In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter promise (of punishment) comes, (our worshippers) will sadden your faces, and will enter the Masjid, as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they will take over, with (total) destruction" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

*** The ICC issues arrest warrants for Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant THE HAGUE, November, 21, 2024 (WAFA) – The Pre-Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court (ICC) today unanimously issued two decisions rejecting the appeals filed by the occupying State of Israel under Articles 18 and 19 of the Rome Statute, and issued arrest warrants for both Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former "Defense" Minister Yoav Gallant. The Chamber ruled on two applications filed by the occupying State on 26 September, in which Israel challenged the Court’s jurisdiction over the situation in the State of Palestine in general, and over Israeli citizens more specifically, on the basis of Article 19(2) of the Statute. In the second application, Israel asked the Chamber to order the Prosecution to submit a new notification of the commencement of an investigation to its authorities under Article 18(1) of the Statute. Israel also requested the Chamber to stay any proceedings before the Court in the relevant situation, including the consideration of the requests for arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Galant, submitted by the Prosecution on 20 May 2024. Commenting on the two requests, the Chamber stated that Israel’s acceptance of the Court’s jurisdiction was not required, as the Court could exercise its jurisdiction on the basis of the territorial jurisdiction of Palestine, as determined by Pre-Trial Chamber I in a previous configuration. Furthermore, the Chamber considered that under Article 19(1) of the Statute, States are not entitled to challenge the Court’s jurisdiction under Article 19(2) before an arrest warrant has been issued, and that Israel’s challenge was therefore premature, without prejudice to any potential future challenges to the Court’s jurisdiction and/or the admissibility of any particular case. The Chamber also rejected Israel’s request under Article 18(1) of the Statute. It noted that the Prosecution notified Israel of the commencement of the investigation in 2021. At that time, and despite a request for clarification from the Prosecution, Israel chose not to pursue any request to postpone the investigation. The Chamber also considered that the criteria for investigating the situation remained the same, and as a result, there was no need for a new notification to the State of Israel. In light of this, the judges found that there was no reason to stop considering the requests for arrest warrants. The Chamber issued arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Galant, on charges of crimes against humanity and war crimes since at least October 8, 2023, until May 20, 2024, the day on which the State Prosecution filed the requests for the issuance of arrest warrants. The Chamber considered that the alleged conduct of both Netanyahu and Galant falls within the Court’s jurisdiction. The Chamber noted that it had previously determined that the Court’s jurisdiction in this case applies to Gaza and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem. Y.S. ***ICC Prosecutor Khan urges members to comply with arrest warrants against Netanyahu, Gallant THE HAGUE, November 21, 2024 (WAFA) - The International Criminal Court (ICC)'s Prosecutor Karim Khan has urged the body's 124 members to act on arrest warrants issued against Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former defense minister Yoav Gallant. This comes after the ICC's Pre-Trial Chamber I issued two unanimous decisions earlier today, rejecting appeals by the Israeli government under Articles 18 and 19 of the Rome Statute, and confirming arrest orders for both Netanyahu and Gallant. "I appeal to all States Parties to live up to their commitment to the Rome Statute by respecting and complying with these judicial orders," said the ICC's chief prosecutor Karim Khan in a statement. He also called on countries that are not members of the ICC to work together towards "upholding international law". Khan said his investigation into the situation in Gaza was continuing and his team was looking into "additional lines of inquiry in areas under the Court's jurisdiction, which include Gaza and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem." "I am deeply concerned about reports of escalating violence, further shrinking humanitarian access, and continued expansion of allegations of international crimes in Gaza and the West Bank," said Khan. Khan emphasized that the arrest warrants were based on evidence presented by his office and that judges had found "reasonable grounds to believe that crimes under the Rome Statute have been committed." He added that the ICC judges concluded there were sufficient grounds to believe that Netanyahu and Gallant were responsible for war crimes, including the use of starvation as a method of warfare, as well as crimes against humanity involving murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts. Both individuals were also found to be responsible for directing attacks intentionally against civilians. Khan reiterated that "the law is for everyone," stressing that the ICC’s role is to protect the rights of all individuals. He noted that the independent decision of the judges affirmed the importance of upholding international humanitarian law through fair and impartial judicial processes. “These requests were made after an independent investigation, based on verifiable and objective evidence, thoroughly examined in a judicial process,” Khan stated. He continued, “I call on all states parties to the Rome Statute to fulfill their obligations by respecting and complying with these judicial orders. We also look forward to the cooperation of non-party states in advancing accountability and supporting international law.” The ICC Prosecutor also confirmed that his office continues its "independent and impartial investigations into the situation in the State of Palestine," with a focus on areas under ICC jurisdiction, including Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem. M.N. ***Al-Resheq hails ICC arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant Thursday 21-November-2024 Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) The Member of Hamas Political Bureau, Ezzat Al-Resheq, hailed the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) decision to issue an arrest warrant for Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu and his former war minister Yoav Galant, saying, “regardless of the possibility of implementing the ICC’s decision, it has been revealed that the international justice is with us and against the Zionist entity”. Al-Resheq added, in a press release on Thursday, that the true value of the ICC’s decision lies in the fact that it has revealed an increased awareness of the Palestinian cause and exposed the “true terrorist nature of the Israeli occupation to the world.” The ICC issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Galant regarding “alleged war crimes” in the Gaza Strip, saying it has found “reasonable grounds” to believe that they bear criminal responsibility for committing war crimes in Gaza. The court said in a statement on Thursday that there is reason to believe that Netanyahu and Galant supervised attacks on the civilians. It elaborated that the war crimes attributed to Netanyahu and Galant include the use of starvation as a method of war, as well as crimes against humanity such as murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts. The court announced in its statement that the Pre-Trial Chamber ruled on two requests submitted by Israel on September 26, 2024. In the first request, Israel challenged the court’s jurisdiction over the situation in the State of Palestine in general, and over the Israelis more specifically, based on Article 19(2) of the Statute. In the second request, Israel asked the Chamber to order the Prosecution to submit a new notification of the commencement of the investigation to its authorities under Article 18(1) of the Statute. Israel also requested the Chamber to discontinue any proceedings before the Court in the relevant situation, including the consideration of the applications for arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Galant, submitted by the Prosecution on 20 May 2024. The Court confirmed that Israel’s acceptance of the Court’s jurisdiction was not required, as the Court could exercise its jurisdiction on the basis of the territorial jurisdiction of Palestine, as determined by Pre-Trial Chamber I in a previous configuration. The Chamber also rejected Israel’s request under Article 18(1) of the Statute, noting that the Prosecution notified Israel of the commencement of the investigation in 2021. At that time, despite a request for clarification from the Prosecution, Israel chose not to pursue any request to postpone the investigation. Furthermore, the Chamber considered that the parameters of the investigation in the situation remained the same, and as a result, there was no need for a new notification to the State of Israel. In light of this, the judges found that there was no reason to discontinue the consideration of the applications for arrest warrants. The Court found reasonable grounds to believe that during the relevant period, international humanitarian law relating to the international armed conflict between Israel and Palestine was inapplicable. *** EU’s Borrell: The decision to arrest Netanyahu and Galant is binding on EU countries AMMAN, November 21, 2024 (WAFA) - The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell Thursday stated that all European Union countries are obligated to uphold the UN top court’s arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, according to Ammon News website. It reported that Borell stressed that “all European Union countries are obligated to implement the decision of the International Criminal Court regarding the arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Galant.” Borrell added that all European Union countries are members of the court, and therefore its decisions are binding on them. He made his remarks during a press conference held by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi in Amman. “These decisions are binding on all States party to the Rome Statute, which includes all EU Member States,” he also stressed on his X account. Lebanese sources said Israeli warplanes targeted three buildings in Haret Hreik in the southern suburb of Beirut shortly after being warned. Israeli warplanes also struck several towns in the Tyre district in southern Lebanon and targeted a gathering of paramedics in the town of Kfar Dounin in Bint Jbeil district in southern Lebanon. The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that “10 people, including three paramedics, were martyred and 68 others were injured in a preliminary toll of Israeli raids on several towns in southern Lebanon.” The Lebanese Ministry of Health’s Emergency Operations Center reported in a press release that Israeli airstrikes last night killed nine people and injured 65 others in the Soor (Tyre) district, in an unofficial toll. In the same context, the Lebanese National News Agency said that violent clashes erupted during an Israeli incursion attempt from the outskirts of the town of 'Alma Al-Sha'b towards the towns of Shama and Al-Bayadha in southern Lebanon. It added that “the areas of Wadi 'Hamoul and Labbouna in Al-Naqoura in the south are being subjected to Israeli raids, in conjunction with artillery shelling using phosphorus bombs.” The agency indicated that “the sounds of machineguns and rockets are being heard in the areas of Shama, Majdal Zoun and Al-Bayadha in the south.” The Israeli aggression on Lebanon has resulted in 3,558 martyrs and 15,123 wounded, including a large number of children and women, in addition to about 1,400,000 displaced people, most of them after September 23. On the other hand, 'Hizbullah announced shelling for the second time a gathering of Israeli forces south of the city of Al-Khiyam in southern Lebanon. The battles in the past hours resulted in the killing of four Israeli soldiers, according to Israeli sources. The Israeli army announced the killing of a soldier from the elite unit Maglan and the injury of 10 others. The Israeli army said it monitored 25 missiles fired from Lebanon towards the northern coastal strip, confirming that a missile fell in Acre. For its part, Hezbollah said, in a statement, that its fighters attacked with drones “a logistics base of the Israeli army’s 146th Division east of Nahariya city,” confirming that the targets were accurately hit. The party broadcasted images of the targeting of Tel Haim and Beit Lid bases, while a drone launched from Lebanon fell in an Israeli army camp in the Western Galilee. In another statement, Hezbollah said it attacked “with a squadron of drones the Shraga base north of Acre and hit its targets”, adding that it targeted the city of Safed with a barrage of rockets. *** *** Euro-Med: The IOF committed massacres against civilians in Lebanon Thursday 21-November-2024 GENEVA, (PIC) The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor (an independent organization based in Geneva) said on Wednesday that “the Israeli army has systematically escalated its military attacks since the beginning of November, 2024, committing several massacres that resulted in the deaths of dozens of civilians in Lebanon, the majority of whom are women, children, and the elderly.” The Monitor added in a statement that “it is essential to respect and adhere to international humanitarian law, which obligates warring parties during armed conflicts to distinguish between civilians and combatants at all times.” It emphasized that “even if allegations regarding the targeting of military leaders are true, it is unacceptable for such targeting to occur while these individuals are in civilian areas and among civilian populations, without regard for any principles of international humanitarian law, which constitutes serious violations of this law.” The Monitor called for “the formation of a UN investigative committee to examine the violations and international crimes being committed in Lebanon.” Since September 23, the Israeli occupation forces have expanded the scope of the genocide being perpetrated in Gaza since October 7, 2023, to include most areas of Lebanon, including the capital, Beirut, through unprecedentedly violent and intensive airstrikes. They have also begun a ground incursion in the south, disregarding international warnings and UN resolutions. The Israeli occupation army, supported by the United States and Europe, continues its aggression on the Gaza Strip for the 411th consecutive day, with its aircraft bombing the surroundings of hospitals, buildings, towers, and homes of Palestinian civilians, destroying them atop their residents. It also prevents the entry of water, food, medicine, and fuel. This aggression has resulted in approximately 148,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of whom are children and women, with over 10,000 missing, amidst massive destruction and famine that has killed dozens of children and the elderly, in one of the world’s worst humanitarian disasters. *** *** Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces*** On November 21, 2024, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the Spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli genocidal air strikes and bombardment on the Gaza Strip resulted in 4 main massacres, in which 71 Palestinian civilians were killed, and the 176 others were injured, in the past 24 hours (from a specific time of yesterday to a specific time of today). This increased the accounted for death toll in Gaza Strip to 44,056 and the injuries to 104,268, since the start of the Israeli genocidal war on October 7, 2023. *** Gaza death toll tops 44,000 as 71 more Palestinians killed in Israel’s genocidal war Anadolu, ANKARA -- At least 71 more Palestinians were killed in relentless Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip, pushing up the overall death toll since last year to 44,056, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on Thursday. A Ministry statement added that some 104,268 others were injured in the ongoing assault. “The Israeli occupation has committed five massacres of families in the last 24 hours, resulting in 71 deaths and 176 injuries,” the ministry said. “Many people are still trapped under the rubble and on the roads as rescue teams are unable to reach them,” it added. The Israeli occupation army has continued a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip since a 'Hamas attack last year, despite a UN Security Council resolution calling for an immediate cease-fire. International recognition of the genocide in Gaza has grown in the second year of the deadly Israeli war, as organizations and leaders have labeled the events as a deliberate attempt to destroy a population. The Israeli occupation apartheid regime faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its deadly war on Gaza. *** 112 Palestinian martyrs in 4 Israeli massacres in Gaza over the past 24 hours Thursday 21-November-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza said on Thursday that the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) committed four massacres in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours killing 112 Palestinians including 64 women and children other than 22 missing persons and 120 injured. The PGMO pointed out in a press release that the massacres followed the UN Security Council’s failure to adopt a resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza due to the US veto, which proves its complicity in the Israeli war of genocide in Gaza. It charged Israel with deliberate targeting of civilians, women, children and the elderly, in a bid to enforce the population’s displacement. It added that such crimes are coupled with the Israeli targeting of the health system along with other vital sectors. The PGMO called on the Arab and Islamic countries to adopt historic decisions and expel Israeli ambassadors from their countries after the more than one year of genocide that killed more than 53,000 citizens, thousands of them still missing under the rubble of destroyed buildings. It also called on the international community to pressure Israel with all means to stop its genocide and war of extermination against the defenseless civilians in Gaza. *** Israeli genocidal war on Gaza enters Day 412 Thursday 21-November-2024 GAZA, (PIC) In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 412th consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas. Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Thursday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens. The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 47, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area. Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services. According to local sources, two citizens were injured when an Israeli drone opened fire at them in the east of Al-Tufa'h neighborhood, east of Gaza City. Three citizens were martyred and others were injured in an Israeli attack in Rafa'h, south of Gaza. A child was also killed when the Israeli army attacked a group of citizens in Muraj area in Rafa'h, south of Gaza. In central Gaza, the Israeli army attacked a group of citizens in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, killing two citizens and injuring others. The Israeli army also bombed a school sheltering displaced families in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, killing six citizens. In northern Gaza, at least 66 people were martyred, mostly children and women, and over 100 others were injured in an Israeli aerial attack at dawn on a residential block near the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in Bait Lahya. On Wednesday evening, dozens of Palestinian citizens were martyred or injured when the Israeli occupation army bombed a five-story house in northern Gaza and a tent in Khan Yunis, south of Gaza. *** Over 66 civilians killed, dozens injured in new Israeli massacre in northern Gaza Thursday 21-November-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army committed a horrific massacre at dawn Thursday after it bombed a residential block in Bait Lahya, north of Gaza, killing 66 and injuring over 100 of Palestinian civilians, mostly children and women. According to local sources, Israeli warplanes bombed an entire block near the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Bait Lahya, killing at least 66 civilians and injuring over 100 others, many of them in critical condition. Director of the hospital 'Husam Abu Safiya affirmed that doctors and medical staffers from the hospital worked on pulling the victims from the rubble at the site of the massacre using their bare hands due to the absence of civil defense crews. Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services. “There are no specialized surgeons at the hospital, so what we provide is only first aid for most cases,” Abu Safiya said, adding that the Israeli army does not allow medical delegations to reach the hospital. He warned that the hospital would turn into mass graves if international organizations did not act immediately to provide the hospital with medical supplies. He also warned that the coming days would see an increase in the number of the martyrs in northern Gaza as a result of the lack of food and proper medical treatment. He affirmed that the medicines that had reached the hospital during the past days were extremely limited, refuting news reports that talked about the entry of aid and medical supplies into northern Gaza. *** Dozens of casualties following Israeli massacres in northern and southern Gaza Thursday 21-November-2024 GAZA, (PIC) Dozens of Palestinian citizens were martyred or injured on Wednesday evening when the Israeli occupation army bombed a five-story house in northern Gaza and a tent in Khan Younus, south of Gaza. According to local media sources, Israeli warplanes bombed the house of Al-'Urouqi family in Al-Shaikh Radhwan neighborhood (northwest of Gaza) and reduced it to rubble, killing at least six people and injuring 14 others, mostly women and children. Medical sources said efforts were underway to reach over 15 people trapped under the rubble. In southern Gaza, an Israeli warplane bombed a tent sheltering a displaced family in Beer 19 area in Khan Younus, killing at least seven people and injuring others. The death toll from those Israeli aerial attacks is likely to rise as several civilians are in critical condition. *** Several Palestinians killed, other injured in Israeli airstrikes on southern Gaza Strip GAZA, November 21, 2024 (WAFA) – A series of Israeli airstrikes on Al-Mawasi area in the southern Gaza Strip Thursday evening killed several Palestinian civilians and injured others, according to local sources. They said that Israeli fighter jets targeted the area, which houses displaced people, claiming the lives of a number of people. They added that the fighter jets carried an airstrike targeting the western area of the Mashrou' Bait Lahya in the northern Strip, at a time when the occupation soldiers blew up several residential buildings in Jabalya refugee camp. Israel has proceeded with its genocidal offensive on the war-torn Strip in complete disregard of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), which ordered Israel in a legally binding decision to halt its military offensive in Rafa'h, which may violate its obligations under the Genocide Convention. Israel has been waging a devastating war on Gaza since October 7, killing at least of 44,056 Palestinians and injuring 104,268 others. Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip. Palestinian and international organizations say that the majority of those killed and wounded are women and children. The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafa'h near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba. The sources added that the IOFs rounded up three young men during the raid on the refugee camp and western neighborhoods of Nablus city. *** One Palestinian injured, others kidnapped in IOFs raids in the West Bank Thursday 21-November-2024 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) injured a Palestinian citizen and kidnapped several others during raids in the West Bank on Thursday. According to local sources, Israeli special forces stormed Qalqilya City and opened fire at a young man in his 30s before kidnaping him. The sources added that the Israeli occupation forces prevented paramedics from reaching the wounded young man to provide him with medical assistance. The IOFs also raided several homes in Qalqilya City and kidnapped two citizens from different neighborhoods. In Nablus, the IOFs kidnapped five citizens from different areas of the province. In Al-Khaleel (Hebron), the IOFs kidnapped two citizens from Tabaqa village and another one from Al-Shuyoukh town. In Ramallah, the Israeli occupation forces stormed Baitounia town and kidnaped a citizen, as he was walking near the illegal settlement of Ofra. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Illegal Israeli settlers block water flow at Al-Auja spring, near Aree'ha (Jericho), in the West Bank Aree'ha (Jericho), November 21, 2024 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers have blocked a water flow at the Al-'Auja spring, located north of the city of Aree'ha (Jericho) in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources. 'Hasan Mule'hat, a local activist, told WAFA that a group of Israeli colonists used rocks to obstruct the watercourse at the spring. The Al-'Auja spring is a crucial water source for Bedouin communities and farmers in the region, providing essential water for both irrigation and drinking. Mule'hat condemned the action, emphasizing the spring's significance for local agricultural activities and the well-being of residents in the area. M.N. *** Illegal Israeli settlers unleash cattle on Palestinian lands in northern Jordan Valley Thursday 21-November-2024 RAMALLAH, (PIC) A group of the illegal Israeli settlers unleashed on Thursday dozens of cows on Palestinian farmlands in Khallet 'Hamad in Al-'Hamma, in the northern Jordan Valley. Local sources reported that four settlers unleashed a herd of cows near citizens’ tents in the area, adding that they were escorted by a truck carrying equipment to build a settlement pergola, amid concerns among citizens that settlers will build cow pens in the near future. A settlement outpost was already established in the summer of 2016 in Khallet 'Hamad where settlers began to close the pastures to Palestinian citizens. According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, in Tubas and the northern Jordan Valley, there are nine settlements, and seven settlement outposts spread over the mountain peaks in Tubas. In another development, a horde of Israeli settlers attacked a Palestinian vehicle in the town of Yasouf, east of Salfeet. Local sources reported that settlers destroyed the vehicle of the citizen Mujahid Radhi 'Atyani while he was picking olive fruits in Al-Mi'hawer area. The olive harvest season in the West Bank this year is witnessing repeated attacks by Israeli settlers and the occupation forces, including burning and cutting olive trees, stealing the crops, and preventing farmers from reaching their lands. Y.S. *** Australia denies former Israeli Minister entry over 'incitement' concerns CANBERRA, November 21, 2024 (WAFA) – Australian authorities have refused to grant a visa to former Israeli Minister Ayelet Shaked, preventing her from attending a conference in the country over concerns that she might incite division. Israeli news outlet Maariv reported on Thursday that Shaked, a former member of Israel's Knesset, was blocked from entering Australia. According to Australian media sources cited by The Times of Israel, her visa application was denied due to fears that her presence could potentially incite unrest or division. Under Australian law, the government can refuse entry to individuals who are deemed to be a threat to social harmony or who might promote division within Australian society. The authorities cited this provision as the basis for their decision, linking it to Shaked's past political actions and rhetoric, which have sparked controversy.
