In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 80, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area. Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services. Local sources said two citizens were martyred and five others were injured when the Israeli army bombed tents sheltering displaced families near Bani Suhayla roundabout in eastern Khan Younus, south of Gaza. The detention took place on Thursday, December 19 at the King 'Husain Bridge, the border crossing between Jordan and the occupied Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as Dr. Al-Bal'awi, a general surgeon at Al-Ruwaishid Government Hospital, was part of a 12-member delegation organized by the Palestinian Australian New Zealand Medical Association (PANZMA). The organization had obtained official Israeli approval for the trip. The family of Dr. Al-Bal'awi said that “the medical delegation was informed by the Israeli side that he was detained for investigation.” The Israeli occupation regime police later informed the doctor's family that the Jordanian doctor was being held at Petah Tikva detention center. The Israeli authorities provided no explanation for, or the conditions of, his detention, the family added. The family promptly contacted Jordan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which initially had no knowledge of the detention but later confirmed it is following up on the matter. The family explained that “after communicating with the lawyer, they were informed that the detention was extended to Thursday, December 26, with a ban on meeting the lawyer since the first hour of arrest. The family confirmed that “the lawyer was not allowed to meet Dr. Al-Bal'awi, noting that Israeli authorities provided no explanation for his arrest or the conditions of his detention.” The family has called on Jordanian authorities to take urgent action for his release. Dr. Al-Bal'awi, a general surgeon working at the Jordanian Ruwaishid Governmental Hospital, previously participated in a relief campaign to Gaza with the same organization, facing no issues at the time. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces *** Three Palestinians wounded in an Israeli military raid of Qalandya refugee camp near Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), December, 23, 2024 (WAFA) – Three Palestinian men were injured by live bullets at dawn during the occupation forces' raid on Qalandya refugee camp, north of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). In Qalqilya, the IOFs kidnapped two young brothers from their homes in the central area of the city. The IOFs also stormed different areas of Ramallah province, including Beer Zait town and Bireh City. One citizen was reportedly kidnapped from his home in Beer Zait. Total number of Palestinians kidnapped on December 23, 2024: 136. *** *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Illegal Israeli settlers raze vast areas of Palestinian lands southeast of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) Bait La'hm (Bethlehem)M, December, 23, 2024 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers began plowing Palestinian lands in the Khalayil Al-Loaz area, southeast of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem). 'Hasan Buraijiya, a researcher in wall and settlement affairs, reported that colonists began plowing lands between citizens' homes, belonging to citizens from the 'Abayat family. It is noteworthy that the occupation and its colonists have recently escalated their attacks on Khalayil Al-Loaz, including attacking citizens' homes, shooting at them, and bulldozing lands. Y.S. *** Seven new illegal Israeli settlement outposts in the Palestinian occupied territory of the West Bank Monday 23-December-2024 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation regime has encouraged the illegal Israeli settlers to establish seven illegal settlement outposts, in the past six months, in the West Bank, on lands classified as Area B, which is supposed to be under the Palestinian Authority administrative control, an Israeli rights group said on Sunday. The Israeli organization, Peace Now, which monitors settlement activity, said on its website, on Sunday, “For the first time since Oslo Accords, seven outposts were established in West Bank Area B.” It explained that five of these illegal outposts were built on a large area of land east and southeast of Bethlehem city which is located within Area B, where Palestinians are prohibited from construction. According to the organization, one of the other two settlement outposts was established east of the Ofra settlement in the central West Bank, on land owned by residents of the Palestinian village of 'Ain Yabrud. The other outpost is located to the north near the Shilo settlement, south of the illegal settlement outpost of Adei Ad. It was built on the lands of the Palestinian villagers of Turmus 'Ayya. Peace Now pointed out that some Palestinians were displaced from these areas because of repetitive attacks of the illegal Israeli settlers who seized their homes later. The international community, including the UN, considers these settlements illegal under international law. The UN has repeatedly warned that continued settlement expansion threatens the viability of a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The number of settlers in the West Bank, including Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), has surged to more than 750,000 illegal Israeli settlers residing in more than 170 settlements, in addition to hundreds of outposts, all built illegally on the Palestinian lands. The illegal Israeli settlement activities in the occupied Palestinian territories has witnessed a significant upsurge since the Israeli occupation apartheid regime of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu came to power. *** Illegal Israeli settlers graze their sheep on Palestinian lands north of Aree'ha (Jericho) Aree'ha (Jericho), December, 23, 2024 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers today grazed their sheep on citizens' lands north of Aree'ha (Jericho). 'Hasan Mulai'hat, the general supervisor of the Al-Baider Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, explained to "Wafa" said that tcolonists grazed their sheep on citizens' lands in the 'Ain Al-Auja Bedouin community, which led to the destruction of citizens' fodder and the vandalism of property. Meanwhile, a group of the illegal Israeli settlers also spread among citizens' homes, terrorizing children and women. Y.S. *** Israeli occupation forces demolish house, open fire towards young man near Al-Khaleel (Hebron) Al-Khaleel (Hebron), December, 23, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Shuyoukh Al-'Arroub, north of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), on Monday, demolished a house, and shot a Palestinian. The head of the Shuyukh al-Arroub village council, Ibrahim Halayqa, said that the occupation forces demolished a house belonging to citizen Mu'hammed Haroun 'Halayqa, which houses seven people, noting that the occupation had issued a notice to stop work and construction there four months ago, under the pretext that construction is prohibited in the "Al-Bass" area. According to local sources, a Palestinian young man was injured by live bullets in the thigh during the clashes that erupted after the house was demolished. It is worth noting that the occupation demolished another house last month, in addition to delivering notices to demolish other houses in that area. Y.S. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** Lazzarini: Israel has broken all rules of war in Gaza Monday 23-December-2024 NEW YORK, (PIC) UNRWA commissioner-general Philippe Lazzarini has said that all the rules of war are being violated in the Gaza Strip, which has been facing an ongoing genocide for more than 14 months. “All wars have rules. All of those rules have been broken,” Lazzarini said in remarks on his X page on Sunday. “Attacks on schools and hospitals have been commonplace. The world must not become numb,” the UNRWA chief added. He said that civilians across Gaza need a respite, calling for a ceasefire and not wasting more time. *** Dr. Abu Safiya calls for urgent intervention to stop the Israeli attack on Kamal 'Udwan Hospital Monday 23-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) Dr. 'Husam Abu Safiya, Director of Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, has pleaded with the international community to intervene quickly to stop the violent Israeli occupation’s attack on the hospital, to protect the hospital as well as the staff and patients. Israeli tanks and bulldozers suddenly stormed the western gate of Kamal 'Udwan Hospital on Sunday, opened heavy fire directly at the hospital and its departments, Dr. Abu Safiya said in a press statement on Monday. The bullets penetrated the intensive care unit, the maternity ward, and the specialized surgery department, he added. “Fortunately, we had evacuated the patients to the hospital corridors; yet some of the bullets exploded inside the wards, causing panic among the patients,” he added. Dr. Abu Safiya confirmed that one of the generators was targeted, knocking it out of service, adding that there were also attempts to target the fuel tank, but fortunately, it did not explode. “Currently, we have 91 patients in the hospital, including the elderly, children and women. We are still providing the minimum services,” he noted. “We have asked the international community for protection and humanitarian aid, and demanded the opening of humanitarian corridors to bring in what is needed. However, so far, we have only received a very small amount of aid, and we continue to appeal to the international community to shoulder its responsibility and protect the hospital,” the director hospital said. “It is clear that we are facing a constant threat on a daily basis. The bombing continues from all directions, affecting the building, departments and staff. This is a very serious and terrifying situation. The world must understand that our hospital is being targeted with the intent to kill and forcibly displace (all those inside it),” he underscored. Dr. Abu Safiya stressed that the Israeli bombing did not stop throughout the night, leading to the destruction of the surrounding homes and buildings. *** Israeli occupation army continues its violent siege and bombing of Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza Strip GAZA, December, 23, 2024 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation army continued its tight siege of Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in the town of Bait Lahya, north of the Gaza Strip, for the third consecutive day, with 91 patients inside, amidst appeals for the necessity of intervention to save the patients and medical staff, and provide them with medical supplies and food. According to medical sources, the occupation drones dropped bombs on the hospital grounds and on its roof this morning, which once again threatens the supplies of fuel and oxygen. Meanwhile, around 91 patients are still in the hospital, including the elderly, children and women, and the services provided to them are minimal, due to the ongoing and tight siege that it has been subjected to for nearly two months, during which the entry of medicine or food, or medical staff, ambulances, and any other services has been prevented. The occupation tanks and bulldozers suddenly approached the western gate of the hospital yesterday, amidst a heavy hail of bullets, penetrating the intensive care unit, the maternity ward, and the specialized surgery department, and some bullets exploded inside the departments, creating a state of fear and panic among patients. The occupation targeted one of the generators, which led to it being completely out of service due to the fire, and there were also attempts to target the fuel tank, amidst continuous shelling of surrounding homes and buildings. It is noteworthy that the occupation army launched violent raids on the Martyr Kamal Adwan Hospital, since yesterday evening, Saturday, after demanding its evacuation without providing the means to evacuate the patients. On a daily basis, the occupation targets the Martyr Kamal Adwan Hospital, which resulted in the killing and injury of a number of medical personnel and citizens in its vicinity, and caused damage to the electricity generators and the hospital departments. On October 5, the occupation forces invaded the northern Gaza Strip again, amidst bloody shelling, a tight siege, and preventing the entry of food, water, and medicines. The occupation continues to commit crimes of genocide and ethnic cleansing in the town of Bait Lahya, and Kamal 'Udwan Hospital is a last resort for patients and the injured in the north, who have not found an alternative that provides them with the minimum medical and humanitarian services. Despite this, the medical staff inside the hospital, consisting of two doctors at most, and a small number of nurses, continue to perform their humanitarian duty, and they have refused to obey the army's multiple orders to evacuate its buildings and leave the governorate despite the ongoing crimes against them. It is worth noting that "Kamal 'Udwan" was the largest hospital in the northern governorate, providing its services to more than 400,000 people, while it operates today under conditions and lack of capabilities due to the occupation's direct targeting of it since October 2023, as it continues to launch intensive raids on its surroundings, in addition to blowing up buildings and residential blocks next to it, which resulted in damage to its buildings. Y.S. *** Oxfam: 12 trucks delivered aid in northern Gaza during the last 2.5 months Monday 23-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) Only 12 UN trucks have distributed food and water in northern Gaza since October, Oxfam reported Sunday, accusing Israel of systematic delays and obstruction of aid amid the worsening humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip. The aid group highlighted an incident where shelters were shelled soon after delivering aid to them. “Of the meager 34 trucks of food and water given permission to enter the North Gaza Governorate over the last 2.5 months, deliberate delays and systematic obstructions by the Israeli military meant that just 12 managed to distribute aid to starving Palestinian civilians,” Oxfam said in a press release. “For three of these, once the food and water had been delivered to the school where people were sheltering, it was then cleared and shelled within hours.” Israel’s restrictions on humanitarian aid for the North Gaza governorate have escalated since October when Israel started imposing a tight siege on the area. North Gaza has been under an all-out siege since October 6 and people there have been ordered to evacuate. Despite evacuation orders, the Palestinians trying to go south have been targeted by Israeli snipers and drones. “The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC), a set of standard tools that provides common global scales for classifying the severity and magnitude of food insecurity, has warned that there is a strong likelihood that famine is already occurring in the north and the risk of famine persists across the whole of Gaza,” Oxfam pointed out. “The situation in Gaza is apocalyptic and people are trapped, unable to find any kind of safety. The absolute desperation of having no food or shelter for your family in the biting cold of winter,” Sally Abi-Khalil, Oxfam’s Middle East and North Africa Director, said. “It is abhorrent that despite international law being so publicly violated by Israel and starvation being used relentlessly as a weapon of war, world leaders continue to do nothing,” Abi-Khalil added. Oxfam has called for “an immediate, unconditional, and permanent ceasefire” and “an unhindered access for all lifesaving aid to the Gaza Strip, including the North Gaza Governorate.” “Palestinians must be given the freedom to move home, rebuild, and live in peace and dignity, free of occupation or blockade,” it added. Abi-Khalil warned that “every day that passes without a ceasefire is a death sentence for hundreds more civilians.” *** Details revealed about a failed attempt to recover an Israeli captive in Gaza, a year ago Monday 23-December-2024 NAZARETH, (PIC), Israeli Channel 12 revealed that the Israeli occupation army attempted, a year ago, to recover an Israeli prisoner from the Gaza Strip after obtaining intelligence information. However, the operation ended with the death of prisoner Saher Barukh. The channel explained on Sunday evening that soldiers from the army’s special unit believed they were embarking on a mission to free the captured Noa Argamani, but it turned out that the intelligence was incorrect. It was noted that the forces stormed a building in Gaza and were met with heavy gunfire during their attempt to enter, turning the supposed rescue operation into a casualty evacuation, during which two soldiers were seriously injured. The Israeli channel confirmed that, as of now, it is unknown whether the captive was killed by the army fire or by the resistance fire. In recent months, dozens of Israeli captives have been killed in Gaza due to the Israeli bombardments, or during the Israeli operations within the Gaza Strip, with some dying during failed attempts to release them. At the beginning of September, there was widespread anger in Israel towards prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government following the announcement by the Israeli occupation army that it had retrieved the bodies of six captives found inside a tunnel in the Gaza Strip. The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, said that the captives were killed in the ongoing Israeli bombardment of Gaza, holding Netanyahu’s government and the U.S. administration responsible for their deaths and those of previous captives. 'Hamas, in previous statements, indicated that dozens of captives were killed due to the Israeli shelling across the Gaza Strip during the war that has been ongoing for 11 months. With each announcement of the Israeli occupation army retrieving the bodies of Israeli captives from Gaza, protests in Israel escalate, along with accusations directed at Netanyahu of obstructing prisoner exchange negotiations and ceasefire efforts. *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
