In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules. 2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet. 3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel. 4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed. 5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists. The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies. In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain. 6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people. Click here for more about using the apostrophe and the underlining of letters in the transliteration of Arabic names. *** 'Hamdan: US is a partner in Israeli crimes Wednesday 4-September-2024 BEIRUT, (PIC) Leader in the 'Hamas Movement abroad, Osama Hamdan, criticized on Tuesday the US administration and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, stressing that the US president’s statements about presenting new proposals do not contain anything new except what is being circulated in the media. Speaking to Al Jazeera TV channel, 'Hamdan said the US administration was a partner in the Israeli crimes in Gaza, by providing political, military and security support, without effectively applying enough pressure on the Israeli Prime Minister to accept a deal. “This support helped in the continuation of the crimes committed against the Palestinian people.” 'Hamdan reiterated the Movement’s stance that there is no need for a new proposal but rather more effort is needed to pressure Netanyahu to accept the agreement that Hamas had previously agreed upon last July. He also said, “Our position on the Philadelphia Corridor is clear. We reject any status quo that allows for Israel’s presence there. The corridor is part of the withdrawal process from the Gaza Strip that was previously agreed upon.” He explained that the Egyptian position was important in confirming Egypt’s refusal to use its name in Netanyahu’s manipulations that aim to keep the crisis going. “If Washington does not pressure Netanyahu to withdraw from the Philadelphia Corridor, then we consider this to be an attempt to save him and his political career from the repercussions of the captives’ killing.” 'Hamdan also said the six captives whose bodies were retrieved at the weekend by Israeli forces were killed either “by Israeli shelling, Israeli shootings, or during clashes”. *** 'Hamas calls on the UN Security Council to order an immediate halt to the genocide in Gaza Wednesday 4-September-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement called on the UN Security Council to immediately work to stop the genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, to enforce its Resolution No. 2735 on Gaza war, and to oblige Israel to abide by it. In a statement on Wednesday, Hamas condemned in the strongest terms the UN Security Council’s meeting held today upon Israel’s request with an American, British, and French support to discuss the file of the Israeli captives in Gaza, while Israeli occupation army is continuing its genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank and is escalating repression of the Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails. 'Hamas stressed that the Israeli occupation’s attempt to impose its false narration about the reason behind the death of the six Israeli captives held by the resistance in Gaza is a blatant continuation of the series of lies that do not deceive anyone anymore. It pointed out that the fate of the Israeli captives in the Gaza Strip is determined by in the Israeli war criminal Netanyahu, and his terrorist army who hold full responsibility for the killing of the six prisoners, stressing that Netanyahu’s betting on the policy of military escalation and the attempt to liberate the prisoners by force had failed, and caused more killing of them at the hands of his army. 'Hamas warned that Netanyahu’s continuation of the policy of stubbornness, procrastination, and obstructing any agreement, endangers the lives of more Israeli captives. 'Hamas called on the Security Council to stop the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the occupied West Bank, and to stop the Nazi military operation taking place there. It also demanded an investigation into the crimes of genocide and ethnic cleansing against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, which caused the martyrdom of 50,000 people, and the injury of more than 100,000. It also demanded a probe into the Israeli field executions and the deliberate murder of more than 60 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons, carried out under protection by Netanyahu and his fascist government. 'Hamas reiterated welcoming any agreement that guarantees the implementation of a serious and real deal, a ceasefire, full withdrawal of the Israeli occupation army from the Gaza Strip, the return of the displaced, and facilitating relief and reconstruction. *** 'Hamas voices concern over health of Palestinian detainees in Israeli jails Wednesday 4-September-2024 Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement has expressed deep concern over the spread of contagious diseases among Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails, especially in Ramon and Naf'ha prisons. “This dangerous situation is taking place concurrently with the Israeli prison service’s decision to prevent lawyers from visiting prisoners, which reflects the enormity of the catastrophic conditions and abuse the prisoners endure,” 'Hamas said in a statement on Wednesday. A number of prisoners died recently as a result of their exposure to torture, medical neglect and different forms of maltreatment at the hands of Israeli jailers, according to the Movement. “Such practices reveal a systematic policy pursued by the occupation government with the aim of deliberately killing prisoners,” 'Hamas said, stressing that such Israeli violations against the prisoners should not go unnoticed. 'Hamas called on international human rights organizations to take immediate action to save the Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails and enforce the Geneva Convention related to the treatment of prisoners of war. It also called on the Palestinian masses to step up their actions on the ground in support of the prisoners in Israeli jails, stressing the need for ongoing confrontation with the occupation regime to curb its crimes and violations against them. *** Retaliatory measures by occupation authorities lead to scabies outbreak among prisoners Wednesday 4-September-2024 RAMALLAH, (PIC) The Palestinian Prisoner Society and the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees said in a joint statement that the widespread outbreak of scabies among Palestinian prisoners, in Israeli prisons — namely in Negev, Megiddo, Naf'ha, and Ramon — is due to the retaliatory measures imposed by the prison administration on prisoners and detainees after October 7. Among those affected are child prisoners in Megiddo prison. The joint report highlighted that the spread of scabies among the prisoners was exacerbated by depriving them of necessary cleaning materials, including those used for personal hygiene. Additionally, the reduction in the amount of water available, the limited time allotted for prisoners to bathe, and the confiscation of clothing from prisoners have led to a situation where most inmates rely on a single change of clothes. Some have been wearing the same clothes for long periods, forcing them to wash and wear them while still wet, which has contributed to the spread of the disease. The report mentioned that the severe overcrowding in the cells and sections, resulting from the escalation of daily arrest campaigns and poor ventilation, along with isolating prisoners in cells devoid of sunlight, has also caused the spread of scabies among prisoners. The deliberate transfer of infected prisoners from one section to another, instead of isolating them or delaying their isolation intentionally, has accelerated the spread of the infection among the inmates. According to prisoners’ organizations, the Israeli occupation forces continue to carry out systematic arrest campaigns as one of their main established policies, which have escalated unprecedentedly since the start of the ongoing extermination war in Gaza. This escalation is evident not only in the number of detainees but also in the level of crimes being committed, alongside raids on the homes of detainees’ families, which are accompanied by widespread destruction and damage. The Israeli occupation forces have arrested more than 10,400 citizens from the West Bank, including Jerusalem, since the beginning of the ongoing war of genocide on Gaza on October 7 last year. *** Israel prevents UN assessment team from reaching Jineen, says UN spokesman Jineen, September, 4, 2024 (WAFA) – UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said that the Israeli occupation army refused to allow a UN assessment team to reach the city of Jineen in the northern occupied West Bank. Dujarric affirmed that the loss of Palestinian lives has increased as a result of the Israeli army's use of "lethal warfare methods." He added that the barriers preventing access to the West Bank have affected humanitarian aid, and that the entry of ambulances and medical teams has been delayed for a week. Dujarric indicated that the United Nations is following developments in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, indicating that "developments are going in the wrong direction." The Israeli occupation forces continued their onslaught against the city of Jineen and its camp for the eighth consecutive day. The onslaught resulted so far in the killing of 19 people, the injury and arrest of dozens, in addition to the widespread destruction of citizens' properties and infrastructure, including water and electricity networks. Y.S. *** Two international activists injured in colonist attack south of Nablus NABLUS, September, 4, 2024 (WAFA) – Two international activists were injured on Wednesday as Israeli colonists attacked them in the town of Qusra, south of Nablus. Red Crescent spokesman Ahmed Jibril said that ambulance crews transferred two international activists after they were brutally assaulted by colonists in the town of Qusra. For his part, anti-settlement activist in the town of Qusra, Fou-ad 'Hasan, said that colonists from the illegal colony of Yesh Kodesh attacked a number of foreign activists, which led to the injury of two in the southeastern area of the town. He pointed out that local residents and activists confronted the colonists who were carrying out acts of vandalism against citizens' lands and proprieties. The colonists carried out the attack as Israeli soldiers did nothing to stop them. Y.S. *** UN warns of Israel’s continued use of “lethal tactics” in the West Bank Wednesday 4-September-2024 NEW YORK, (PIC) The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) warned on Tuesday of the continued use of “lethal war-like tactics” in the West Bank, including airstrikes with people being killed, injured and displaced.” The Office said in a statement that “the Israeli operations have resumed in Tulkarem and continued in Jenin.” It added that “the United Nations recorded more than twenty deaths in the past week, including children.” OCHA explained that “at the time of the assessment, 13,000 people in the Nur Shams refugee camp were cut off from water, due to damage to the water network, and sewage flooding was observed. Teams also noted that residents were suffering from trauma and needed psychosocial support.” The Israeli occupation forces launched, at dawn last Wednesday, a military operation, the largest since the Operation Defensive Shield in 2002, targeting resistance fighters in the cities of Jenin, Tulkarem and Tubas in the northern West Bank, where large Israeli forces invaded all areas, cities and camps in the northern West Bank from several axes. *** *** Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces*** On September 4, 2024, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the Spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli genocidal air strikes and bombardment on the Gaza Strip resulted in 3 main massacres, in which 42 Palestinian civilians were killed, and the 107 others were injured, in the past 48 hours (from a specific time of yesterday to a specific time of today). No street and alley have been left without destruction as the Israeli army’s raid on Tulkarem entered the third day, according to journalists reporting from the area. Meanwhile, Israeli forces raided many houses in Al-Balawna neighborhood in the camp and interrogated their residents, while bulldozers blocked roads leading to the camp with mounds of dirt and rocks. The IOFs also continued to besiege the hospitals of Isra and Thabit Thabit in Toulkarm, obstructed the movement of ambulances and interrogated paramedics. The continued Israeli operation in Tulkarem comes after Israeli forces killed three people, including a 15-year-old child on Tuesday, and destroyed more power, water and sewage networks across Tulkarem camp. Local official Faisal Salama described the refugee camp as a “disaster area” and appealed to the international community to provide protection for the local residents and work immediately to stop Israel’s “aggressive practices, genocidal war, systematic displacement and organized terrorism” in Toulkarm. In a separate incident, the IOFs kidnapped three citizens from their homes in Kafr Jamal town and another one from Bal’ah town in Tulkarem province. In addition, the Israeli occupation army has retained the Jubara Bridge closed at the southern entrance of Toulkarm City for the third consecutive day, blocking vehicular traffic in both directions. The Israeli occupation soldiers also assaulted citizens during their presence in a soccer field in Al-Dthahiriya town. *** Israel’s assault on Toulkarm city and its refugee camp enters a third day Toulkarm, Wednesday, September 04, 2024 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation forces assault on the city and refugee camp of Toulkarm in the northern occupied West Bank today entered its third day, systematically sabotaging and destroying the vast majority of the city and camp’s infrastructure, according to WAFA correspondent. She said that Israeli massive armored bulldozers tore up tarmac streets and alleyways in the camp and ravaged through public and private properties. In the Rabay‘a neighborhood, an armored bulldozer razed the narrow street along with residents’ vehicles parked along the way, and in the Al-Hadayda neighborhood, another bulldozer uprooted trees and tore down houses and stores. The same was reported in Al-'Hammam, Al-Damj and Al-Balawna neighborhoods. The heavy machineries blocked the alleyways of the camp with earth mounds, making it impossible for residents to navigate them, even on foot and compounding their suffering. This came as the occupation forces blew up several houses in the camp, setting them on fire, destroying them and displacing the occupants. In the city of Toulkarm, a bulldozer dug out Al-Shwaika circle in the northern neighborhood, turning it into a pile of ruins. Meanwhile, the occupation forces continue to deploy more military vehicles and bulldozers into the camp and the city, simultaneously while patrolling streets, intercepting vehicles and ambulances, inspecting them and interrogating passengers. The gun-toting Israeli occupation soldiers impeded the distribution of relief aid by the Red Crescent crews. Additionally, the military bulldozers ploughed through a section of the Nablus Street, adjacent to the entrance of Nour Shams refugee camp, before they headed to storm the camp via its main entrance, at a time when the sounds of clashes could be heard.
