While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Second Israeli strike hits Damascus in two days

Friday 15-November-2024

DAMASCUS, (PIC)

Israeli occupation forces attacked the upscale Mazza district of Damascus, the second such strike in two days to hit the neighborhood home to embassies and UN offices, Syrian state-run media said.

“Israeli aggression targets Mazzeh area in Damascus,” the official SANA news agency said Friday, after reporting a deadly Israeli strike on the district a day earlier.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights war monitor said the strikes targeted a “military housing complex” in Mazza.

“Fire trucks and ambulances headed to the targeted site amid reports of casualties, with security services and regime forces completely cordoning off the targeted site,” the Observatory said.

Israeli strikes on Thursday in and around Damascus killed 15 people and injured 16 others.

The Israeli aggression against Lebanon continues for the 54th consecutive day

Friday 15-November-2024

BEIRUT, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation army is continuing its military aggression against Lebanon with air and artillery bombardments, alongside ground incursions, for the 54th consecutive day on Friday. Hezbollah announced that, during the past 24 hours, it has been confronting Israeli forces attempting ground incursions in southern Lebanon, confirming the bombardment of Israeli military sites and settlements with intense rocket fire.

In a new massacre, 12 Lebanese, most of whom were members of the Civil Defense, were martyred as a result of Israeli aircraft targeting the Civil Defense center in the town of Douris in Ba'albek, eastern Lebanon, on Thursday evening. Efforts are still ongoing to clear the rubble and search for missing persons.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that the number of martyrs from the ongoing Israeli military aggression against Lebanon since October 8, 2023, has risen to 3,305, in addition to 14,244 injured.

The governor of Ba'albek-Hirmil, Basheer Khadir, said that “the Douris center was targeted while more than 20 Civil Defense personnel were inside the building.” He emphasized that “a massacre occurred in Douris with the targeting of the Civil Defense center, and contact was lost with the center’s head, Bilal Raad,” before announcing his death.

The Israeli airstrike resulted in the destruction of vehicles and equipment at the regional Civil Defense center, which was in the vicinity of the attack, according to the National News Agency. Additionally, Israeli aircraft carried out the most intense strike since the beginning of the war on Al-Nabatiya, destroying a large commercial center and its surroundings in the city.

The Lebanese news agency reported that four people were martyred on Thursday evening due to an Israeli airstrike on a house in the town of Al-Bayadh in the Tyre district. The occupation army also conducted airstrikes on the towns of Anqoun and Arab Salim in southern Lebanon.

The Lebanese news agency reported the deaths of two individuals in the strike on the town of Qana in Tyre, where Civil Defense teams from the Islamic Scout Association were able to retrieve their bodies.

On Thursday, three Lebanese were martyred and others injured in an Israeli airstrike on the town of Al-Bazouriya in southern Lebanon, while two other citizens were martyred in a strike targeting the town of Al-Jumayjma. A farmer was reported dead due to Israeli shelling in the town of Al-Habbariya in Al-Nabatiya, southern Lebanon.

The Israeli airstrikes resumed on the southern suburb of Beirut, causing widespread destruction to buildings, facilities, and infrastructure, especially in areas such as 'Haret Huraik, Ghobeiry, Shweifat, Burj al-Barajneh, Shiyah, and Mar Mikhael.

Israeli aircraft and artillery bombarded the city of Nabatieh and the towns of Majd al-Zun, Naqoura, Shamma, Mansouri, Yahmour al-Shaqif, Bint Jbeil, Hanin, Yatir, Kfarra, Sarbin, Al-Sawana, Hadatha, Shuqra, Majdel Selm, Barashit, Kounin, Aynatha, Ayn Baal, Beit Lif, Kherbet Selm, and Al-Tiri in southern Lebanon.

For his part, Hezbollah has continued to target gatherings of the Israeli occupation army, settlements, and Israeli military bases. Two soldiers were injured due to the explosion of a drone launched from Lebanon in southern Haifa, following more than half an hour of attempts to intercept it.

Israeli media confirmed that a drone fell in the area of Yaliakim south of Haifa after being launched from Lebanon, with efforts to intercept it by a helicopter lasting about half an hour. Hezbollah announced that its fighters carried out an airstrike with a swarm of kamikaze drones on the “Eliakim” base south of Haifa, which contains training camps belonging to the northern command of the Israeli army, and they hit their targets accurately.

The party also reported targeting a gathering of Israeli army forces in the settlement of Yiron and at the eastern edges of the town of Maroun with rocket fire. In a series of military statements on Thursday, Hezbollah announced the targeting of the Stella Maris naval base northwest of Haifa with a precise rocket barrage, and the bombing of a gathering of enemy forces in the settlement of Shlomi in the afternoon.

'Hizbullah also shelled a gathering of enemy forces at the outskirts of the town of Adaisseh (near the reservoir) in southern Lebanon. Sirens sounded in Haifa and several settlements and areas around it, including Heila, Ma’alot, and Dovif in the Kiryat settlement area.

The spokesperson for the Israeli army announced the detection of five rockets launched from Lebanon toward the Haifa Bay area. A drone launched from Lebanon exploded in Naqoura in the western Galilee.

'Hizbullah announced attacks on the settlements of Yiron and Ein Ya’qub with a swarm of kamikaze drones, which accurately hit their targets. The party also reported firing rocket barrages at two gatherings of Israeli forces between the towns of Hula and Markaba to the east, and at the eastern edges of the town of Markaba.

Additionally, Hezbollah shelled the Jal al-Alam border site and a logistical base for the 146th division of the Israeli army northeast of the settlement of Netiv HaShayara, east of Nahariya, along with rocket barrages targeting the city of Nahariya.

***

On November 14, 2024, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the Spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli genocidal air strikes and bombardment on the Gaza Strip resulted in More massacres, in which 28 Palestinian civilians were killed, and the 120 others were injured, in the past 24 hours (from a specific time of yesterday to a specific time of today). This increased the accounted for death toll in Gaza Strip to 43,764 and the injuries to 103,490, since the start of the Israeli genocidal war on October 7, 2023.

Israel kills 28 more Gazans as death toll surpasses 43,700

More than 103,490 Palestinians injured in Israeli onslaught since Oct. 7, 2023, says Gaza’s Health Ministry

Ikram Kouachi  |15.11.2024 - .

Anadolu, ANKARA --

Palestinians killed in an Israeli attack on Abu Mu'ammar household in Rafa'h are brought to European Hospital for the funerary process in Khan Younus, Gaza on November 15, 2024.

At least 28 more Palestinians were killed in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours, bringing the overall death toll since 13 months ago to 43,764, the Health Ministry in the enclave said on Friday.

A ministry statement added that some 103,490 others were also injured in the ongoing assault.

“Israeli forces killed 28 people and injured 120 others in three massacres of families in the last 24 hours,” the ministry said.

“Many people are still trapped under the rubble and on the roads as rescuers are unable to reach them,” it added.

Flouting a UN Security Council resolution calling for an immediate cease-fire, Israel has continued its brutal offensive on the Gaza Strip since an attack by the Palestinian group Hamas on Oct. 7, 2023.

The Israeli onslaught has displaced almost the entire population of the territory amid an ongoing blockade that has led to severe shortages of food, clean water, and medicine.

Mediation efforts led by the US, Egypt, and Qatar to reach a Gaza cease-fire and prisoner swap agreement between Israel and Hamas have failed over Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s refusal to halt the war.

Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its actions in Gaza.

Israeli genocidal war on Gaza enters Day 406

Friday 15-November-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 406th consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas.

Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Friday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens.

The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 42, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area.

Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services.

Dozens of citizens have been killed and others were injured since the early morning hours in Israeli shelling on various areas of the Gaza Strip governorates.

The PIC correspondent reported that two citizens were killed in an artillery shelling on the western roundabout area in Beit Lahia, north of the Strip.

Three more citizens were killed and several others were injured in an Israeli shelling that targeted a group of citizens in the vicinity of the General Security Junction in Al-Shaikh Radhwan neighborhood, northwest of Gaza City.

Another man was injured in a “Quadcopter” attack in the vicinity of Al-Manshiya Pharmacy in Bait Lahya.

In Dair El-Bala'h in the central Gaza Strip, three citizens, including a child and a woman, were killed and several others were injured in an Israeli airstrike on a residential apartment and a tent housing displaced people.

In Rafa'h in the southern Gaza Strip, a man and his daughter were killed, and several others were injured in an Israeli attack on their house in the town of al-Nasr, northeast of the city.

Medical sources affirmed that 12 Palestinians were killed in Israeli raids on several areas in the Gaza Strip since dawn today.

Two more people were killed and others were injured in an Israeli bombing that targeted a residential apartment in the center of Dair El-Bala'h city in the central Gaza Strip.

Israeli helicopters also targeted Dair El-Bala'h in the central Gaza Strip with a number of missiles.

The Israeli forces also renewed attacks in the western parts of the Jabalya refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Eleven civilians killed, others wounded in Israeli shelling of northern and southern Gaza

GAZA, November 15, 2024 (WAFA) -

Eleven civilians were killed and several others were injured on Friday evening in an Israeli aerial and artillery bombardment of the northern and southern war-torn Gaza Strip.

WAFA correspondent reported that four civilians were killed and several others were injured in the Israeli shelling of the al-Karama neighborhood north of Gaza City.

Two civilians were also killed and others were injured in the Israeli bombing of a house in the neighborhood of Zeitoun southeast of the city.

The occupation forces shot dead a young man as he attempted to flee from northern Gaza to the center of the Strip. Forces opened fire at the young man and prevented the ambulance crews from approaching him, leaving him to bleed to death.

In the south of the Strip, civilians and rescue and ambulance crews recovered the bodies of four civilians who were killed in the occupation’s strikes on scattered areas east of the city of Rafah.

The number of civilians killed in the Strip since dawn today has risen to at least 37, according to medical sources.

The occupation's warplanes and artillery also bombed the town of Beit Lahiya in the north of the Strip, multiple neighborhoods in Gaza City and the Shabora area of Rafah in the south.

The occupation forces further blew up several residential buildings west of the Jabalia refugee camp in the north of the Strip.

The occupation’s onslaught on the Gaza Strip by land, sea, and air since October 7, 2023, has so far resulted in the killing of 43,764 civilians, most of whom are women and children, and the injury of 103,490 others.

Thousands of victims remain missing; either buried under the rubble or scattered on the roads, as rescue teams face tremendous difficulties in reaching them due to the continued Israeli attacks and the massive amount of debris.

Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers

Illegal Israeli settlers set up caravan and attack Palestinian residents in Hebron area

HEBRON, November 15, 2024 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers set up a mobile home (caravan) on Palestinian land and launched attacks on local residents in the Masafer Yatta region, located south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank on Friday, adding to the growing wave of colonist violence in the occupied West Bank.

Local sources reported that a group of colonists placed a caravan on Palestinian-owned land near the village of Khirbet Samri, located to the east of the village of Shab al-Batma in the Masafer Yatta area.

The caravan installation is part of ongoing efforts by colonists to expand their presence on Palestinian lands, which is often backed by Israeli military support.

Simultaneously, other colonists, dressed in Israeli military uniforms, stormed the Sada al-Thalabah community in Masafer Yatta. During the raid, they harassed several Palestinian residents, searched homes and caves, slashed the tires of a farming tractor, and stole surveillance camera equipment.

The colonists also fired sound bombs and toxic gas canisters towards the Palestinian residents, including children.

In a separate incident, a group of colonists attacked Palestinian workers picking olives in the Farsh al-Hawa area, located to the west of Hebron city. The colonists interrogated the workers and obstructed their work, as the olive harvest season has increasingly become a flashpoint for settler violence.

These incidents are part of a larger pattern of colonist attacks against Palestinian communities in the occupied West Bank, often carried out under the protection of the Israeli military.

Palestinian farmers and residents of rural areas are frequently targeted, especially during the olive harvest season, which is a critical time for the local economy.

The attacks, which include property damage, physical assaults, and intimidation, are part of a broader effort to displace Palestinians from their land and further entrench Israeli control over the region.

AL-KHALIL, (PIC)

A group of the illegal Israeli Jewish settlers desecrated a mosque in Khirbet Marah al-Baqar in Dura town, south of al-Khalil, in the southern occupied West Bank on Friday.

Local sources reported that a large group of settler gangs stormed Khirbet Marah al-Baqar and spread out in the mountains.

The settlers climbed the minaret of a local mosque while chanting Hebrew slogans, dancing and singing.

Another group of settlers spread out in the Al-Alqa area, located between the towns of Dura and Adh Dhahiriya, which is the only road that citizens from Adh Dhahiriya take to reach Dura town and al-Khalil city after Israeli forces closed all roads in that area.

UNRWA: Living conditions in Gaza are unbearable

Friday 15-November-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The UN agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) reiterated on Friday the dire humanitarian crisis in Gaza, saying sufficient aid has never been available throughout the 13 months of Israel’s offensive.

“People are hungry. We are surrounded every day by people who beg for pieces of bread, who need access to water,” UNRWA spokesperson Louise Wateridge said in press statements.

“It is just unbearable, the situation the population has been forced into. And a lot of this can be resolved with a facilitation of a humanitarian response. And we have not just seen that for 13 months,” she added.

Wateridge said, “there is simply not a humanitarian in Gaza right now that believes there is enough aid for the 2.2 million population … not just for the last days and weeks, but for the 13-month duration of this brutal war.”

International and UN agencies have warned that northern Gaza is on the brink of famine due to the ongoing military assault, which began last month. The siege has blocked the entry of essential supplies, including food, water, and medicine.

The crisis has also begun to spread to central and southern Gaza in recent weeks, with flour and other essential goods missing from markets.

Israel has killed more than 43,000 people in Gaza since the start of the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip on Oct. 7, 2023.

Martyrdom of prisoners Aliwi and Asleem in Israeli occupation prisons

Friday 15-November-2024

RAMALLAH, (PIC)

The General Authority for Civil Affairs has informed the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners Society about the martyrdom of two prisoners in the Israeli occupation’s prisons: Samih Suleiman Muhammad Aliwi (61 years old) from Nablus, and Anwar Shaaban Muhammad Asleem (44 years old) from Gaza.

The Commission and the Society announced today, Friday, that martyr Aliwi, based on available information, was martyred on November 6, 2024, six days after being transferred from the Ramla prison clinic to Assaf Harofeh Hospital. It is noted that he was previously detained in the Negev prison before being moved to Ramla, and the prison administration did not announce his martyrdom, despite being obligated to do so. Martyr Anwar Asleem passed away yesterday, November 14, 2024, during his transfer from the Negev prison to Soroka Hospital, following a deterioration in his health condition.

In a joint statement, the Commission and the Society clarified that prisoner Aliwi had been held administratively since October 21, 2023. Based on a visit conducted by a lawyer from the Commission on August 21, 2024, in the Negev prison, it was reported that he suffered from several health issues prior to his arrest due to a benign tumor in his intestines years ago. As for prisoner Anwar Asleem from Gaza, he has been detained since December 8, 2023, and his family reported that he did not have any health problems before his arrest.

Regarding the details of the visit to prisoner Aliwi in August, he informed the lawyer that he was suffering from serious health conditions before his arrest and had undergone several surgeries, during which part of his intestines was removed due to the benign tumor. He was supposed to undergo another surgery in December 2023, but this did not take place due to his detention, worsening his health situation.

He also confirmed to the lawyer that, like many prisoners, he had been subjected to mistreatment and repeated assaults, especially during his transfer to the clinic. Despite his illness and difficult health condition, he was taken out to the clinic while handcuffed and mistreated. He added that he had lost more than 40 kg since the date of the visit and could no longer eat the small portions of food provided to them. He also noted that he had not received any medical treatment at all since his arrest, despite the intervention of specialized human rights organizations to pressure the prison administration to provide him with treatment, which did not happen. In the visit report, the lawyer noted that the prisoner refused to shave his head and beard until his release.

The prisoner Aliwi is a former detainee who spent a total of around ten years in the occupation’s prisons, with his arrest journey beginning in 1988. He is married and a father of nine children. Likewise, prisoner Asleem is married and a father of four children.

The Commission and the Society affirmed that both Aliwi and Asleem have been subjected to torture, medical neglect, and starvation similar to all other Palestinian prisoners. These crimes have been central reasons for the martyrdom of dozens of prisoners and detainees since the beginning of the Israeli war of genocide on Gaza on October 7, 2023.

After more than 400 days of genocide against our people in Gaza, crimes against prisoners and detainees are on the rise. Time is a crucial factor in determining the fate of prisoners; many sick prisoners who endured the occupation’s actions and crimes at the beginning of the war no longer have the strength to do so today. Their health conditions are clearly deteriorating, and many healthy prisoners have become ill. This is evident daily through visits, court sessions, and testimonies from released prisoners, as the crimes of the occupation against prisoners represent one aspect of the genocide and a form of it.

The Commission and the Society previously announced that prisoners in the Negev prison are facing a worsening health disaster due to the spread of scabies, with hundreds infected among them. This is a model for other central prisons where the disease has spread significantly in recent months, as the prison administration has turned scabies into a tool of torture, mistreatment, and death.

They pointed out that the continuing catastrophic conditions faced by prisoners, particularly the sick and injured, will undoubtedly lead to the martyrdom of more prisoners in the occupation’s prisons and camps. The specialized institutions can no longer keep track of the number of sick prisoners due to the spread of diseases among them and the detention of more injured individuals.

They held the occupation fully responsible for the martyrdom of prisoners Aliwi and Asleem, adding this crime to the ongoing record of unprecedented crimes since the beginning of the genocide, “which has been the bloodiest phase in the history of our resilient people. The number of martyr prisoners is historically the highest compared to previous phases marked by uprisings and popular movements in Palestine.”

They noted that with the martyrdom of prisoners Aliwi and Asleem, the number of identified martyr prisoners since 1967 has risen to 280, in addition to dozens of martyr prisoners whose identities and circumstances of martyrdom the occupation continues to hide, as well as other detainees subjected to execution. Since October 7 last year, the number of martyr prisoners whose identities have been announced by specialized institutions has risen to 43.

They renewed their call on the international human rights organizations to end their silence regarding the war crimes and the crimes against humanity being committed against prisoners and detainees in Israeli occupation prisons.

The number of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails recognized by the prison administration exceeds 10,200. The crime of enforced disappearance continues to be imposed on hundreds of detainees from Gaza in the occupation’s military camps. Among the prisoners are 96 women and at least 270 children, along with 3,443 administrative detainees, including 31 women and 100 children.

'Hamas: Statements by US officials on Gaza qualify as war crimes

Friday 15-November-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The Islamic Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, said that the statements issued by the US State Department, which claim that it has not seen forced displacement operations in Gaza, amount to war crimes or crimes against humanity.

In a press release on Friday, 'Hamas commented on the US statement that the UN committee’s report on the occurrence of genocide in Gaza is baseless accusation, saying that it reflects the hostile American behavior that aligns with unprecedented crimes being committed under American patronage in the Gaza Strip.

'Hamas pointed out that the criminal policy adopted by the US administration, which denies the ongoing massacre in the Gaza Strip and the ethnic cleansing, forced displacement, and starvation that our unarmed people face, while continuing to provide the necessary political and military cover for the fascist Israeli government to persist in these actions, confirms this administration’s responsibility for the horrific war crimes still being committed in Gaza for more than four hundred days.

It continued, “US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and the Zionist war criminals are deluding themselves into thinking they can subjugate our people and their resistance or impose projects for what is called ‘the day after the war’ that undermine our national rights.”

Hamas affirmed that “there is no future for this fascist occupation on our land, and our people will continue their steadfastness and resistance until the aggression is broken and our land and holy sites are cleansed of the filth of the fascist occupiers.”

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
