Palestinians Killed, 50,594 Injured, in US-Backed Israeli Genocidal War
on Starved Gaza
December 13, 2023
***
Editor's
Notes:
Here are some statistics, which show the
Israeli war crimes against humanity, during the current Israeli
genocidal war on Gaza:
By December 13, 2023,
the initial death toll of Palestinians who have been killed by the
Israeli genocidal war on Gaza Strop is
26,368+.
This includes the
accounted for deaths
(18,608)
and those who are still missing under the rubble
(7,760+).
By December 10, 2023,
the
death toll included
7,875+
children and
6,130+
women.
By December 10, 2023,
there was a complete destruction of
50,000+
housing units, and
305,000+
damaged housing units (61% of Gaza housing units). This forced about
1.5
million people
to become homeless, taking refuge in crowded UN schools and ultimately
sleeping in the streets.
The Israeli refusal to allow international
aid caravans to enter Gaza freely led the Palestinian population to be
on the verge of
mass
extermination for the lack of food, water, medicine, and fuel.
By December 6, 2023,
290
health personnel were killed and hundreds were injured,
102
ambulances were destroyed while on duty, killing and injuring their
crews, and destroyed
56
health institutions. As a result of the strikes and lack of fuel,
26
hospitals and
46
primary care centers are not functioning.
By December 13, 2023, there were 289 Palestinians who were killed, 4,010+ who were injured, and 3,938 who were abducted by Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank, since October 7, 2023.
ÈöÓúãö Çááåö ÇáÑøóÍúãóÜٰäö ÇáÑøóÍöíãö "ãöäú ÃóÌúáö Ðóٰáößó ßóÊóÈúäóÇ Úóáóìٰ Èóäöí ÅöÓúÑóÇÆöíáó Ãóäøóåõ ãóäú ÞóÊóáó äóÝúÓðÇ ÈöÛóíúÑö äóÝúÓò Ãóæú ÝóÓóÇÏò Ýöí ÇáúÃóÑúÖö ÝóßóÃóäøóãóÇ ÞóÊóáó ÇáäøóÇÓó ÌóãöíÚðÇ" (ÇáúãóÇÆöÏóÉõ ¡ 5: 32). "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules. 2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet. 3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel. 4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed. 5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists. The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies. In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain. 6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people. Editor's Note: The ten countries which opposed it are basically Israel and the United States, with eight more states (Austria, Czech Republic, Guatemala, Liberia, Micronesia, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay). The UN Security Council had failed, for the second time this month, to pass a resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza, after the United States exercised its veto power, despite the warning from UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres that there is no effective protection for civilians in Gaza and that there is no safe place in the region. The latest version of the resolution calls for an “immediate cessation of hostilities for humanitarian reasons”, warning of the “catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.” The concise text also calls for the “protection of civilians,” the “immediate and unconditional release of all hostages,” and “ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid.” Meanwhile, in a joint statement on Tuesday, the prime ministers of Canada, Australia, and New Zealand expressed their support for urgent international efforts to achieve a permanent ceasefire in Gaza. They stated in their statement, “We are concerned about the shrinking safe space for civilians in Gaza. The ongoing suffering of all Palestinian civilians cannot be the price of Hamas’s defeat.” They added that a ceasefire cannot be one-sided and called on Hamas to “release all hostages and cease using Palestinian civilians as human shields,” according to the statement. They emphasized that “the ceasefire in Gaza must not be unilateral,” and expressed their opposition to any reoccupation of the Gaza Strip or reduction of its territory. The statement also stated, “We oppose the forced displacement of Palestinians and support their right to self-determination.” Meanwhile, the Chinese representative at the United Nations affirmed that “what is happening in Gaza is a tragedy, and we must do more.” On Monday, the British Parliament discussed proposals and demands regarding the United Kingdom’s stance on the Israeli occupation’s aggression against the Gaza Strip. This took place during a session of the parliamentary committee to consider three popular petitions on this matter. The first petition calls for maintaining neutrality and withdrawing support for Israel, while the second urges the Israeli government to allow fuel, electricity, and food into the Gaza Strip. The third petition calls for adopting a ceasefire and ending the occupation in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. According to the British constitution, Parliament is required to discuss petitions that exceed 100,000 signatures through a subcommittee in Parliament. However, these discussions are not binding on the government, which is committed to legislative sessions of Parliament that include 650 members of parliament. GMO demands speedy delivery of relief aid via Rafa'h Crossing Wednesday 13-December-2023, GAZA, (PIC)-- The Government Media Office has called for the entry of thousands of tons of aid sent from dozens of countries to assist the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, which are stacked on the other side of the Rafa'h border crossing. In a statement on Wednesday, the office stated that these tons of aid have been present for weeks on the other side of the Rafa'h crossing and have not yet been allowed to enter, unfortunately. Hundreds of tons of aid have been damaged and rendered unusable. The Office emphasized the urgent need to immediately and urgently deliver this aid to the Gaza Strip as soon as possible, as the situation in the Gaza Strip is catastrophic and cannot tolerate further delays and procrastination in delivering the aid. It pointed out that the people of Gaza are suffering from severe shortages of food, water, and medicine, warning that Gaza is approaching famine more than ever before, with reports from the northern governorate of Gaza indicating signs of famine among thousands of children. GMO warned that the Gaza Strip daily requires 1,000 trucks of supplies and real assistance, such as baby milk, relief and ration supplies, basic goods for markets, medical equipment, rescue and civil defense machinery. It stressed that the Gaza Strip daily needs one million liters of fuel (1,000,000 liters of fuel daily) to attempt to salvage what can be saved in rehabilitating and operating vital facilities such as bakeries, water wells, drinking desalination stations, and other important facilities. GMO warned the international community, the United States, and all international organizations of the danger of their positions aligning with the Israeli policy of starving, thirsting, and killing Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. It held them fully responsible for this ongoing crime and reminded them that their practices violate international law, international humanitarian law, the Geneva Convention, and all international conventions and norms. ****** Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces 68th day of the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza Strip, bloody massacres and catastrophic humanitarian conditions Wednesday 13-December-2023, GAZA, (PIC) The IOF destroy homes on top of their residents and commit genocidal crimes, amid a catastrophic humanitarian situation, in light of the IOF ground incursions which are being confronted by valiant resistance. Abduction of Palestinians by Israeli Occupation Regime SoldiersLarge-scale abduction campaign in the West Bank and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Wednesday 13-December-2023, WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a large-scale raid and abduction campaign in different parts of the West Bank and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), at dawn Wednesday. In Al-Quds (Occupied Jerusalem), 25 Israeli patrols broke into 'Hizma town, stormed nearly 50 local homes and abducted several local people before releasing some of them. Tight Israeli restrictions were imposed on the Palestinian movement in the town, forcing local schools to teach online. Local sources affirmed that the Israeli occupation forces brutally assaulted several people during the large-scale raid campaign. Meanwhile, the IOF troops continued their military operation for the second consecutive day in Jineen City and its refugee camp. The IOF blew up three local homes early today, causing massive destruction, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes. A large-scale abduction campaign was also carried out during the raids, during which 100 people were abducted. Two other homes were also bombed in the Jenin refugee camp. In Nablus, two Palestinians were abducted after the IOF broke into their family houses. Several local homes were also stormed and searched. Eyewitnesses said that the occupation forces, with military reinforcements, stormed the neighborhood and began demolishing a two-story residential building, each floor containing four apartments, each measuring 110 square meters, located near Wadi Qaddoum. The four apartments are owned by Zuhair Abdul 'Azeez Ghaith and his brother Murad Abdul Azeez Ghaith, and Fahd Mubarak and his brother Mu'hammed Mubarak. It is noteworthy that the building was built in 2016, and fines amounting to 800 thousand shekels were paid to the occupation municipality, while a decision was issued to demolish it last Wednesday. Palestinians in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) say they are forced to build without permit because the Israeli municipality rarely issues permits to the city’s original Palestinian citizens as a way to reduce their number by forcing them to leave it and find accommodation and work elsewhere.
