While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

At least 5,000 Palestinians killed, missing in Israeli assault in northern Gaza

Sunday 12-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

At least 5,000 Palestinians have been killed or gone missing in the ongoing Israeli offensive in northern Gaza that started 100 days ago, the Government Media Office (GMO) said on Sunday.

“In the past 100 days, our people in northern Gaza have suffered the most horrific forms of killing, ethnic cleansing, destruction, and displacement,” GMO added.

“Some 9,500 others have also been injured, in addition to the detention of 2,600 people, including women and children, in a flagrant violation of all international conventions and norms,” it said in a statement.

The Office said attacks on homes, hospitals, public facilities, and infrastructure in northern Gaza “clearly expose the Israeli occupation’s intention to deliberately and systematically eliminate the foundations of life in the Gaza Strip and cause a deep humanitarian crisis that exacerbates the suffering of our Palestinian people.”

“The occupation will not succeed in displacing our people or denying their rights,” it added.

Israel has launched a large-scale ground operation in northern Gaza since Oct. 5, 2024. Since then, no sufficient humanitarian aid including food, medicine, and fuel, has been allowed into the area, leaving the remaining population on the verge of imminent famine.

The Israeli onslaught in northern Gaza was the latest episode in a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip that has killed more than 46,584 people, mostly women and children, since Oct. 7, 2023.

In November 2024, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, and the former Israeli Army Minister, Yoav Gallant, for their war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on Gaza.

IOFs demolish house foundations, carpentry shop near Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)

Monday 13-January-2025

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC)

Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) demolished on Monday the foundations of a house and a carpentry shop in the town of 'Hizma, northeast of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem).

Local sources reported that an occupation army force, accompanied by military bulldozers, stormed the town of 'Hizma at dawn hours and began demolishing the foundations of a house belonging to citizen Abdul Salam Al-'Omari, and a carpentry shop belonging to citizen Mu'hammad Al-Khateeb.

The IOF arrested two citizens including the young man Zain 'Aamir, after raiding his parents’ homes, and vandalizing its contents.

Since October 7, 2023, the average demolition rate in occupied East Jerusalem has increased by 50% compared to the annual record number of demolitions in the city.

If demolitions continue this way, about 215 housing units will be demolished annually, compared to 144 units in 2020, according to estimates issued by institutions concerned with monitoring Israeli occupation’s violations.

IOFs and settlers have been escalating their violations against citizens, property and lands in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, amid continuous calls for confrontations.

Illegal Israeli settlers uproot olive trees near Bait La'hm (Bethlehem)

Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), January 13, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers cut down olive seedlings in lands in the town of Na'haleen, west of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem).

In a previous interview with WAFA, the head of the Nahaleen village council said that a group of colonists established a pastoral colonial outpost in 'Ain Faris area, where they installed two large "barracks" for raising livestock.

He said that these steps will deprive citizens of their land, which is about 2,000 dunams in area, noting that the aforementioned area has been subjected to repeated attacks by the colonists of Beitar Illit, which included pumping wastewater, which led to the destruction of crops and the pollution of the water.

60% of Gaza’s families homeless, as a result of the ongoing Israeli genocidal war

Sunday 12-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Ministry of Public Works and Housing in the Gaza Strip revealed on Sunday that more than 60% of families in the enclave are homeless as a result of the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on the Palestinian people over there, for more than 15 months.

“The extent of the destruction in this war is beyond the ability of any party to deal with it quickly and directly,” the ministry said, adding that the destructive power of the massive destruction of residential neighborhoods is several times greater than the damage caused by the 51-day Israeli aggression in 2014.

It was estimated that tens of millions of tons of rubble were left behind after the destruction of cities, residential blocks, and neighborhoods.

According to the ministry, clearing away the debris is the most crucial step in rebuilding Gaza. It entails demolishing any structures that endanger public safety, repairing and maintaining any damaged buildings, and protecting surrounding buildings and streets during the demolition and debris removal processes.

According to the ministry’s report, which followed an evaluation and inspection of the aggression’s effects, dozens of heavy machines suitable for the task’s scope must be brought in because local equipment, the majority of which was damaged or destroyed by Israel’s bombing of government, municipal, and civil facilities, cannot be used to remove the rubble.

Scenes of a tragic reality experienced by those trapped inside the Indonesian Hospital

Monday 13-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Video footage has revealed the tragic reality and extremely difficult humanitarian conditions faced by those trapped inside the Indonesian hospital in northern Gaza, which is under continuous Israeli aggression.

The footage broadcasted by Al Jazeera a couple of days ago showed the extensive destruction inflicted on the Indonesian hospital facilities, particularly the intensive care unit, which was subjected to direct shelling. The bombardment of the intensive care unit destroyed beds, medical equipment, and medicines that were on the shelves, making access to the unit located on the third floor extremely dangerous.

Medical sources indicate that about 23 medical staff, patients, and injured individuals, mostly women, children, and the elderly, are trapped in the hospital facing harsh humanitarian conditions amid a severe shortage of basic life necessities. The footage also revealed that those trapped had to use medical solutions as a substitute for water in cooking food after water supplies were completely cut off.

The presence of Israeli tanks around the hospital was documented, along with repeated gunfire directed at it, preventing medical staff from moving between the hospital’s rooms and departments. The destruction was not limited to the hospital but also included surrounding buildings, with video footage showing massive destruction in the vicinity of the hospital and extensive leveling operations carried out by the occupying forces, affecting entire residential blocks.

These scenes come amid the ongoing Israeli military operations in northern Gaza for over 100 days, raising fears of a possible storming of the hospital, similar to what happened at Kamal 'Udwan Hospital. On January 3, Israeli occupation forces stormed the Indonesian hospital and issued threats to the medical staff and patients, demanding their immediate evacuation.

The Israeli military operation in northern Gaza, which began 100 days ago, has resulted in approximately 5,000 martyrs and missing persons, 9,500 injured, and 2,600 detainees, including women and children. The genocide war waged by Israel on Gaza has continued for 464 consecutive days, leading to the martyrdom of 46,565 individuals and 109,660 injuries of varying severity, including serious and very serious injuries, since October 7, 2023, according to the latest data published by the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

After the martyrdom of Abu Zunaid: 'Hamas calls on international institutions to protect prisoners

Monday 13-January-2025

RAMALLAH, (PIC)

The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, called on the international community, the United Nations, and its institutions to work on protecting Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli occupation’s jails and to stop the horrific violations they face at the hands of the “extremist Zionist regime.”

In a statement on Monday, 'Hamas described the martyrdom of prisoner Mu’taz Abu Zunaid (35 years old) in the Israeli occupation regime prisons as a war crime, noting that the occupation regime continues to commit war crimes and violate all international laws concerning prisoners, in a clear translation of the “fascist decisions” of the occupation government and the extremist minister Itamar Ben Gvir.

'Hamas pointed out that the crimes of the occupation and the systematic operations of abuse and killing against prisoners continue, with Abu Zunaid falling as a martyr “due to torture and brutal measures.”

'Hamas said, “We renew our pledge to our steadfast and resilient people and to our heroic prisoners in the jails, affirming that their freedom is imminent.”

It called on the Palestinian people, especially in the West Bank, to intensify activities supporting the prisoners and “escalate confrontations with the occupation and its fascist army in response to its escalating crimes against our people, our sanctities, and our prisoners.” It also urged the international community and the United Nations to work on protecting the Palestinian prisoners.

'Hamas also reiterated its call on international human rights organizations to shed light on the suffering of Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli jails, amplify their voices, and exert pressure in all forums for their release.

With the martyrdom of detainee Abu Zunaid from Dura, the number of martyrs among prisoners and detainees in the Israeli jails since October 2023 has risen to 55, whose identities are known. This number is historically the highest, making this phase the bloodiest in the history of the prisoners’ movement since 1967. The number of known martyrs from the prisoners’ movement since 1967 has reached 292, noting that there are dozens of martyrs from Gaza detainees whose identities were not disclosed. It is also noted that martyr Abu Zunaid is the fifth administrative detainee to die in the occupation’s prisons since the beginning of the extermination war on Gaza in October 2023.

land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
