In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

PHR-I said that the request was made to allow lawyer Nasir 'Oada to assess Abu Safiya’s condition and the circumstances of his detention. According to the organization, the Israeli army stated that Odeh, who regularly visits Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons, would not be allowed to meet Abu Safiya until January 10. Abu Safiya was kidnaped on December 27, 2024 along with medical staffers working in the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, in addition to wounded patients and other civilians who were at the time inside the building in northern Gaza, with Amnesty International accusing Israel of “genocidal intent.” Israeli forces deliberately set fire to the medical facility after besieging and bombing it for weeks, with reports that some medical personnel were burned alive. *** Palestinian Health Ministry warns of real catastrophe sweeping hospitals, oxygen stations in Gaza Tuesday 7-January-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza has warned once again of a real disaster that is sweeping hospitals, oxygen stations, medicine refrigerators and nurseries in all health facilities remaining in operation in the Gaza Strip. “There is no fuel stock in hospitals due to the policy of dripping in fuel that the occupation has been pursuing since the beginning of the war on Gaza,” the ministry said in a statement on Tuesday. It explained that Israeli occupation forces (IOF) oblige aid convoys, including fuel vehicles, to take roads full of thieves and bandits who rob them at gunpoint under IOF protection. The Health Ministry pointed out that the last shipment of fuel was stolen yesterday Monday; as it was on its way to hospitals. The Ministry reiterated its appeal to all concerned, international, and humanitarian organizations to urgently intervene to provide fuel and secure it to operate generators in hospitals and health centers in the Gaza Strip. *** Dujarric: Israel occupation army barred three UN attempts to deliver aid to northern Gaza Tuesday 7-January-2025 GAZA, (PIC) UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said on Monday that the Israeli occupation army refused three attempts by the UN to reach northern Gaza for aid delivery during the past three days. “Three attempts by the United Nations to reach these areas over the past three days — that’s one on Saturday, one on Sunday and another one today — were all denied,” Dujarric said in a news briefing. Dujarric added that Israel continues to restrict the delivery of aid to northern Gaza. He called on Israel to allow the civilian police to operate in Gaza and restore public order. Meanwhile, the UN World Food Program (WFP) has strongly condemned an incident that took place on Sunday when a clearly marked WFP convoy was shot at by Israeli forces near the Wadi Gaza checkpoint, putting staff lives at tremendous risk and leaving the vehicles immobilized. “The convoy, consisting of three vehicles carrying eight staff members, came under hostile fire despite having received all of the necessary clearances from Israeli authorities,” WFP said in a press release on Monday. “At least 16 bullets struck the vehicles. Thankfully, no staff members were injured in what must have been a horrifying encounter for our colleagues,” WFP added. *** The World Food Program denounces Israeli attack on its convoy in Gaza Monday 6-January-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Israeli airstrikes continued across Gaza overnight into Monday, while the UN World Food Program (WFP) reported that one of its aid convoys in the war-shattered enclave was targeted by Israeli fire on Sunday. “At least 16 bullets” struck the convoy of three vehicles carrying eight staff members which came under fire near Wadi Gaza checkpoint. “Thankfully, no staff members were injured in this terrifying encounter,” the agency added. All necessary clearances had been obtained from the Israeli authorities and WFP said that it was “just the latest example of the complex and dangerous working environment” confronting its teams. The development comes amid reports that a missile struck a flour distribution warehouse in central Gaza run by a UN aid partner at the weekend, leaving three humanitarian workers seriously injured. *** PPS: Administrative detention becomes akin to life-sentence in Israeli occupation regime jails Tuesday 7-January-2025 RAMALLAH, (PIC) The Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) said that the Israeli occupation regime has transformed the administrative detention order into more like a life sentence, in a form of a crime that steals the lives of thousands of detainees under the pretext of the so called “the secret file”, keeping detainees indefinitely subjected to this injustice. According to a statement by PPS on Monday, the issue of administrative detainees has become one of the most significant developments accompanying the ongoing war. As of early January 2025, the number of administrative detainees has risen to 3,376, including approximately 95 children and 22 women. This group represents 32% of the total Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails, which exceeds 10,400 individuals. Administrative detention escalated The PPS pointed out that this is the highest proportion of administrative detainees in history, based on monitoring and documentation by human rights organizations. The surge in administrative detention began even before the current aggression and has since escalated dramatically. Prior to the war, there were 1,320 administrative detainees, a number that has now nearly tripled. It also explained that administrative detainees are exposed, as well as all the prisoners, to systematic crimes including torture, starvation, and medical neglect, which led to the martyrdom of a number of them. Since the Israeli war on Gaza began in October 2023, 54 prisoners have died in Israeli custody, four of whom were under administrative detention: 'Omar Daraghma, Samee'h 'Alawi, Mu'hammed Al-Sabbagh, and Mustafa Abu 'Aara. It further elaborated that administrative detention cases typically increase during wars and uprisings in the occupied territories, noting that Israeli occupation authorities frequently use this measure as a tool of oppression and intimidation, with detention orders being renewed for detainees who have completed their initial detention terms, essentially extending their sentences without charge or trial. According to Israeli military orders, the administrative detention order can be renewed to unlimited times, and it is issued for a maximum renewable period of six months, affecting all Palestinians including university students, journalists, women, and former deputies in the Legislative Council, human rights activists, workers, lawyers, mothers and former detainees. The PPS highlighted the case of the administrative detainee and journalist Nidal Abu Aker, stressing that he has been detained for two years and four months, and when he had completed his last renewed four months, his administrative detention order was renewed once again on the last day of his previous detention order. *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
