stipulated in the agreement, not on a partial basis. The statement emphasized the urgent need to bring in medications, medical supplies and to reopen the Rafa'h crossing to evacuate over 22,000 wounded and sick individuals who require treatment abroad. “These individuals need more than half a million surgical procedures, which Gaza’s medical staff simply cannot perform amid the ongoing humanitarian catastrophe,” it added. Finally, the PGMO stressed the importance of bringing in shelter materials, tents, plastic sheets, tarpaulins, especially as winter sets in, to prevent further deterioration of living conditions for the more than 2.4 million people in the Gaza Strip. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý ýThe Israeli occupation forces shoot and kidnap a young man south of El-Khaleel (Hebron)ý ýEl-Khaleel (Hebron) 10-11-2025 Wafa - The Israeli occupation forces injured a young man with live ammunition and arrested him, on Monday evening, in the "Fire" area, south of El-Khaleel (Hebron)ýý.ý ýPalestinian security and local sources told Wafa that the Israeli occupation forces, stationed at a military checkpoint they set up near the entrance to the illegal Israeli settlement of "Hagai," which is built on Palestinian citizens' lands and properties south of El-Khaleel (Hebron), fired live ammunition at a young man, whose identity is not yet known, which led to his injury, before kidnapping him and closing a number of southern entrances to the city.ý ýcýý.ýýT/W.Aý *** ýThe occupation forces kidnap a Palestinian citizen and injure another in Bait 'Ulaý ýEl-Khaleel (Hebron) 10-11-2025 Wafa - The Israeli occupation forces kidnapped a Palestinian citizen and injured another on Monday, after they had stormed the town of Bait Ulla, northwest of El-Khaleel (Hebron), and fired stun grenades and poison gas at citizens.ý ýWafa correspondent said that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Bait 'Ulla, beat the citizens and fired stun grenades and poison gas while they were in their agricultural lands west of the town, which resulted in the injury of a citizen slightly, after which he was treated in the field, and they also arrested the citizen Muhannad El-'Imla and took him to an unknown destinationýý.ý ýJT/Y.T.ý *** IOFs raid homes, kidnap several Palestinians in the West Bank Monday 10-November-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank last night and at dawn Monday. The Office said Jarrar’s condition has worsened due to the deliberate policy of starvation and medical neglect imposed on him inside the Ganot prison, leaving him severely emaciated. In a statement, the AMO said that Jarrar, sentenced to nine life terms plus seven additional years, is only allowed to go to the prison yard once every two weeks for a single hour. He is also denied normal grooming and forced to have his head completely shaved, which the AMO described as part of “collective humiliation measures” systematically imposed by prison authorities against Palestinian prisoners. The Office called on the international community to urgently intervene to save the lives of Palestinian detainees and to halt the “slow-death policy” practiced by the Israeli occupation authorities inside their jails. The Palestine Center for Prisoners’ Studies also warned of the “dangerous consequences of the winter season for Palestinian detainees,” noting that after two years of restrictions and isolation, prisoners lack winter clothing, blankets, hot water, and heating, putting their lives at real risk. According to the Center, since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation authorities declared a state of emergency in all prisons, completely sealing them off from the outside world. This included banning family visits, legal access, and visits by Red Cross delegates. Since then, no clothing or blankets have been permitted to enter the prisons, neither through families nor humanitarian organizations. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settlers begin construction of new road to expand illegal colony outpost in Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), November 10, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers began constructing a road on Monday in the lands of Kisan village, east of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem). The Jerusalem Governorate issued a brief statement saying that colonists had vandalized multiple graves in the Bab al-Rahma cemetery, which borders the eastern wall of the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound. The Bab El-Ra'hma cemetery is subject to repeated attacks by colonists who perform Talmudic rituals with the aim of seizing it. It is also being subjected to excavation work by Israeli authorities to construct a base for the Judaizing cable car project encircling the Old City. The Bab El-Ra'hma cemetery covers an area of approximately 23 dunams (1.2 acres) and contains the graves of several companions of the Prophet Mu'hammred, most notably Ubadah Bin El-Samit and Shaddad Bin Aws, as well as the graves of fighters who participated in the conquest of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). The Israeli occupation apartheid regime also intends to convert part of the cemetery into a biblical garden as part of a boarder plane to Judaize the Old City. Local sources reported that Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by a bulldozer, raided Bruqeen and surrounded Samara’s house before beginning the demolition. This comes just days after the Israeli occupation army razed the home of the prisoner’s father, following accusations against Mahir and his brother Jameel of aiding and abetting the attack. The Israeli occupation army had previously mapped the family’s home in May as a prelude to demolishing it after blaming the Samara brothers for assisting in the operation near the village, which was carried out by their relative, martyr Na-il Samara. Na-il Samara was killed by Israeli gunfire on May 17, 2025, in the “Balata” area of Bruqeen. His family’s home was demolished on September 14, 2025. Mahir, Jameel, and Na-il Samara were reportedly part of the “Bruqeen cell,” which carried out three additional resistance operations in the Salfeet area in recent months, including one near the illegal Ariel settlement on March 12, 2025, where a Jewish settler was moderately wounded. *** Israeli occupation forces bulldoze lands and uproot olive trees south of Nablus NABLUS, November 10, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces this evening bulldozed Palestinian-owned lands and uprooted olive trees in the town of Baita south of Nablus, according to local sources. The presentation was delivered during a special meeting attended by Minister of Education and Higher Education, Amjad Barham; the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Palestine, Issam Bdour; the Ambassador of Ireland, William McLaughlin; and the Ministry’s Undersecretary and Chairman of the Palestinian National Committee for Education, Culture and Science, Ali Abu Zuhri. This also included representatives of partner countries, international and local organizations, and education sector actors. Barham stated that the Ministry moved swiftly to protect students’ right to education only months after the onset of the aggression through virtual schooling, educational centers in shelters, and university support programs — restoring hope for hundreds of thousands of learners. Despite the war, Tawjeehi (high school) examinations were successfully held for two cohorts (born in 2006 and 2007), with 56,000 students passing. Results for students born in 2007 will be announced next Thursday. Barham praised Jordan’s support to the Palestinian education sector, particularly the electronic platform that enabled high-school examinations in Gaza. He said that without this support, tens of thousands of students would not have been able to sit for their exams under emergency conditions. Regarding UNRWA, Barham explained that Gaza’s education system also relies heavily on the Agency’s network of 290 schools, serving nearly 300,000 students. He confirmed that the Ministry continues to coordinate closely with UNRWA to ensure the continuation of education in its schools despite destruction, shortages, and displacement — as they form an essential part of the educational system in the Strip. Barham added that university support programs continue inside and outside Gaza, benefiting approximately 58,000 university students in Gaza and around 2,000 students abroad, ensuring their studies continue despite the destruction of most university buildings and the inability of students to access them. From her side, Head of the Operations Room, Samah Hamad, affirmed that the Operations Room continues efforts to coordinate among government institutions, civil society organizations, and international partners to ensure an effective response that supports relief and early recovery for Gaza. She stated that the Operations Room is presenting sector-specific plans for relief and recovery in cooperation with the relevant ministries, with participation from international organizations, donors, and field partners — ensuring unified efforts, coordinated interventions, and resource allocation based on national priorities, following an inclusive and participatory approach. Israel Destroyed Over 82% of Schools and 90% of universities Barham confirmed that the education sector has suffered unprecedented destruction, noting that more than 18,000 school students and 780 teachers were killed during the aggression. Assuming an average of 600 students per school, this means the equivalent of 30 entire schools have been wiped out — students and staff. Ministry data shows that 82% of government schools sustained direct damage, in addition to widespread destruction of school supplies, student bags, laboratories, and technical equipment. More than 90% of universities, colleges, and higher education institutes were also damaged. The Ministry recorded 3,858 academic and administrative university staff members killed, with hundreds displaced or missing, leaving only 2,656 staff able to continue teaching inside Gaza. Barham outlined the challenges to restoring education, including Israel’s continued prevention of educational supplies from entering Gaza, thousands of displaced people sheltering in schools, extensive infrastructure damage, the urgent need for rubble removal before rehabilitation, and severe shortages of academic staff due to death or displacement. He stressed the need to urgently restore effective education as a universal human right guaranteed by international law, reduce cumulative learning losses, and design remedial programs to compensate for educational gaps caused by two years of war. Barham called on the international community and donors to provide urgent funding to reactivate educational institutions, pressure Israel to allow school supplies into Gaza, support rubble removal, and provide safe learning spaces. Relief & Early Recovery Plan: Expanding In-Person Learning and Continuing Distance Learning During the meeting, Wissam Nakhleh, the Ministry’s representative in the Operations Room, presented a detailed plan built on urgent and phased interventions, including establishing temporary classrooms and educational tents in safe areas, and removing rubble from school yards in cooperation with UNMAS and UNDP to reopen temporary learning spaces. Nakhleh explained that the Ministry is expanding face-to-face education, currently accommodating more than 200,000 students across 29 schools and 369 learning centers, with further expansion planned through additional safe learning spaces equipped with furniture and supplies. The plan also includes continuing distance learning in schools and universities, and developing specialized virtual platforms for university students where in-person learning is not possible. The Ministry aims to secure safe learning environments, provide school bags, stationery, educational materials, smart learning tools, assistive devices for students with disabilities, and psychosocial support for students and teachers. It also seeks to resume higher education through technological solutions and mobile laboratories enabling students to complete academic requirements.
