While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

A Palestinian killed by the IOFs gunfire in southern Gaza

Monday 3-February-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

A Palestinian citizen was martyred on Sunday when the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) opened fire at him in Al-Shawka town, east of Rafa'h in the southern Gaza Strip.

According to local sources, Salah Al-Soufi was shot dead by IOFs gunfire in Al-Shawka town.

Meanwhile, a number of civilians, including a child, were injured in Israeli strikes in the west of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in central Gaza and 'Abasan town, east of Khan Younus, south of Gaza.

In addition, medical sources said that a girl child called Ranim Shaat died of a serious injury she had sustained in an Israeli strike on her home in Rafa'h during the war on Gaza. Her father and her unborn brother, who was inside her mother’s womb, were already killed in the same strike.

Bodies of nine citizens were found and evacuated to hospitals in Gaza during the past 24 hours, according to Gaza’s health ministry on Sunday.

UN Expert: Over 90% of schools in Gaza destroyed, education system in ruins

NEW YORK, February 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

The United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Right to Education, Farida Shaheed, has reported that more than 90% of schools in Gaza have been completely or partially destroyed, rendering them inoperable. She stated that schools were repeatedly attacked even after being turned into shelters for civilians.

In a statement on Monday, Shaheed emphasized that the recovery of Gaza’s education system primarily depends on ending the war and the Israeli occupation.

She used the term "scholasticide" to describe the deliberate and total destruction of the education system in Gaza during the Israeli war. This term, she explained, refers to the systematic obliteration of education infrastructure and institutions.

While the second semester of the school year began in Palestinian territories on Sunday, education in Gaza remains completely halted since Israel launched its war on October 7, 2023.

Israel's genocide has destroyed the majority of schools in Gaza, including both government-run institutions and those operated by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA). The remaining schools have been turned into shelters for thousands of displaced families, making the resumption of education nearly impossible.

Shaheed also pointed out to the destruction of all universities in Gaza, the bombing of 13 libraries, and the complete annihilation of the central archive containing 150 years of Gaza’s historical records.

"Education is not just about acquiring skills; it is also about developing self-understanding, collective identity, social unity, and moving forward together," she said. "This is what is being deliberately destroyed in Gaza. Teachers and students have endured immense trauma during Israel’s assault."

To address the crisis, Shaheed called for large-scale scholarship programs for Palestinian students and emphasized the need to harness the knowledge and expertise of highly educated Palestinians in the diaspora.

"The Palestinian people have shown remarkable resilience," she added. "Even if it takes a generation or two, they will recover—but only if they are allowed to live in peace and rebuild their lives on their own terms."

She further revealed that 10 children in Gaza lost limbs every day during the war, with amputations often performed without anesthesia. "More than a million children and all educators will require urgent psychological and social counseling," she concluded.

UN Rapporteur: Killing Palestinian women an Israeli tool for genocide in Gaza

Monday 3-February-2025

NEW YORK, (PIC)

The UN Special Rapporteur on violence against women and girls, Reem Salama, confirmed that the Israeli occupation army has used the killing of women and the targeting of reproductive health as tools for genocide in the Gaza Strip.

Salama said in a press statement on Sunday that “Israel’s attacks on Palestinian women are part of a systematic genocide strategy.” She added, “When looking at Israel’s actions overall, it is clear that targeting the reproductive capacity of Palestinians in particular serves this purpose.”

She emphasized that “the killing of Palestinians simply for being women is considered a war crime and a crime against humanity,” noting that the UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide also prohibits acts of genocide aimed at preventing reproduction within a group.

Salama continued, “When we put all the pieces together, we find that the destruction of the health sector, leaving newborns to their fate, and creating horrific conditions for pregnant and nursing women are all tools used in the Israeli genocidal violence targeting the total or partial destruction of the continuity of the Palestinian population.”

She highlighted the devastating impact of the attacks on women and children, using data from the United Nations Population Fund, stating, “800,000 women have been forcibly displaced from their homes, and about one million women and girls are suffering from severe food insecurity.”

The UN rapporteur noted that “the situation in Gaza has reached dimensions unprecedented in modern history,” indicating that abortion rates have increased by 300% due to inadequate medical care, psychological trauma, and bombings. She added, “This is not just about genocide; it also means deliberate killing and the complete destruction of the legal boundaries of war.”

Child injured by the Israeli occupation forces fire as Toulkarm refugee camp faces ongoing siege

TOULKARM, February 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

A 13-year-old girl was injured today by Israeli gunfire in the Al-'Akasha neighborhood of Toulkarm refugee camp, according to local sources.

The child was wounded by bullet shrapnel in her chest and was transported to Thabit Thabit Government Hospital in the city. Medical officials described her condition as ranging between moderate and mild.

Meanwhile, Israeli military bulldozers leveled Yasser Arafat Street, stretching from the beginning of Nablus Street to the city center and the northern entrance of the camp. The destruction resulted in severe damage to infrastructure and the displacement of street vendors operating in the area.

Meantime, Israeli forces continued to deploy additional military units into both Toulkarm city and its refugee camp, enforcing a strict siege. Israeli troops have also seized high-rise buildings within and around the camp, converting them into military outposts and sniper positions.

Residents of the camp are being forcibly displaced at gunpoint, with many compelled to flee toward the city.

The prolonged Israeli assault has led to a worsening humanitarian crisis, with extensive destruction of infrastructure, widespread power and communication blackouts, and a critical shortage of essential supplies, including food, medicine, drinking water, and infant formula.

Israeli occupation forces continue aggressive operations in Tulkarem, obstruct relief efforts

Toulkarm, February 3, 2025 (WAFA) -

Israeli occupation forces conducted on Monday night a series of aggressive operations in Toulkarm, detaining two Palestinians, including an injured young man, and hindering medical efforts in the area.

Israeli forces raided a home in the town of Dthinnaba east of Tulkarem, where they interrogated family members and fired gunshots in the vicinity of the house. During this raid, they detained a 25-year-old resident in the area.

In a separate incident, Israeli forces detained a man after arriving at the emergency department of the Martyr Thabit Thabit Governmental Hospital in an ambulance, experiencing a medical emergency. Despite his condition, Israeli troops stormed the hospital's emergency room, interrogated him while on the medical bed and detained him.

Additionally, a Palestinian woman accompanying a patient in an ambulance was detained by Israeli forces at the entrance to the same hospital, before being later released after questioning.

The Thabit Thabit Governmental Hospital and the nearby Al-Israa Specialist Hospital have been subjected to stringent restrictions, with Israeli forces obstructing ambulances and preventing medical personnel from providing essential healthcare services to the local population.

According to WAFA correspondent, Israeli forces continued their raids on Palestinian homes, systematically vandalizing their contents and forcibly displacing residents at gunpoint. Israeli forces are also seizing numerous homes and tall buildings within and around the camp, converting them into military barracks and sniper positions.

Furthermore, the Israeli forces have so far displaced entire neighborhoods, particularly in the heart of the camp.

Israeli military operation continues in northern West Bank, amid widespread destruction

Monday 3-February-2025

WEST BANK, (PIC)

The Israeli military operation in the north of the occupied West Bank entered its 14 day in Jineen and its 8th day in Toulkarm on Sunday, amid ongoing destruction of homes and property.

The Israeli occupation army also expanded its operation to Tammoun town in southern Tubas on Sunday as a prelude to deploying its forces in other towns and villages in the northern West Bank.

In Jineen, the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) blew up on Sunday evening four neighborhoods in Jineen refugee camp, destroying dozens of homes.

Local sources said that the IOFa brought large shipments of explosives into Jenin camp and placed them inside several homes in different neighborhoods before detonating them.

The sources added that during the past days, the IOFa forced the residents of the camp to leave their homes, bulldozed and detonated multiple homes and roads, turned dozens of houses into military posts, and deployed scores of troops in all areas of Jenin.

A few hours after its massive detonation of homes in Jenin camp, the Israeli army threatened to bomb a residential building in Jineen City.

According to WAFA news agency, the IOFs notified the family of Al-Sa'di of its intent to bomb its three-story house in the eastern neighborhood of Jineen City if its son, Qusay, did not turn himself in.

Meanwhile, al-Quds Brigades of Islamic Jihad said that a group of its fighters detonated at dawn an explosive device at an IOFs vehicle in Silat Al-'Harithiya town, northwest of Jineen.

In Toulkarm, Israeli occupation forces continued today to patrol different streets of Tulkarem City and its refugee camp, amid assaults on vegetable vendors.

Local sources in Toulkarm refugee camp reported that the IOFs started to force citizens to leave their homes and turned a number of them into military posts.

A citizen was reportedly injured in Tulkarem camp when one of the IOFs snipers deployed inside tall buildings opened fire at him.

At dawn, Israeli forces raided Palestinian homes in 'Izbet Al-Tayih suburb in southern Toulkarm and kidnaped five young men.

The IOFs also continues to besiege the hospitals of Thabit Thabit and al-Israa in Toulkarm City and obstruct the movement of ambulances and medical personnel.

In Tubas, local sources said that the IOF carried out an arrest campaign in Tammoun town on Sunday evening.

'Hamas: Israel’s bombing of homes in Jineen “insistence on committing war crimes”

Monday 3-February-2025

Jineen, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement has condemned the Israeli occupation army’s bombing of dozens of homes in Jenin refugee camp in the northern West Bank on Sunday, describing it as “Israeli insistence on committing war crimes and genocide against the Palestinian people.”

In a statement on Sunday evening, 'Hamas pointed out that such crimes happen in the midst of ongoing international silence and the absence of accountability for Israeli war criminals.

“The occupation’s ongoing crimes in Jineen and its destruction of homes will not break our Palestinian people’s will, but will increase the resistance’s steadfastness in the face of its brutal aggression,” 'Hamas said.

'Hamas stressed the need for more resistance operations in the West Bank to confront such Israeli escalation that targets the Palestinian existence.

“Our people will not surrender to the Zionist machine of destruction and rampage,” the Movement said.

It called on the Arab and Islamic countries and the international community to shoulder their historical responsibilities towards the Palestinian people and “work on putting an end to Israel’s crimes that pour fuel on the fire in the region and threaten international peace and security.”

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) blew up at least 21 buildings comprised of 80 apartments or housing units in different neighborhoods of Jineen refugee camp on Sunday.

Sounds of resounding explosions were heard clearly across the camp and neighboring West Bank areas, while thick columns of smoke were seen billowing up over a vast area following the blasts, according to footage circulated by news outlets.

Local sources said that Jenin camp is currently empty of residents after the IOFs forced them to leave their homes during its ongoing military operation, which started 13 days ago.

The sources added that the IOF started in the morning to place explosive barrels in a number of buildings in different neighborhoods of Jineen refugee camp.

Al Jazeera Arabic correspondents said the explosions blew up a residential block in the camp’s Al-Damj neighborhood.

There were no reports about casualties as a result of the widespread destruction of homes in the Jineen refugee camp.

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the Israeli army claimed that 23 buildings were destroyed on Sunday in Jineen, adding that Israeli forces had killed 50 Palestinian fighters in the West Bank since mid-January.

The Israeli occupation army also announced its intent to blow up more residential blocks in Jineen refugee camp and expand its military operation in the northern West Bank.

Medical sources reported that the forces seized the personal identification cards of the medical staff and imposed restrictions on their movement, requiring prior coordination for any movement.

Earlier today, the Israeli occupation forces hindered the Red Crescent's medical teams, preventing them from evacuating a patient from the camp.

For the second consecutive day, Israeli occupation forces have continued their aggression on the town of Tammoun and Al-Fari'a refugee camp, south of Toubas, imposing a tight siege and closing all entrances to the area.

The Israeli occupation forces obstruct passage of ambulance at a military checkpoint southeast of Nablus

NABLUS, February 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Israeli occupation forces obstructed on Monday evening the access of an ambulance at a military checkpoint near the village of Majdal Bani Fadhil southeast of Nablus, according to local sources.

Sources told WAFA that the Israeli occupation forces briefly held an ambulance attempting to leave the village of 'Aqraba at the checkpoint and prevented it from passing through.

The Israeli occupation forces have consistently impeded the movement of ambulances at their military checkpoints and gates. Since the implementation of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip on January 19, 2025, Israel has intensified its military measures in the West Bank by establishing additional checkpoints and iron gates at the entrances to Palestinian towns and villages.

According to the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, the number of military checkpoints and iron gates erected by Israel in the West Bank has reached 898, including 18 new iron gates installed since the beginning of 2025. Furthermore, 146 iron gates have been set up since October 7, 2023.

Illegal Israeli extremist settlers attack Palestinian residents’ homes in Masafir Yatta

Al-Khaleel (Hebron), February 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli extremist settlers attacked on Monday night the homes of Palestinian residents in the village of Susya, located in the Masafir Yatta area south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), according to a local official.

Head of Susya Village Council told WAFA that a group of the illegal Israeli extremist settlers stormed the village and attacked homes and farmland, causing significant material damage. The colonists also destroyed water tanks and damaged a vehicle belonging to a local resident.

Colonists, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, pelted stones at several homes belonging to the Nawaj'a family, further intensifying the fear and hardship faced by the local Palestinian population.

Since the outbreak of Israeli aggression on October 7th, 2023, violence by the illegal Israeli extremist settlers against Palestinians and their properties has dramatically increased. This indiscriminate violence has sparked widespread international condemnation. In response, several nations have imposed sanctions on Israeli colonists accused of committing acts of violence in the West Bank.

Illegal Israeli extremist settlers continue to bulldoze Palestinian land in Masafir Yatta to open colonial road

Al-Khaleel (Hebron), February 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli extremist settlers continued on Monday to bulldoze Palestinian-owed land in the Masafir Yatta area in the southern West Bank district of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), to make way for the construction of a new colonial road.

Activist Osama Makhamra told WAFA that the illegal Israeli extremist settlers continued today to carry out excavation and bulldozing operations near an illegal colony illegally established on Masafir Yatta lands.

The bulldozing operations impacted Palestinian properties located between the villages of Khirbet Um Al-Khair and Saddit Al-Athla.

Makhamra further explained that the excavation and bulldozing work is taking place close to Palestinian residents’ homes in Um Al-Khair, which are now caged in as a result of the ongoing colonial expansion, exacerbating the isolation and hardships faced by the residents.

Settlers attack Palestinian farmers, herding community in W. Bank

Monday 3-February-2025

WEST BANK, (PIC)

Extremist Jewish settlers attacked on Monday afternoon Palestinian farmers in Nablus and sabotaged property in a herding community in Jericho, while the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) continued to build a settler road in the Jordan Valley.

According to local sources, a horde of settlers grazed their sheep on a tract of pastoral land and damaged fodder crops belonging to the Arab al-Malihat community in al-Maarajat area in western Jericho.

Settlers living illegally in the area attack Arab al-Malihat villagers and their property on a daily basis, according to local officials.

In Nablus, another group of settlers attacked Palestinian farmers in the archaeological area of al-Massoudiya, northwest of the province.

Local sources reported that several settlers guarded by Israeli soldiers brutalized farmers and forced them to leave their swaths of land in al-Massoudiya plains.

The sources added that the settlers aim to take over the “Badis” hill in the west of al-Massoudiya plains, where there are Palestinian housing projects and a water reservoir belonging to the Nablus municipality.

Sebastia town mayor Mohamed Azem said that about 7,000 dunums of land are being gradually taken over by settlers in al-Massoudiya, which is part of Sebastia and Burqa lands.

Mayor Azem appealed to international organizations to intervene to stop Israel’s violations in the area, affirming that al-Massoudiya plains are considered the food basket of Nablus and contain a water basin that supplies the province with water.

15 Palestinian families live in al-Massoudiya area and they suffer from repeated settler attacks.

In the Jordan Valley, the IOA continues to build a new road for Jewish settlers in Shalal al-Auja area.

This road will increase the suffering of local residents and restrict their movement, especially their access to pastoral areas, according to local officials.

Illegal Israeli settlers storm UNRWA headquarters in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), February 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers stormed on Monday evening the headquarters of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in the Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) neighborhood of Al-Shaikh Jarra'h, according to local sources.

Sources said that a group of the illegal Israeli settlers stormed UNRWA headquarters, raised Israeli flags and displayed provocative banners at the site.

This incident follows the recent enactment of two Israeli Knesset (Parliament) laws, which target the operations of UNRWA in the occupied Palestinian territories. The laws, which came into effect last Thursday, are set to deprive tens of thousands of Palestinian refugees of essential services, including education and healthcare.

The first law prohibits the activities of UNRWA within areas under Israeli sovereignty, which includes halting the agency’s operations and closing its offices. The second law bans any interaction with the agency, severely restricting its ability to deliver aid and support to Palestinian refugees in the region.

This escalation marks a significant step in Israel’s ongoing efforts to undermine UNRWA’s presence and its mission of providing humanitarian assistance to Palestinian refugees.

The term "areas under Israeli sovereignty," as referenced in the recently passed Israeli law, specifically refers to occupied East Jerusalem, where the temporary headquarters of UNRWA is located. This area has recently been subjected to a wave of violent actions and exclusionary policies by Israeli authorities.

In May 2024, UNRWA was forced to close its headquarters in the face of violent attacks by colonists, which included setting fire to the agency’s buildings twice within a single week.

On 10 October 2024, the Israeli Land Authority announced its decision to seize the land where the UNRWA headquarters is situated in Al-Shaikh Jarra'h, planning to turn the site into a colonial outpost that would include 1,440 residential units.

Furthermore, the Israeli Land Authority issued an eviction order on 14 January 2024 against the UNRWA-run Qalandya Training College. The order demanded the agency vacate the premises and pay backdated occupancy fees amounting to 17 million shekels, citing the construction of buildings without permits.

UNRWA continues to serve over 110,000 Palestinian refugees in Jerusalem, operating camps such as Shu'fat and Qalandya and providing essential services through multiple educational and health facilities.

EU slams Israeli ban on UNRWA, vows to continue supporting it

Monday 3-February-2025

BRUSSELS, (PIC)

The European Union (EU) has reiterated its concern at the far-reaching consequences of the Israeli legislation on UNRWA for its operations in the West Bank, including east Jerusalem, and in Gaza.

This came in a statement released on Sunday by Kaja Kallas, the EU high representative for foreign affairs and security policy and vice-president of the European Commission.

“The EU condemns any attempt to abrogate the 1967 agreement between Israel and UNRWA or to otherwise attempt to obstruct UNRWA’s capacity to operate its mandate,” her statement read.

“The EU stresses the role of the UN and its agencies, notably UNRWA, which provides crucial support to the civilian population in Gaza, the West Bank, including Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), and across the region, including Lebanon, Syria and Jordan. The essential service delivery to Palestine refugees is even more relevant now when there is a need for swift implementation of the ceasefire and hostage release agreement.”

“The EU is a firm supporter of the United Nations and the multilateral and rules-based international order of which UNRWA is a part. The EU is committed to continuing its support to the Agency to allow it to fulfill its mandate,” the statement underscored.

GAZA, (PIC)

Member of the Hamas political bureau, Basim Na'eem has applauded the formation of The Hague Group by several countries to support Palestinian rights and end the Israeli occupation.

In a statement on Sunday, Na'eem described the launch of The Hague Group by nine countries as an “important and influential step towards ending the Israeli occupation of Palestine.”

Na'eem stressed that such an initiative is a “vital step in the international struggle against the racist and fascist Israeli occupation,” calling on other countries to join the group in order to “support human rights and restore respect for the international humanitarian law, which has been violated by the occupation.”

“Siding with humanity is the gateway to achieving peace and prosperity in the region and the world,” the Hamas official said.

Nine countries have announced the formation of The Hague Group to coordinate legal, diplomatic and economic measures against Israel’s violations of international law.

The move comes as representatives from South Africa, Malaysia, Namibia, Colombia, Bolivia, Chile, Senegal, Honduras and Belize gathered in The Hague on Friday in a meeting hosted by Progressive International, a global political organization comprised of activists and organizations worldwide.

The group declared its intention to prevent the provision or transfer of arms, munitions and related equipment to Israel, “in all cases where there is a clear risk that such arms and related items might be used to commit or facilitate violations of humanitarian law, international human rights law, or the prohibition on genocide.”

In addition, the group pledged to “prevent the docking of vessels at any port, if applicable, within our territorial jurisdiction, in all cases where there is a clear risk of the vessel being used to carry military fuel and weaponry to Israel, which might be used to commit or facilitate violations of humanitarian law, of international human rights law, and of the prohibition on genocide in Palestine.”

The group said it would “take further effective measures to end Israeli occupation of the State of Palestine and remove obstacles to the realization of the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination, including the right to their independent State of Palestine.”

It also invited “all states” to take all possible actions and policies to end Israel’s occupation of Palestine and called on “all nations to join us in The Hague Group in the solemn commitment to an international order based on the rule of law and international law, which, together with the principles of justice, is essential for peaceful coexistence and cooperation among states.”

Bolivia condemns "barbaric Israeli aggression" against Palestinians in West Bank

LA PAZ, February 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

Bolivia strongly condemned on Monday the "barbaric Israeli aggression" against the Palestinian people in the West Bank.

In a statement released by the Bolivian Foreign Ministry, the government expressed deep concern over the Israeli military aggression over the past 14 days, which has resulted in numerous Palestinian casualties and widespread destruction of residential buildings in the northern West Bank.

The statement emphasized that these Israeli actions are clear evidence that the ongoing ethnic cleansing, characterized by the killing and injury of Palestinians, forced displacement and the destruction of Palestinian homes, has not ended.

Bolivia expressed its support for the call made by President Mahmoud Abbas for an emergency session of the UN Security Council to halt the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people.

The Bolivian government affirmed its support for the steadfastness of the Palestinian people on their land and its absolute recognition of the Palestinian state, with Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) as its capital.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
