In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

According to Sham network, Israeli warplanes launched new airstrikes that hit missile bases in Battalion 107 in the Zama area and weapons warehouses in the countryside of Al-Ladthiqiya (Latakia) and Tartous, causing a series of powerful explosions. Footage showed violent explosions resulting from the Israeli raids, which affected several military sites and vital facilities off the Syrian coast. Israel has recently escalated its attacks on Syria, targeting military sites in different parts of the country, in a flagrant violation of its sovereignty. Israel also declared the collapse of the 1974 disengagement agreement with Syria, and the spread of its army in the buffer zone in the Syrian Golan Heights, most of which has been occupied since 1967, in a move condemned by the United Nations and some Arab countries. *** Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces*** Gaza death toll from Israel's deadly aggression surpasses 45,028 GAZA, December 16, 2024 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces committed seven massacres against families in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, resulting in the killing of at least 52 Palestinians and the injury of 203 others, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza. Local health authorities confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 7, 2023 has risen to 45,028 reported fatalities, with an additional 106,962 individuals sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children. According to the same source, emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to obstruct the movement of ambulance and civil defense crews. Israel's genocidal onslaught continues unabated despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. M.N. *** Gaza: Over 50 civilians massacred in Israeli attacks on schools Monday 16-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) Gaza’s civil defense service said that over 50 civilians were killed within the past 24 hours following Israeli aerial and artillery attacks on four schools sheltering displaced families in different areas of the coastal enclave. In televised remarks on Sunday, a spokesman for the civil defense said that the Israeli occupation army persists in bombing one school after another and killing more displaced people across the Gaza Strip. “We need human rights organizations to monitor the dangerous weapons used against us. There are mutilations clearly seen in the bodies of the martyrs because of the ammunition used,” the spokesman said. He pointed out that thousands of the wounded people were martyred because the civil defense workers did not have the equipment and means to rescue them, while many others would die due to the absence of proper medical care in Gaza. Earlier, the civil defense service said that about 40 people had been killed in a strike on a school sheltering displaced families in Bait 'Hanoun in the far north of the Gaza Strip. *** Israeli genocidal war on Gaza enters Day 437 Monday 16-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 437th consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas. Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Monday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens. The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 73, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area. Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services. Local sources said that several wounded people arrived at Al-'Awda Hospital following an Israeli artillery attack near Al-Da’wa Mosque in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in central Gaza. Four people were also martyred when an Israeli warplane bombed a house belonging to the family of Abu 'Hajar in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp. Several casualties, including four martyrs, were evacuated to Al-'Awda Hospital following an Israeli airstrike on a house near al-Qassam cemetery in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp. Meanwhile, Al-Shaikh Khalid Nabhan, the Palestinian man who was known for his heartbreaking farewell to his grandchildren after they were killed last year in an Israeli strike, was martyred today. Al-Shaikh Nabhan won widespread recognition in November 2032 when his three-year-old granddaughter, Reem, and his five-year-old grandson, Tariq, were killed in an attack in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in central Gaza. Images of Nabhan made headlines at the time as he embraced the lifeless body of his granddaughter, bidding her farewell as he kissed her eyes and stroked her hair and face, calling her the “soul of my soul.” The grandfather is now reunited with “the soul of his soul” as the Israeli genocide continues to reap more Palestinian lives. In southern Gaza, the Israeli army opened fire at civilians in the east of Rafa'h, killing two of them and injuring three others. 10 civilians were also martyred and others were injured when the Israeli army bombed a house belonging to the family of Abdul Qareem in Al-Shuja’iya neighborhood, east of Gaza City. More casualties were reported in other areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial, artillery and shooting attacks last night and today. In a related context, the health ministry in Gaza said on Monday that the Israeli army committed seven massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, and killed and injured at least 255 civilians, while a large number of victims are still under the rubble of bombed buildings or lying on roads. *** Civil Defense: New Israeli crime against our crews in Al-Nusayrat Monday 16-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Civil Defense said on Sunday evening that the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) committed a new crime against its crews in Al-Nusayrat, in Central Gaza, while fulfilling their humanitarian and national duty. In a statement, the civil defense explained that the Israeli shelling resulted in the martyrdom of four members of its crews and the injury of five others, including three in serious conditions. This is the second Israeli attack on Al-Nusayrat Civil Defense Center, as Israeli warplanes targeted the same center last June that resulted in the martyrdom of three firefighting and rescue officers, according to the civil defense. The statement added that this attack brought the number of civil defense crew members who have been killed by Israeli occupation forces to 94 martyrs. The IOFs has been continuing its aggressive war in the Gaza Strip for 436 days in a row, committing heinous crimes and horrific massacres as well as forced displacement attempts in northern Gaza Strip. *** Abu Safiya: Another dark day witnessed at Kamal 'Udwan Hospital Monday 16-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The director of the Martyr Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, 'Husam Abu Safiya, said on Sunday evening, the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) were targeting the hospital around the clock, adding it was another dark day witnessed at the hospital. Abu Safiya said in a recorded statement, “Since yesterday up to this moment, the targeting of the hospital has not stopped, and bombing continues around the clock.” “Today, coordination was made for the Palestinian Ministry of Health vehicles to evacuate some of the wounded from the hospital and bring in some supplies, but the ambulances were bombed by Quadcopter drones while carrying patients, which resulted in four injuries, including two drivers who were moderately injured, one personnel, and one of the wounded,” he added. Abu Safiya further explained, “When the ambulances left, the northern gate was targeted. There is a number of injuries who were transferred to the hospital, but there are martyrs near the gate whom we cannot transfer due to continuous targeting of every moving object.” He pointed out that the IOFs targeted and severely damaged the four generators in the hospital, noting that anyone who tried to repair anything was targeted. He warned of power outages in the coming hours, and water and oxygen depletion, which will lead to deaths among the wounded and patients. Abu Safiya explained that the hospital currently has more than 50 injured people, some of whom are in the intensive care unit and need oxygen, electricity, and water, 24 hours a day. He added, “We are being killed daily and the hospital is now being directly bombed without warning.” Since October 5, the northern Gaza Strip has been subjected to an Israeli invasion that has left more than 4,000 martyrs and missing, 12,000 wounded and 2,000 detainees, in addition to the destruction of vital sectors and infrastructure. *** Journalist A'hmed Al-Loah killed in Israeli genocidal airstrike Monday 16-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) An Israeli genocidal strike on Gaza killed a Palestinian journalist on Sunday amid the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip. Al Jazeera TV channel affirmed that its photojournalist was killed in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp bombardment. “Al Jazeera cameraman A'hmed Al-Loa'h was killed today, Sunday, in an Israeli bombardment,” the network’s Arabic-language website reported, adding the strike targeted Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in central Gaza. Al-Loa'h is the second journalist to be killed over the past 24 hours in the Gaza Strip. Journalist Mu'hammed Jabr Al-Qurainawi, an editor at the SANAD News Agency, was martyred on Saturday evening in a similar Israeli airstrike that targeted his home in the Al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. The number of journalists killed in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has soared to 196, the Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) said. “The number of journalist martyrs has risen to 196 following the martyrdom of journalist A'hmed Al-Loa'h, a photographer for Al-Jazeera in the Central Governorate.” The PGMO condemned the Israeli occupation’s targeting, killing and assassination of Palestinian journalists, holding it fully responsible for this heinous crime. It also called on the international community and international organizations to put an end to the ongoing Israeli crimes against Palestinian journalists. *** Palestinian youth shot dead by Israeli forces in Rafa'h GAZA, December 16, 2024 (WAFA) – A Palestinian young man was killed on Monday by the bullets of the Israeli occupation forces east of Rafa'h city. Local sources reported that Nidhal Muhammed Abu Bakra was killed by the bullets of the occupation forces in Al-Mashrou’ area east of Rafa'h city in the southern Gaza Strip. Additionally, the occupation artillery shelled the towns of Khuza’a and Al-Fukhari east of Khan Younus in the southern Gaza Strip. The occupation forces also shelled the west of the new camp in the Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. K.T. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces *** Palestinian, aged 18, shot and killed by Israeli forces’ gunfire east of Nablus NABLUS, December 16, 2024 (WAFA) — An eighteen-year-old Palestinian, from the Nablus 'Askar refugee camp, died of critical wounds he sustained earlier tonight after being shot by Israeli soldiers during an Israeli military incursion into eastern Nablus, according to local sources. Sources told WAFA that Israeli forces, accompanied by several military vehicles, stormed two areas east of Nablus, amid the firing of live rounds, sound bombs and toxic tear gas canisters, shooting and injuring a Palestinian youth. Forces also beat up another resident during the raid. The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) confirmed that a youth was shot and critically injured by Israeli forces during the military incursion. The youth was identified as Mu'hammed Yasir Abu Koshk, 18. The Israeli occupation forces reportedly prevented medical teams from reaching the wounded youth, hindering efforts to provide immediate medical care, until he succumbed to his serious wounds. T.R. *** Several Palestinians injured in Nablus clashes Monday 16-December-2024 NABLUS, (PIC) Several Palestinians were injured on Monday as clashes erupted in Qusra town, south of Nablus, after being violently stormed by the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs). Local sources reported that the IOFs stormed the town amid heavy use of live ammunition and teargas and sound bombs, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes. Qusra town is constantly exposed to repeated military raids, frequently ending with violent confrontations and causing several casualties. *** Different violations during IOFs raids in West Bank Monday 16-December-2024 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) committed different violations and kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the north and south of the West Bank last night and on Monday morning. According to local sources, Israeli troops and vehicles stormed different areas of the Ramallah and Beerih province and patrolled their streets, with no reported arrests. In al-Khalil, the IOFs blocked a road with barbed wire used by Palestinian citizens living in the neighborhoods of Al-Salaima and Al-Jabari and near Al-Ibraheemi Mosque, as part of its plan to separate the neighborhoods of the Old City from each other. In Bethlehem, Israeli soldiers confiscated two heavy-duty vehicles used for the construction of roads in Al-Masara village. The IOFs also closed anew the main entrance of Al-Manshiya village in the southeast of Bethlehem with mounds of dirt and rocks. In Salfeet, the IOFs closed the entrances of different villages and towns and set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Dair Ballout town. In Nablus, Israeli occupation forces raided several homes in the city, while resistance fighters opened fire at their vehicles. Israeli occupation forces also kidnaped two young men from their homes in Salim village, east of Nablus. In Tulkarem, three young men were taken prisoners during IOFs raids on homes in Bal’ah town. In Qalqilya, the Israeli army seized about 47 dunums of Palestinian land between the city and 'Habla village as a prelude to expanding a road for the illegal Israeli Jewish settlers from the illegal settlement of Alfei Menashe. *** Over 16 Palestinians kidnapped by Israeli occupation forces in West Bank, including former detainees GAZA, December, 16 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces havekidnapped at least 16 Palestinians from various areas of the West Bank since yesterday evening, continuing their ongoing crackdown on the local population. According to the Palestinian Authority's Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoner's Society, The detentions were distributed among the governorates of Toulkarm, Al-Khaleel (Hebron), Nablus, Ramallah, Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), and Jineen. The raids were accompanied by assaults, threats against detainees and their families, and widespread destruction of property, including damage to homes. This latest wave of detentions is part of Israel's broader campaign of suppression that has escalated sharply since the beginning of its ongoing genocidal onslaught on Gaza in October 2023. Since then, over 11,900 Palestinians have been detained from the West Bank and Jerusalem, according to local authorities. The systematic nature of these detentions is a key component of Israeli policy, with large-scale detentions being carried out as part of the ongoing military attacks. It is important to note that the figures provided here refer only to detentions made in the West Bank, not including Gaza, where the number of detentions is also significant. Y.S. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** IOAR razes six Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) homes in 'Anata town Monday 16-December-2024 Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) The Israeli occupation apartheid regime (IOAR) demolished on Monday six Palestinian houses in 'Anata town, northeast of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), at the pretext of unlicensed construction. According to local sources, Israeli bulldozers escorted by police forces knocked down four homes belonging to the family of Al-Diyafeen and two others belonging to the family of Abu Ghalya. In a related context, the Israeli municipality forced on Sunday the Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) family of Basheer to demolish their own house in Silwan district. Meanwhile, the IOAR intends to extract a court order to impose financial penalties on a number of Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) families in Silwan for parking their cars on a swath of land belonging to the Israeli municipality, claiming this land is part of a Jewish cemetery. *** Majid Abu Qutaish: Demolishing Jerusalemites’ homes will never make them leave Monday 16-December-2024 Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) The 'Hamas official, Majid Abu Qutaish, stressed that the Israeli occupation policy of home demolitions and arrest campaigns against the people in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) will never make them leave the Holy City and will not prevent them from protecting the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque. Abu Qutaish warned, in a press statement on Monday, that the Israeli occupation authorities are working hard, with all means possible, to create a new de facto in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) devoid of any Palestinian presence in the city, especially in the vicinity of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. He cautioned that the Al-Bustan neighborhood in the town of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa, is in the heart of the Israeli target zone, calling for supporting and enhancing the steadfastness of the Jerusalemites in the face of Israeli violations and displacement plans. He stressed that the Israeli issuance of a demolition notice to knock down the Al-Israa Mosque in the town of Silwan is part of the religious war against the Palestinian people, and part of the Al-Aqsa blockade and Judaization plan aiming at destroying it to establish the alleged Temple in its place. Abu Qutaish called on all Palestinians to unite, mobilize and confront the Israeli occupation forces and settlers. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** Mass protests across Spain demanding arms embargo on Israel Monday 16-December-2024 MADRID, (PIC) Protests and boycott calls erupted across Spain over the weekend in rejection of the country’s arms sales to Israel. Demonstrators in cities including Barcelona, Valencia, Cartagena and the capital, Madrid, demanded that the government stop all arms trade with the country. Spaniards took to the streets following a call from the Solidarity Network Against the Occupation of Palestine and another pro-Palestinian group demanding a halt to the transfer of weapons that fuel the genocide against Palestine and a ban on the sale of military equipment to Israel. During the demonstration in Madrid, the crowd gathered in front of the US Embassy building and marched with Palestinian flags to the Defense Ministry building. Chanting slogans such as “Stop the genocide in Palestine,” “Boycott Israel,” “They were hospitals, not military bases,” “Sanctions against Israel are not in sight” and “Free Palestine,” the protesters demanded the ruling leftist coalition government to “cut ties with Israel, which committed genocide and is on trial at the International Court of Justice.” Israel has launched a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip that has killed more than 44,800 victims, mostly women and children, since an attack by the Palestinian resistance group, Hamas, on Oct. 7, 2023. The second year of genocide in Gaza has drawn growing international condemnation, with officials and institutions labeling the attacks and the blocking of aid deliveries as a deliberate attempt to destroy a population. The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants last month for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former army chief Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on Gaza. *** 'Hamas: The assassination of Gaza journalists is a war crime Monday 16-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Islamic Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, confirmed that the assassination of Al-Jazeera photographer Ahmed Al-Loa'h by Israeli occupation forces is a “war crime,” and part of a systematic targeting of journalists in the Gaza Strip. In a press statement on Sunday, Hamas said that “the assassination of journalists aims to terrorize them and deter them from fulfilling their role and mission in exposing the crimes and atrocities committed by the occupying army against our people and land.” Hamas called on international press organizations to adopt a firm stance against the ongoing crimes of the occupation against journalists, support their Palestinian journalist colleagues, and provide all forms of assistance and solidarity, while exposing the brutal crimes of the occupation against them. Journalist Ahmad Al-Louh was martyred in an airstrike targeting a civil defense point in the New Market area of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in central Gaza on Sunday, raising the number of journalist martyrs to 196 since the start of the war on Gaza. A reporter from the SANAD News Agency quoted local sources saying that occupation aircraft targeted a civil defense point in Al-Nusayrat, resulting in martyrs, including Al-Jazeera photographer A'hmed Al-Loa'h. *** 'Hamas: The world’s peoples must act to curb Israel’s bloodbath in Gaza Monday 16-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement has called on all the world’s peoples to necessarily take effective action to exert pressure on the “criminal” Israeli occupation government and its supporters in order to stop the bloodbath that is taking place in the Gaza Strip in full view of the entire world. “The Israeli occupation persists in its brutal war of extermination in the Gaza Strip, targeting schools and shelters housing displaced people and systematically committing the most horrific massacres against them,” Hamas said in a statement on Monday. “We condemn the horrifying massacre that was committed on Sunday by the criminal occupation against innocent displaced people sheltering in Ahmed Abdul-Aziz School adjacent to the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younus, south of the Gaza Strip,” Hamas added. 'Hamas highlighted that the Israeli occupation government commits its crimes without caring about the consequences of its actions, describing it as “the government of war criminals.” 'Hamas held the US administration directly responsible for the occurrence of massacres and genocide against the defenseless Palestinians in Gaza, calling it “the main supporter of genocide in Gaza.” For over 430 days, the Israeli war machine — armed by the US and some European countries — has been claiming the lives of civilians, including women and children, with no regard for any international resolutions and condemnations. Last night, the Israeli occupation forces bombed another UN-run school in southern Gaza, killing at least 20 displaced Palestinians sheltering in the building, eyewitnesses told Al Jazeera satellite channel, as the death toll from several Israeli attacks across the besieged and war-torn territory, including in Bait 'Hanoun, Dair El-Bala'h and Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, climbed. More than 60 people were confirmed dead as a result of Israeli attacks in the last 24 hours, according to Palestinian officials in Gaza. *** PGMO: The Palestinian people are facing historical catastrophe, the most brutal in modern times Monday 16-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza said that the Palestinian people are facing a historical catastrophe, the most brutal in modern times, as Israeli massacres continue. The Office emphasized that the Israeli occupation army has persisted in its brutal attacks against civilians, displaced individuals, journalists, medical teams, civil defense, and those securing humanitarian aid, resulting in the martyrdom of over 110 Palestinians in the past few hours and days. In a statement delivered by the PGMO director on Sunday evening, Dr. Ismail Thawabta, “these attacks are part of an ongoing escalation that has lasted for more than 435 days, constituting a crime of genocide against the Palestinian people.” The PGMO pointed out that the Israeli occupation has committed numerous simultaneous massacres against journalists, including the recent killing of journalist Ahmad Bakr Al-Loah, a photographer for Al Jazeera, following the martyrdom of journalist Mu'hammed Jabr Al-Qurainawi, a correspondent for the Sanad News Agency, whose entire family was erased from the civil registry, in addition to the martyrdom of journalist Muhammad Hamid Ba’lousha, a correspondent for Al Mashhad TV, bringing the total number of journalists killed by the occupation to 196. The Office noted that the occupation army committed a brutal massacre against civil defense teams by bombing a field headquarters in Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of four civil defense personnel, raising the total number of civil defense martyrs to 94. It further announced that the occupation also perpetrated a horrific massacre against displaced individuals in the Khaleel 'Uwaidha School in Bait 'Hanoun, resulting in the martyrdom of over 43 people, as well as a massacre in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp leading to the martyrdom of over 42 Palestinians, in addition to a massacre in Al-Buraij camp against the Al-Qurenaoui family. The PGMO explained that the occupation army targeted municipal teams in Gaza, bombing the Dair El-Bala'h municipality, which resulted in the martyrdom of 12 individuals, including the mayor, Dr. Dthiyab Al-Jaru. This attack adds to a series of assassinations targeting four mayors in the Gaza Strip as part of the occupation’s policy to create an administrative and governmental vacuum. The Office also confirmed that the occupation committed two massacres against humanitarian aid security personnel in the southern Gaza Strip, resulting in the martyrdom of 15 individuals, raising the total number of martyrs in this sector to over 722. It noted that the occupation army continued to target medical teams and hospitals, where several doctors and medical personnel were martyred, particularly in Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip. It warned that the occupation continues to pursue a systematic starvation policy against over 2.4 million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, including more than one million children and nearly one million women. The Office added that the occupation continues to close crossings leading to the Gaza Strip and prevents the entry of aid and food, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis. The PGMO strongly condemned the compounded crimes being carried out by the occupation army against the Palestinian people, including the systematic assassinations of journalists, medical personnel, and civil defense teams, as well as the deliberate starvation policy against children and women. It called on countries around the world to condemn these crimes, which constitute crimes against humanity under international law. The Office pointed out that the Israeli occupation and its supporters, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France, bear moral and legal responsibility for participating in the ongoing genocide, which has resulted in over 165,000 martyrs, wounded, missing, and detained. It urged the international community and international organizations to pressure the occupation to stop the genocide and cease targeting journalists, medical teams, civil defense, and all segments of Palestinian society. In conclusion, the PGMO said that the humanitarian situation in Gaza has reached an extremely critical level, warning that the continuation of these massacres and crimes exposes the Palestinian people to a historical catastrophe, the most brutal in modern times. *** 'Hamas warns of the collapse of the international system Monday 16-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement warned on Sunday that the international system would collapse if it failed to stop Israel’s ongoing crimes in the Gaza Strip. 'Hamas stated that the international community’s response to the Israeli crimes embodies an unprecedented image of impotence and imbalance in the international system, warning of its collapse, along with all the values and foundations on which it was founded. The Israeli occupation army’s brutal crimes in the Gaza Strip, from bombing residential neighborhoods, storming shelters to forced displacement amid bloody massacres, a stifling siege and the destruction of medical infrastructure and hospitals, “represents heinous Zionist crimes against humanity, as well as a war of genocide and ethnic cleansing.” It pointed out that the Israeli occupation army has systematically targeted, in front of the world’s eyes; hospitals, medical centers, and ambulances, killing and arresting doctors and medical staff, and preventing access to the wounded and the martyrs. 'Hamas urged the World Health Organization, international institutions, and UN committees to act immediately to facilitate entry of medical supplies, equipment, and teams into the Gaza Strip, particularly Gaza City and the north. The Movement made an appeal to the Arab and Islamic nations and the free people of the world “to form a comprehensive support front for our people in the Gaza Strip, and to work to stop the ongoing massacres.” It also urged all forums to apply pressure on the parties and countries supporting the war of genocide in the Gaza Strip, as well as to support the Palestinian people’s right to confront the occupation and to gain their right to freedom and self-determination. Israel has launched a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip that has killed more than 44,800 victims, mostly women and children, since an attack by the Palestinian resistance group, 'Hamas, on Oct. *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
