While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

MFS , Oxfam slam Israel's blockade of aid into Gaza

LONDON, March 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

British organization Oxfam has denounced Israel's decision to block aid to millions of Palestinian civilians in Gaza, calling it a "reckless act of collective punishment."

"Israel’s decision to block aid to over two million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip as Ramadhan begins, is a reckless act of collective punishment, explicitly prohibited under international humanitarian law," it said on a statement published on its website.

"Humanitarian aid is not a bargaining chip for applying pressure on parties, but a fundamental right of civilians experiencing urgent need in challenging and life-threatening circumstances. When our teams assessed the conditions in Gaza in the wake of the January 19th announcement of a temporary ceasefire, they encountered apocalyptic scenes of complete destruction and famine-like conditions."

"People in Gaza need everything:  lifesaving water, food, sanitation and other necessities, as well as equipment critical for the restoration of water and electricity. The goods that were able to enter during the weeks of ceasefire have brought some relief, but remain a drop in the ocean. The international community must apply immediate pressure on Israel to ensure vital aid urgently gets into Gaza. The International Court of Justice has ordered Israel to ensure aid deliveries at scale throughout Gaza," Oxfam concluded.

Meanwhile, MSF (Médecins Sans Frontières, also known as Doctors Without Borders,) also strongly denounced Israel’s announcement to block aid into Gaza. Humanitarian aid should never be used as a tool of war.

"People in Gaza still need an immediate and massive scale-up of humanitarian supplies. Israel is once again blocking an entire population from receiving aid, using it as a bargaining chip," it said in a statement published on X.

"This is unacceptable, outrageous, and will have devastating consequences," said MSF’s Caroline Seguin.

"The news has created uncertainty and fear, causing food prices to spike." While the overall number of trucks that entered Gaza has increased since the ceasefire started, restrictions by Israeli authorities on critical supplies, are hindering the humanitarian response. Most of the aid that entered was food and fuel, not nearly enough to meet the people’s immense needs."

Na'eem: The original three-stage ceasefire agreement is the only valid deal

Monday 3-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Senior Hamas official, Basim Na'eem, has emphasized that no new ceasefire agreement exists, accusing Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu of seeking to undermine the current three-stage deal, which came into effect on January 19, 2025.

In press remarks on Sunday, Na'eem affirmed that the only valid agreement is the original three-phase ceasefire deal signed under Egyptian, Qatari, and American sponsorship.

Na'eem described Netanyahu’s US-backed moves in this regard as a “blatant coup against the ceasefire agreement,” and held the Israeli government and the US administration fully responsible for any escalation and loss of lives on both sides.

“They are tampering with an agreement that was expected to bring some stability and security to everyone and pave the way forward,” the Hamas official said.

He urged the international community to intervene and pressure the Israeli government to abide by the signed agreement in order to spare the region further escalation.

Last night, Netanyahu’s office announced its agreement to a US proposal for a temporary ceasefire during the current holy month of Ramadan and the Jewish holiday of Passover (April 12-20). The US plan includes the release of half of Israeli captives held in Gaza. However, the Hamas Movement dismissed the plan, calling it an attempt to sabotage the original agreement.

According to Israel’s account of US Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff’s proposal, half of the remaining Israeli captives — living and dead — would be released on the first day of the extended ceasefire, and the remaining captives would be released at the end of the period if a permanent ceasefire is reached.

Emboldened by the support of the US administration, the Israeli government ordered all aid corridors into Gaza to be closed on Sunday after Hamas rejected Witkoff’s proposal.

Gaza death toll nears 48,397 amid Israeli violations of ceasefire

By Nour Abu 'Aisha and Ranya Abu Shammala

Anadolu, 03.03.2025

GAZA CITY, Palestine

Gaza’s death toll from Israel’s destructive war since October 2023 has reached 48,397, the Palestinian Health Ministry said on Monday.

A Ministry statement said that the toll included five people killed by Israeli army fire and four bodies recovered from the rubble in the last 48 hours.

According to the ministry, 21 more injured Palestinians were transferred to hospitals, taking the number of injuries to 111,824 in the Israeli onslaught.

A ceasefire agreement has been in place in Gaza since Jan. 19, halting the Israeli war that has caused widespread destruction and left the Palestinian enclave in ruins.

Despite the ceasefire, the Gaza local authorities reported almost daily ceasefire violations by the Israeli army.

Israel halted the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza on Sunday, hours after the expiry of the first phase of a ceasefire agreement, and refused to enter talks for the deal’s second phase.

The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants in November last year for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.

Two Palestinian martyrs killed by the IOFs gunfire in Rafa'h, three injured in an Israeli raid on Khan Younus

Monday 3-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Two Palestinians were martyred Monday morning by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire (IOF) in Rafa'h, in the southern Gaza Strip, while three others were injured in an Israeli raid on Al-Mawasi area in Khan Yunis, in continuation of escalated Israeli ceasefire violations.

Local sources reported that the two citizens, Mousa Qishta and Khalid Al-Sha'ir, were martyred as a result of IOFs shooting at them in central Raf'ah City.

Meanwhile, three children were injured in an Israeli helicopter bombing of Al-Mawasi area, northwest of Khan Younus.

Local sources explained that an Israeli helicopter fired two missiles towards Al-Mawasi area, which led to injuries among the children, while heavy gunfire was fired off Khan Younus coast.

On Sunday, the IOF killed four Palestinian citizens, including two children and a woman, and injured six others in Bait 'Hanoun, Khan Younus and Rafa'h, shortly after the Israeli decision to close the crossings with the Gaza Strip and block the entry of aid and goods, in an attempt to use starvation as a pressure tool within the framework of the crime of genocide against the Palestinians.

The new Israeli escalation comes after the first phase of the ceasefire agreement had ended, while negotiations for the second phase were supposed to begin on the 16th day of the first phase of the agreement (February 3, 2025).

Since the ceasefire came into force on January 19, the IOF has committed dozens of violations, resulting in more than 118 martyrs and hundreds of wounded, in addition to Israel’s failure to implement the humanitarian protocol.

Palestinian detainee from Jineen dies in Israeli Megiddo prison

RAMALLAH, March 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

Forty-one-year-old Palestinian detainee, Khalid Mahmoud Qasim 'Abdullah, from Jineen refugee camp, has died in Israel’s Megiddo Prison.

The Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) reported that Abdullah, an administrative detainee, died on February 23, 2025 in Megiddo Prison, adding to the growing list of Palestinians who have died as a result of the systematic crimes committed by the Israeli prison system, which has escalated since the beginning of the genocide.

'Abdullah had been held under administrative detention since November 9, 2023.

According to the Commission and PPS, Abdullah was married and a father of four children. He also has two brothers who are being held under administrative detention. According to his family, he had no prior health problems before his detention.

They noted that Abdullah is the third detainee to die in the past week, bringing the total number of Palestinian detainees who have died in Israeli prisons since the start of the genocide in 2023 to 61, whose identities are known. At least 40 of these detainees are from Gaza, marking the highest number recorded.

This period has been the deadliest in the history of the Palestinian prisoner movement since 1967. As a result, the total number of Palestinian detainees who have died in Israeli prisons since 1967 has risen to 298. It should be noted that many detainees from Gaza remain subject to the crime of enforced disappearance, while 70 Palestinian detainees' bodies are still being held, including 59 since the beginning of the aggression in 2023.

The Commission and PPS stressed that Abdullah's death is another crime in the record of Israel's brutal prison system, which has reached new extremes since the onset of the genocide.

They further pointed out that the Israeli occupation does not just kill detainees but deliberately conceals their fate for a period after their death, as was the case with many Gaza detainees, including Khalid 'Abdullah.

The Commission and PPS affirmed that the ongoing mistreatment of detainees is part of the larger genocide strategy, which aims to execute and eliminate more Palestinians through systematic means.

They also emphasized that the rising number of deaths among detainees will continue to grow as more Palestinians remain in Israeli prisons, where they face daily abuse, including torture, starvation, medical neglect, sexual violence and conditions that lead to severe and contagious diseases. In addition, there is an unprecedented level of deprivation and dispossession.

The Commission and PPS held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for the death of 'Abdullah. They reiterated their calls for the international human rights community to take decisive action to hold Israeli officials accountable for the ongoing war crimes they are committing against the Palestinian people.

They called for imposing sanctions to isolate Israel internationally and restore the role of the international human rights system, which has been severely weakened during the genocide. They also urged an end to the exceptional immunity Israel has been granted by colonial powers, which have allowed it to evade accountability and punishment.

Israeli occupation forces shoot Palestinian west of Ramallah

RAMALLAH, March 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces Monday evening shot and injured a Palestinian in Shuqba town, west of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah, according to local sources.

They said that the occupying forces barged their way into the town and opened gunfire at Abdul-Ra'hman Thabiet, while driving his motorbike, injuring him in the abdomen.

Thabit, 17, was rushed to a hospital for urgent treatment.

The sources added that the heavily armed soldiers opened fire at Thabit and beat him up although there were no confrontations.

The Israeli occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents.

These raids are conducted without a search warrant whenever and wherever the military chooses, in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers.

Under Israeli military law army commanders have full executive, legislative, and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised.

IOF continues its widespread violations in W. Bank and Al-Quds (occupied  Jerusalem)

Monday 3-March-2025

WEST BANK, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) continued to carry out demolitions, arrests, and attacks on Palestinian citizens in different areas of the West Bank and Al-Quds (occupied  Jerusalem), on Sunday and Monday.

According to local sources, the IOF demolished on Sunday a date processing plant in the north of Jericho, although its owner was still trying to extract a court order to halt the demolition measure.

The IOFs also demolished a commercial store and a number of public facilities in the same area in Aree'ha (Jericho) at the pretext of unlicensed construction.

In Al-Quds (occupied  Jerusalem) refugee camp, the IOFs set fire to several Palestinian homes and launched a teargas attack on citizens on the outskirts of the camp, injuring an infant.

Israeli occupation forces also withdrew from the al-Rabi’ building after causing extensive damage to its apartments and repositioned themselves in several areas of al-Jaberiyat neighborhood in Al-Quds (occupied  Jerusalem) refugee camp.

During its ongoing military campaign in Al-Quds (occupied  Jerusalem) refugee camp, the IOFs demolished about 498 homes and facilities either completely or partially, not to mention the widespread destruction of infrastructure.

The IOFs also killed and injured dozens of citizens during its operation in Jenin camp, which started about 42 days ago.

In Nablus, a large number of Israeli troops and two bulldozers stormed the eastern area of Nablus City and spread in its streets last night to secure the access of the illegal Israeli settlers to Joseph’s Tomb.

In Toulkarm, the Israeli army continued its destruction campaign in Nour Shams refugee camp.

Since Sunday morning, the IOFs demolished over 50 apartments and forced seven families to leave their homes at gunpoint in Nour Shams refugee camp.

In Al-Quds (occupied  Jerusalem), the Israeli police arrested many young men and summoned others for interrogation in the Old City.

About 75 Palestinian citizens were able to perform the Isha and Tarawee'h prayers on the third night of the holy month of Ramadan despite the Israeli entry and movement restrictions in the holy city.

Israeli plain-clothes police officers reportedly kidnaped a Palestinian citizen from Al-Quds (occupied  Jerusalem) district of Al-'Eisawiya.

Several suffocate in Israeli army raid on southern West Bank town

Al-Khaleel (Hebron), March 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

Several Palestinians Monday suffocated in an Israeli army raid in Bait Ummar town, north of the occupied West Bank city of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), according to a media activist.

Mu'hammed 'Awwad said that Israeli occupation forces barged their way into the town and fired barrages of tear gas and concussion bombs at the playground of the local high school, causing some residents and students to suffocate from excessive tear gas inhalation.

The occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents.

These raids are conducted without a search warrant whenever and wherever the military chooses, in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers.

The Israeli occupation continue their aggression on Jineen and its refugee camp for the 42nd consecutive day

Jineen, March 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Israeli occupation forces have continued their aggression on the city of Jineen and its refugee camp for the 42nd consecutive day, resulting in 27 people killed, dozens injured and extensive destruction of infrastructure and properties.

Last night, a three-month-old infant suffocated from the tear gas fired by the occupation forces at the entrance to Jenin refugee camp.

The occupation forces continue to block all entrances to Jineen refugee camp with dirt mounds, forcing citizens attempting to reach their homes to turn back. Meanwhile, Israeli bulldozers and military vehicles remain stationed around the camp, and reinforcements are continuously being deployed to the surrounding areas.

The Israeli soldiers withdrew from the Al-Rabee building near Jenin refugee camp, leaving behind massive destruction in the residential apartments they had used as military outposts for 41 days. After the withdrawal, the soldiers repositioned themselves at other locations near the camp.

So far, the occupation has forced nearly twenty thousand citizens to leave the camp, dispersing them across 39 towns and villages. The occupation is also attempting to alter the camp’s landscape through systematic destruction, which has caused complete destruction to 120 homes and partially damage to dozens of others.

Additionally, the occupation has executed 336 raids, conducted numerous field interrogations and subjected residents to comprehensive searches. Furthermore, drone strikes have carried out approximately 15 bombing operations.

The occupation continues to send military reinforcements to the outskirts of Jenin refugee camp, while also maintaining its military vehicles' presence in front of the Jineen Governmental Hospital. Israeli tanks are positioned near the camp, and the forces are preventing both local and international journalists from entering the camp to document the widespread destruction and ongoing violations against its citizens.

Israeli occupation forces and settlers carried out 1,705 attacks in February, report finds

RAMALLAH, March 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces and the illegal Israeli settlers carried out 1,705 attacks against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank during February, according to a new report from the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission.

Muayyed Sha'ban, head of the commission, said in a report on Monday that Israeli forces were responsible for 1,475 of these attacks, while Israeli colonists carried out 230. The majority of these attacks were concentrated in Nablus, which saw 300 attacks, followed by Hebron with 267 and Ramallah with 263.

Sha'ban pointed out that Israeli colonist attacks were most frequent in Nablus and Al-Khaleel (Hebron), each witnessing 43 assaults, followed by Ramallah with 38 and Jerusalem with 25. These attacks included 68 incidents of property vandalism and theft, affecting large areas of Palestinian land. In addition, colonists uprooted 642 trees, including 610 olive trees, mainly in Hebron (292 trees), Jenin (250), and Jerusalem (100).

The report also highlighted systematic targeting of the 'Arab Al-Mulai'hat community northwest of Aree'ha (Jericho), where colonists opened a road encircling the area and set fire to the community mosque, in an attempt to force the displacement of residents for colonial expansion.

Furthermore, Israeli occupation authorities conducted 79 demolitions in February, affecting 156 structures, including 109 inhabited homes. Demolitions were most severe in Al-Khaleel (Hebron), where 55 structures were destroyed, followed by Jineen (26), Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) (19), and Salfeet (15). Additionally, 93 demolition orders were issued, predominantly in Nablus (25), Toulkarm (24), Hebron (13), and Tubas (8).

IOA razes large livestock farm in Al-Quds (occupied  Jerusalem)

Monday 3-March-2025

Al-Quds (occupied  Jerusalem), (PIC)

The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) demolished on Monday morning a large livestock farm belonging to a Palestinian family in Al-Quds (occupied  Jerusalem) district of Al-'Eisawiya at the pretext of unlicensed construction.

According to local sources, two bulldozers escorted by Israeli police forces stormed the eastern area of Al-'Eisawiya and embarked on knocking down a four-dunum livestock farm belonging to the Mustafa family.

The Mustafa family had to relocate the livestock from the farm after recently receiving a final demolition notice against the facility, which was built in 1996.

The Israeli municipality also demolished residential premises belonging to the family in the same area.

The IOA recently started carrying out a large-scale demolition campaign in Al-'Eisawiya and other Palestinian neighborhoods of east Jerusalem as part of its efforts to force the Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) families to leave the holy city.

Endowment Ministry documents Israeli violations at Al-Aqsa and Al-Ibraheemi Mosques in February

Monday 3-March-2025

RAMALLAH, (PIC)

The Palestinian Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs documented in its monthly report the violations of Israeli occupation forces and settlers against Al-Aqsa and Al-Ibraheemi Mosques as well as other sacred places during the month of February, showing that the Al-Aqsa Mosque was stormed 20 times, and the call to prayer was prevented in Al-Ibraheemi Mosque for 44 times.

The Ministry explained, in a statement on Sunday, that Israeli occupation forces and settlers have intensified their attacks against Islamic sanctities under the pretext of tourism.

It reported that Israeli occupation forces continued their attacks on the Ibraheemi Mosque, expelled a number of its employees for no reason and banned them from entering it, stressing that these measures come as part of the Israeli attempts to empty the mosque of worshipers and workers, after its director was deported from it a week ago.

The Ministry of Endowments confirmed in a previous statement that it is the only sovereign authority over the holy site, and that any attempt to change that reality is a violation and assault on its sovereignty, because the holy sanctuary is a purely Muslims’ Waqf property and no one, no matter how powerful he is, has the right to tamper with it or change its features.

It stressed that the Israeli occupation, by practicing its daily violations and attacks on the Ibrahimi Mosque, is ignoring all international laws and conventions that placed the holy sanctuary on the list of the cultural heritage in 2017.

The Endowments Ministry called on the relevant international institutions to “exert efforts to stop and end these violations in order to preserve its religious heritage and historical value, and to put an end to the violations of this unjust occupation.”

EU calls for resuming ceasefire talks, warns of humanitarian consequences

Monday 3-March-2025

BRUSSELS, (PIC)

The European Union (EU) has warned that Israel’s decision to halt the entry of humanitarian aid to Gaza could have “humanitarian consequences,” calling for resuming negotiations on the second phase of the ceasefire agreement.

Speaking at a daily news briefing in Brussels on Monday, European Commission spokesman Anouar El-Anouni responded to questions about the Israeli government’s decision to prevent the entry of all humanitarian aid shipments to Gaza.

“As for humanitarian aid, Israel’s internal decision to block the entry of all humanitarian assistance into Gaza could have humanitarian consequences,” he warned.

“We call for a swift resumption of negotiations on the second phase of the ceasefire and express our firm support for the mediators,” Anouni added.

The EU also reiterated its calls for full, rapid, safe and unhindered access to humanitarian aid for Palestinians in need and for allowing and facilitating humanitarian workers and international organizations to operate effectively and safely inside Gaza.

Earlier on Sunday, the Israeli government announced it would not allow the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza.

Hamas calls on the UN to restore the Gaza agreement to its path

Monday 3-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, confirmed that Israel, backed by unlimited American support, has been violating the ceasefire agreement from the moment it was announced on January 19, 2025. The Movement called on the international community and the United Nations to compel Israel to return to the agreement and proceed to its second phase leading to a permanent ceasefire and withdrawal of the Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip.

'Hamas, in a press conference held by one of its leaders, Osama 'Hamdan, reviewed the major Israeli violations after the conclusion of the first phase of the agreement.

'Hamdan said that Israel’s behavior and its violations of the agreement during the first phase clearly demonstrate that the Israeli government was interested in the collapse of the agreement and worked hard to achieve that.

He regarded Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu’s recent decision to adopt American proposals for extending the first phase of the agreement, in arrangements contrary to the agreement signed under Egyptian, Qatari, and American sponsorship, as “an obvious attempt to evade the agreement and avoid entering negotiations for the second phase.”

The 'Hamas leader detailed, through 25 points, the total Israeli violations of the agreement which include the military field, relief and shelter protocols, the prisoners’ file, the Rafah crossing, the Philadelphia corridor, and political violations.

Regarding political violations, 'Hamdan pointed out that the Israeli government did not commit to starting negotiations for the second phase on the sixteenth day after signing the ceasefire agreement. “Now, they demand entering a new agreement contrary to all that has been agreed upon.”

Extortion threatening the region

'Hamdan affirmed Hamas’s commitment to move forward with the three-phase agreement and transition to its second phase, “as we have committed to implementing all the terms of the agreement concerning us accurately and within the specified timelines,” holding Israel and its supporters fully responsible for the repercussions of their actions.

He condemned the “cheap extortion” practiced by Netanyahu and his extremist government using humanitarian aid as a pressure tactic in negotiations, following the decision to close the crossings and stop the flow of humanitarian aid to the stricken enclave.

'Hamdan called on the international community to force Israel to open the crossings and allow the entry of life-saving humanitarian aid, a right enshrined in international law that no one has the right to tamper with.

He also urged the international community and the United Nations to work to compel Israel to return to the agreement and start the second phase of it, leading to a permanent ceasefire, the withdrawal of all Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip, and allow the relief and shelter to the people in Gaza, as well as the reconstruction of what Israel has destroyed, and the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution No. (2735), and to work towards achieving a just solution to the Palestinian cause that guarantees the right to self-determination by establishing a fully sovereign and independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, and the return of refugees to their cities and villages from which they were displaced.

'Hamdan said, “The war criminal Netanyahu and his extremist government bear full responsibility for obstructing the progress of the agreement, or any foolishness he may commit by overturning it, including the humanitarian repercussions related to the Israeli captives in the Gaza Strip.”

He underlined that the Israeli government is pushing to return matters to square one and overturn the agreement, through alternatives such as extending the first phase, or creating an intermediate phase, among other proposals that do not align with what was agreed upon in the signed agreement between the parties.

'Hamdan confirmed that the only way to recover the Israeli captives is to adhere to the agreement and enter immediately into negotiations to start the second phase.

He added, “The mediators and guarantors bear full responsibility for preventing Netanyahu from sabotaging all the efforts made to reach the agreement and for protecting the agreement from collapse.”

'Hamdan emphasized that international security and stability have become threatened in light of absolute American support of Israel, and the international silence that does not move in response to the Israeli rampage, which threatens to resume genocidal war, escalates its aggression in the West Bank, continues its aggression against Lebanon, and launches brutal assaults on Syria as well, “and the consequences of that will not be limited to our people and our nation.”

Field violations

On the level of field violations, Hamas recorded 962 field violations, documenting 77 instances of gunfire, 45 incursions by occupation forces, 37 bombardments and attacks, 5 cases of detaining drivers and fishermen, resulting in a total of 116 martyrs and 490 wounded.

He noted the continued advancement and incursion of occupation forces on withdrawal lines almost daily, especially in the Philadelphia corridor, exceeding the agreed distances by 300 to 500 meters, accompanied by gunfire, killing civilians, demolishing homes, and leveling lands.

Hamdan explained that Israel delayed withdrawing from Al-Rasheed and Salah al-Din streets and prevented the return of displaced people for two full days, in clear violation of the agreement, and continued to prevent fishermen from going out to sea to fish, while also maintaining its drone flights during prohibited periods (10-12 hours daily), having recorded 210 violations of reconnaissance and armed flights using different aircraft.

Violations of humanitarian protocols

As for violations related to relief, shelter, and humanitarian protocols, 'Hamdan documented the Israeli failure to comply with the entry of 50 fuel trucks daily as per the agreement, with a total of 978 fuel trucks over 42 days, averaging 23 trucks daily. The commercial sector was also prevented from importing fuel of all kinds, despite being a clear provision in the agreement.

He said that the Movement recorded Israel’s non-compliance with the agreed number of mobile homes, allowing only 15 mobile homes out of the 60,000 agreed upon, as well as a limited number of tents. They also did not comply with the entry of heavy machinery needed to clear rubble and retrieve bodies, allowing only 9 vehicles to pass, while the Strip needs at least 500 vehicles, he elaborated.

He also noted that Israel prevented the entry of construction materials needed to rehabilitate infrastructure and hospitals, as well as necessary medical equipment, allowing only 5 ambulances to operate, while refusing to allow the entry of civil defense equipment, preventing the operation of the power station and not permitting the entry of supplies needed for its rehabilitation. Israel also banned the entry of cash liquidity to banks and refused to replace worn-out banknotes, 'Hamdan said.

Prisoners file

In the file concerning prisoners, 'Hamdan pointed to a deliberate delay in the release of Palestinian prisoners by in all exchange batches that occurred during the first phase, “despite the agreement stating that they should be released one hour after the Israeli prisoners are handed over, and delayed the release of the seventh batch of the first phase for five days, under weak excuses and justifications.”

The Hamas leader added that Israel forced the released prisoners on February 15 and 26 to wear clothes bearing Nazi and racist connotations, pointing out that Israel did not commit to disclosing the names of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners from Gaza, having only disclosed 2,400 prisoners.

'Hamdan said that Hamas documented the exposure of Palestinian prisoners to beating, humiliation, torture, and starvation until the moment of their release, and Israel refused to release the elderly female prisoner Sihem Moussa Abu Salem (70 years old) from Gaza.

Rafa'h Crossing and Philadelphia Corridor

In the files of the Rafa'h crossing and the Philadelphia corridor, 'Hamdan clarified that Israel continued to close the Rafah crossing to civilians in both directions, preventing the resumption of goods and trade movement through the crossing, and turned back dozens of travelers, including patients and injured individuals, after agreeing to their travel.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation army did not gradually reduce its forces as the mediators promised. The Israeli army forces continued to advance daily by hundreds of meters, and did not begin the withdrawal from the Philadelphia corridor on the 42nd day, as had been scheduled, nor did they complete the withdrawal by the 50th day.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
