While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Israeli genocidal war on Gaza enters Day 458

Monday 6-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 458th consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas.

Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Monday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens.

The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 94, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area.

Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services.

Local sources said that the Israeli army bombed a gathering of civilians in Jabalya Al-Nazla area in northern Gaza, killing one of them and injuring others.

A Palestinian was killed and two others were injured in an Israeli bombing on Khirbet Al-'Adas in Rafa'h.

Two children were also killed in an Israeli drone attack on Al-Shawka area, east of Rafa'h city, south of the Gaza Strip.

Four more citizens were killed and several others were injured in an Israeli aircraft bombing on a house in the vicinity of Al-Shaikh Radhwan pond, north of Gaza City.

Twins were also reported killed in the ongoing Israeli bombing of northern Gaza.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces opened fire towards the Al-Mawasi area west of Rafa'h city in the southern Gaza Strip.

The Israeli artillery shelled the vicinity of Al-Mufti land north of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

A woman and a child were killed when an Israeli aircraft bombed a house near Al-'Omari Mosque in Al-Daraj neighborhood in the center of Gaza City.

In a similar attack, a woman was killed in the Israeli bombing of Jabalya refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Dr. Thabit Saleem, a volunteer at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Dair El-Bala'h, was killed in the Israeli bombing of a house in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Along the same line, two farmers were killed in the Israeli bombing of their agricultural field in Al-Musabbi'h area north of Rafa'h in the southern Gaza Strip, while two others were killed in the Israeli bombing of northeast Rafa'h.

The number of Gaza newborns dying of cold rises to eight

Monday 6-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Ministry of Health announced on Monday the death of the child Yousuf Kalloub, who was less than 35-day old, due to harsh weather conditions and bitter cold, in light of the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, which brings the number of deaths among newborns to eight.

Earlier, the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced that the number of child deaths in the Gaza Strip due to cold and lack of shelter has risen to seven, in light of the ongoing Israeli war on the Strip.

UNRWA added in a statement issued on Sunday evening, that “cold weather and lack of shelter are causing the death of newborns in Gaza, while 7,700 newborns lack life-saving care, confirming that at least seven children have died so far due to cold in the Strip.

The displaced Palestinians have been living in tents made of cloth and nylon, under harsh humanitarian conditions due to the scarcity of life essentials such as water and food, in addition to a severe shortage of clothing, blankets and heating devices during the winter.

Civilian killed by the Israeli drone fire northwest of Gaza

GAZA, January 6, 2025 (WAFA) -

A civilian was killed on Monday evening by gunfire from an Israeli quadcopter drone in Al-Maqousi area northwest of Gaza City.

In this context, medical sources reported that the death toll from the Israeli genocidal airstrikes on several areas in the Gaza Strip since the early hours of today has risen to 15.

According to medical sources, the total number of the Palestinian civilians killed since the onset of the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, on October 7, 2023, has so far reached 45,854, mostly women and children. This toll remains incomplete, as thousands of victims remain trapped under rubble or scattered along the roads, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue crews due to the relentless Israeli shelling and massive amount of debris.

Palestinian Health Ministry: Abu Safiya seen in Sde Teiman Prison

Sunday 5-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Director General of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, Muneer Al-Bursh, called for real action to ensure the release of the Director of Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, 'Husam Abu Safiya, from Israeli detention.

“Abu Safiya was seen in Sde Teiman Prison and signs of beating and torture appeared on his body. The Israeli occupation denied at first his arrest and then admitted it,” Al-Bursh added.

Abu Safiya was arrested on December 27, when Israeli forces stormed the bombed-out Kamal 'Udwan Hospital following a nearly three-month blockade of northern Gaza.

All medical staff, patients and their relatives were taken out of the hospital at gunpoint, forced to strip down to their underwear and transferred to an unknown location.

The last photo of Abu Safiya showed him walking alone towards a row of Israeli tanks that had amassed outside the facility.

Calls are growing for Israel to release Abu Safiya, with the World Health Organization (WHO) saying it was “appalled” by the raid and MedGlobal, a humanitarian NGO providing healthcare in disaster areas, demanding his immediate release.

Illegal Israeli settlers storm Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)'s Aqsa mosque

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), January 5, 2025 (WAFA) –

Dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque today under heavy protection from the Israeli occupation regime police.

Local sources reported that more than 140 of the illegal Israeli settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque in successive groups from the Al-Maghariba Gate, and performed Talmudic rituals in its courtyards.

Following Kedumim operation, Smotrich calls for ethnic cleansing in Jineen and Nablus

Monday 6-January-2025

NAZARETH, (PIC)

The illegal Israeli extremist settler, who is also the Israeli occupation regime finance minister, Bezalel Smotrich, called for conducting ethnic cleansing against the Palestinians in the cities of Jenin and Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank, similar to Israeli military operations in Jabalya refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Smotrich’s remarks came as he was commenting on the resistance operation which led to the killing of three of the illegal Israeli settlers and the injury of seven others in a shooting attack carried out near the Kedumim settlement, in which the minister lives, east of Qalqilya.

“Funduk, Nablus, and Jenin should look like Jabalya” (a neighborhood in Gaza that has been almost completely destroyed), so that Kfar Saba does not become like the Gaza Strip,” he said.

Since last October, Israeli occupation army has been launching a large-scale military operation in the northern Gaza Strip involving intense bombing and suffocating siege, with the aim of forcing the Palestinians to relocate towards the south.

Smotrich demanded an “urgent convening of the cabinet today to discuss a change in concept and the real eradication of terror in Judea and Samaria (the Jewish name for the West Bank).”

The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also responded to the attack in a statement on social media platforms, affirming that all those involved will be brought to account.

For his part, the Israeli army minister, Yisrael Katz, wrote on X, ” We will not accept a Gazan reality in Judea and Samaria, and anyone who follows the path of Hamas in Gaza and enables and sponsors the murder and harm of Jews will pay a heavy price.”

Following the resistance operation, the Israeli occupation army encircled the city of Qalqilya and several towns in northern the West Bank and sent military reinforcements to comb the area in search of the resistance fighters who carried out the attack.

Euro-Med: Israel undermines public order in Gaza

Sunday 5-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Israel is engaging in a risky strategy of destroying the security and justice structures in the Gaza Strip and undermining public order to guarantee the Palestinians’ annihilation of one another without resorting to direct military action, the Euro-Med Monitor revealed in a new report on Sunday.

“In order to spread chaos and insecurity as part of the genocidal war and create disastrous conditions that result in the destruction of Palestinians in the Strip as a whole, the Israeli army has attempted to target members of the security, humanitarian aid coordination, and civil police forces while they were working to secure its entry or while they were in their homes and shelters since the start of the war on October 7, 2023.”

The Euro-Med said that “the state of chaos brought about by the breakdown of the security system and the Israeli army’s permitting organized gangs to enter areas under its military control in order to steal humanitarian aid has resulted in the concerning rise of armed groups composed of masked individuals who carry out coordinated attacks against civilians under a variety of pretexts, including defending aid, in egregious violation of their basic rights and dignity guaranteed by international law.”

Due to the chaos and the breakdown of the security system in the Gaza Strip, some families have started using weapons, which are surprisingly common, to settle disputes among themselves, which has made the phenomenon of individual retaliation and the spread of disputes and revenge through illegal means more likely.

In addition to being a flagrant breach of international humanitarian law, Israel’s approach makes the population’s dire humanitarian situation worse. Israel’s 15-month-long genocide in Gaza has made these conditions worse by systematically destroying civilian infrastructure, undermining political institutions, and increasing the suffering of the civilian populace in a way never seen before.

The Euro-Med said that these actions are occurring outside of the legal system and without any legal processes that protect the accused’s rights or look into the accusations made against them. This represents a grave lack of justice as well as a blatant violation of fundamental rights and human dignity.

According to the report, these violations are part of an Israeli strategy to destroy the Gaza Strip’s security and justice system by bombing official and alternative police stations, judicial institutions, and police officers and staff, including local security personnel represented by private companies or civil committees.

Regulating this situation and making sure that any party tasked with upholding community security follows the law and respects human dignity are obligations of the Gaza Strip’s authorities and the relevant Palestinian factions, particularly Hamas.

The Euro-Med stressed the importance of upholding the values of justice and human dignity and guaranteeing that those suspected of violating them are treated humanely and with discipline.

The Geneva-based organization also called on the international community to put more pressure on Israel to cease attacking the justice system and police, which are vital civil institutions.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
