While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

$313 Million losses from Israeli airstrikes on Al-Hudayidah ports in Yemen

Sunday 22-December-2024

SANA’A, (PIC)

Yemeni authorities reported that Israeli airstrikes on the ports of Al-Hudayidah from July 20 to December 19 caused losses estimated at around $313 million. This statistics were revealed during a press conference held by the Minister of Transport in the Sana’a government, Mu'hammed Qahim, in the presence of Yemeni leaders and a team from the United Nations Mission to Support the Hodeidah Agreement (UNMHA) regarding the repercussions of Israeli targeting of Al-Hudayidah, Salif, and Ras 'Eisa ports.

A statement issued at the press conference indicated that the Red Sea Ports Corporation continues to suffer from the aftermath of previous damage caused by Israeli airstrikes on the three Al-Hudayidah ports. It was noted that the recent Israeli strikes inflicted severe damage on the equipment and infrastructure of the Al-Hudayidah port, affecting cranes, the power station, and tugboats used for assisting ships, with total losses estimated at around $313 million.

The statement emphasized that the destruction of Yemeni ports constitutes a blatant violation of the principles and provisions of international law and the United Nations Charter, including the four Geneva Conventions and their additional protocols, which prohibit targeting vital facilities essential for people’s livelihoods, such as ports and economic installations.

The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced conducting precise airstrikes on a missile storage facility and a command-and-control site operated by the Ansar Allah group in the Yemeni capital, Sana’a. CENTCOM reported late Saturday that the strikes aimed to “disrupt and weaken 'Houthi operations, including attacks on U.S. warships and commercial vessels in the southern Red Sea, Bab Al-Mandab, and the Gulf of Aden.”

In a statement, it confirmed targeting several drones belonging to the 'Houthis and a cruise missile aimed at ships over the Red Sea. It added that these strikes and operations involved the U.S. Air Force and Navy, including FA-18 aircraft, without mentioning any British participation.

For its part, the Ansar Allah group announced that the American-British coalition launched an aerial attack on Sana’a on Saturday evening. The Yemeni Al-Masirah TV reported in a brief urgent news item, “An American-British aerial aggression targeted the Attan area in Sana’a.”

This follows two days after Sana’a and sites in Al-Hudayidah province, including the port, were subjected to 16 Israeli airstrikes. Firefighters were attempting to control a fire at the Al-Hudayidah port on Saturday, according to Reuters.

In solidarity with Gaza against the ongoing Israeli genocide in the enclave since October 7, 2023, which has resulted in the martyrdom and injury of nearly 153,000 Palestinians, the Yemeni armed forces, managed by Ansar Allah, began targeting Israeli-linked cargo ships in the Red Sea with missiles and drones since November of the same year.

Since the beginning of this year, Washington and London have launched airstrikes on sites in Yemen, to which the group responded by declaring that all U.S. and British ships are now considered military targets, expanding their attacks to vessels passing through the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean or anywhere their weapons reach.

Moreover, Ansar Allah periodically conducts missile and drone attacks on Israel, some targeting Tel Aviv, and conditions for halting these attacks include ending the Israeli genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Israel's genocide in Gaza: 32 Palestinians killed in 24-hour span

GAZA, December 22, 2024 (WAFA) —

Israeli occupation forces committed four massacres against families in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, resulting in the killing of at least 32 Palestinians and the injury of 54 others, according to medical reports.

Local health authorities confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 7, 2023 has risen to 45,259 reported fatalities, with an additional 107,627 individuals sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children.

According to the same sources, emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to obstruct the movement of ambulance and civil defense crews.

Israel's genocidal onslaught continues unabated despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.

Israeli genocidal war on Gaza enters day 443

Sunday 22-December-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 443rd consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas.

Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Sunday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens.

The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 79, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area.

Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services.

Local sources said four children, including three brothers, were martyred in an Israeli attack in Jabalya Al-Nazla area, north of Gaza.

Five people were injured when the Israeli army detonated suicide robots in Al-Shaikh Zayid area, north of Gaza.

An Israeli warplane also bombed a civilian car in Al-Jalaa street in Gaza City, killing four people and injuring others.

Bodies of three martyrs were evacuated from Rafa'h to the Gaza European Hospital in southern Gaza following an Israeli strike.

Civil defense workers also recovered bodies of eight martyrs and evacuated wounded people following an Israeli strike on a school sheltering displaced families in Al-Daraj area in the northeast of Gaza City.

Journalist 'Hazim Abu 'Arqoub and his wife, Fatin, were martyred and others were injured when an Israeli warplane bombed an apartment in Khan Younus.

More casualties were reported in other areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial, artillery and shooting attacks last night and today.

In a related context, the health ministry in Gaza said on Sunday that the Israeli army committed four massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, and killed and injured at least 86 civilians, while a large number of victims are still under the rubble of bombed buildings or lying on roads.

Five Palestinians were killed and several others were injured in an Israeli genocidal airstrike late last night that targeted a home in the city of Dair El-Bala'h, in the central Gaza Strip.

WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli fighter jets bombed the home of the Abu Samra family on Al-Mazra'a Street, east of Dair El-Bala'h. The attack resulted in the killing of five individuals, including women and children, while others sustained injuries.

Gaza: Kamal 'Udwan Hospital under heavy Israeli attack

Sunday 22-December-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation army started on Saturday night an intense and indiscriminate attack on the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in northern Gaza, targeting the facility with bombs, artillery shells, and sniper fire.

The attack caused significant damage to the hospital’s departments, equipment and power generators.

Meanwhile, medical staff and patients have sought shelter by gathering in the hallways and other secure areas of the hospital to protect themselves from the ongoing bombardment and sniper fire.

Medical sources at the hospital affirmed that the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) ordered them to evacuate the facility immediately while continuing to bomb and shoot at it.

Director of the hospital 'Husam Abu Safiya said that the IOF ordered the medical staff and patients inside the facility to evacuate and walk to the Indonesian Hospital in Jabalya, adding that the conditions are not suitable for evacuation as there are no ambulances to transport the patients and wounded people.

Abu Safiya also said such intense attacks on the hospital never happened before, adding that bullets penetrated the facility’s walls and damaged the remaining medical equipment.

He condemned the world’s silence on the genocide taking place at the hospital.

For its part, the Palestinian health ministry appealed to the world to urgently move to protect the medical staff and patients at the Kamal Hospital against Israeli attacks, which it described as heavy, violent and unprecedented.

The Kamal 'Udwan Hospital has been constantly targeted by Israeli forces in recent weeks, resulting in fatalities and injuries among medical personnel, patients, and civilians living in nearby homes and shelters. The frequent attacks have led to severe disruptions to medical services at the facility.

Haaretz: 70% of homes in Jabalia refugee camp destroyed by Israeli forces, leaving it a 'ghost town'

TEL AVIV, December 22, 2024 (WAFA) —

The Israeli occupation forces have destroyed approximately 70% of the homes and buildings in Jabalya refugee camp, located in the northern Gaza Strip, during their ongoing military offensive, according to a report published by Israeli newspaper Haaretz on Sunday.

The report described the camp, which was once one of the most densely populated places in the world, as now resembling a "ghost town." Prior to the Israeli assault, Jabalya was home to tens of thousands of refugees, but the recent destruction has left the area unrecognizable.

According to Haaretz, Israeli forces began their offensive in Jabalya on October 5, 2024, as part of the broader military campaign that has devastated Gaza. This is the third time Israeli forces have attacked the camp, with previous raids occurring in December 2023 and May 2024.

The destruction in Jabalya is vast, with only a few buildings remaining intact, and those that do are heavily damaged. Haaretz emphasized the scale of the damage, noting that the camp now resembles a "city of rubble," with streets largely empty and structures reduced to debris.

The report linked the devastation to Israel's ongoing "Generals Plan," a military strategy aimed at forcibly displacing Palestinians from the northern and southern regions of Gaza.

The plan, as outlined by Israeli military officials, involves creating a "closed military zone" in the area north of the Netsarim Corridor in central Gaza, which would effectively separate the northern part of Gaza, including Jabalya, from Gaza City and its southern neighborhoods. Under this plan, all Palestinians in these areas would be displaced.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has been carrying out a genocidal campaign in Gaza, resulting in the murder and injury of approximately 153,000 Palestinians, many of them women and children. The ssault has also led to more than 11,000 missing persons and widespread famine, which has claimed the lives of numerous children and elderly civilians.

Despite facing international condemnation, including arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity, Israel has continued its attacks on Gaza, disregarding calls for accountability and an end to the violence.

Israeli occupation forces raid the town of Tammoun in West Bank

TUBAS, December 22, 2024 (WAFA) -

Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Tammoun, in the northern West Bank province of Tubas, on Sunday morning, local sources reported.

According to eyewitnesses, Israeli undercover units infiltrated the town and conducted raids on two homes. The forces reportedly sneaked into the area under the cover of darkness, creating an atmosphere of fear and tension among the residents.

These incursions are part of a broader and growing trend of Israeli military assaults in Palestinian areas, which have intensified over recent months. They frequently involve violence, collective punishment, and the arbitrary detention of individuals.

Furthermore, these raids exacerbate the already dire humanitarian situation in the West Bank, where Palestinians face constant threats of displacement, restricted movement, and economic hardship.

Illegal Israeli Jewish settlers destroy agricultural property in southern Al-Khaleel

Sunday 22-December-2024

AL-KHALIL, (PIC)

A horde of the illegal Israeli extremist Jewish settlers wreaked havoc on Palestinian property in Umm Al-Simsim area in Al-Dthahiriya town, south of al-Khalil in the occupied West Bank.

Samir Abu Sharkh from the area said on Sunday that settlers wreaked havoc on his property, including an agricultural room and its contents.

Settler violence against Palestinians is a daily issue in the West Bank. Instead of taking action to combat their crimes, the Israeli military and security authorities aid and abet settlers in harming Palestinians, destroying their property and seizing their lands.

Settlers carry out a variety of crimes against Palestinians under military protection, including physical assaults, stone throwing, threats and harassment, damaging of trees and crops, vandalism of cars and property, blocking of roads and even firing of live ammunition.

Illegal Israeli Jewish settlers establish new illegal outpost in northern Jordan Valley

Northern Jordan Valley, December 22, 2024 (WAFA) –

A horde of the illegal Israeli extremist Jewish settlers Sunday established a new colonial outpost in the Qaoun Plain west of Bardala village in the northern Jordan Valley, according to a local official.

Mu'taz Bisharat, an official in charge of monitoring Israeli colonial activities in Toubas and northern Jordan Valley Governorate, reported that colonists began establishing the new outpost today, bringing a tractor, a water tank, animal feed and around 30 cattle into the area.

The outpost was established near a military checkpoint that was set up by Israeli forces about two months ago.

More than eight illegal colonial outposts, the majority of which are used for agriculture, were established in the northern Jordan Valley. These outposts enable colonists to seize vast areas of pastoral land, harass Palestinian shepherds, steal their livestock and raid their tents in an attempt to force them off the land.

Israeli forces tighten restrictions at Tayaseer checkpoint, causing traffic disruptions

TUBAS, December 22, 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces intensified their military measures at the Tayaseer checkpoint, located east of Tubas in the occupied West Bank, early this morning, causing significant disruptions for local commuters.

According to reports from the scene, the Israeli forces obstructed the movement of vehicles, particularly those heading towards the Jordan Valley, resulting in a severe traffic jam. This has led to delays for residents who rely on this route for daily travel.

The Tayaseer checkpoint has seen heightened military restrictions and frequent closures over the past year, especially during the morning hours, which coincide with the work schedules of people traveling to the northern Jordan Valley.

Local residents have expressed growing frustration over the continuing restrictions, which have become a routine part of daily life in the area.

Spain calls for recognizing Palestine and granting it full UN membership

Sunday 22-December-2024

RABAT, (PIC)

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has called on countries around the world to recognize the state of Palestine and work towards granting it full membership in the United Nations, as well as ending the Israeli occupation.

Sánchez made these statements during his participation in the International Socialist Conference, held in the Moroccan capital, Rabat, from Friday to Sunday.

He emphasized the importance of achieving a “just and comprehensive peace in the Middle East,” stressing the need for “concerted efforts to address the escalating crises in various parts of the world, particularly in Palestine.”

Sánchez said, “The Israeli occupation must end, allowing the Palestinian people to establish their independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital, within the framework of a two-state solution.” He added, “We must end the suffering of the Palestinians and put a stop to the siege and restrictions on the lives of civilians.”

The “International Socialist” organization comprises socialist and “social democratic” parties from various countries, aiming to support democracy, reduce inequalities, and promote solidarity to achieve peace and stability. It was founded in Germany in 1923 and was re-established in its current form in 1951, currently including about 162 parties and organizations.

With U.S. support, Israel has been conducting a campaign of genocide against Gaza since October 7, 2023, resulting in over 152,000 martyrs and injured, the majority of whom are women and children, along with 10,000 missing under the rubble and in the streets, as Israeli occupation forces prevent rescue teams from reaching them, causing massive destruction to infrastructure.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
