While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Over 65 Palestinians murdered in Israeli airstrikes in Gaza in less than 10 hours

GAZA, December 1, 2023 (WAFA) –

At least 65 Palestinians, the majority of whom are innocent civilians, including children, have been killed by indiscriminate Israeli bombardment across the Gaza Strip since early today morning, as Israel resumed its genocide campaign in the enclave after a seven-day pause.

WAFA correspondent confirmed that the documented number of deaths in Gaza has risen to 65 since 7:00 am this morning, with the majority being children and women. Additionally, scores of innocent civilians sustained injuries of varying degrees.

In one of the tragic incidents of the Israeli genocide today in the territory, multiple civilians were killed and others injured when Israeli occupation forces bombed the Subai'hi family home on George Street, east of the city of Rafa'h in the southern Gaza Strip.

Our correspondent further stated that the dead bodies of 30 civilians were brought to Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza City due to the resumption of Israeli atrocities, particularly in the neighborhoods of Sheja'iyya and Al Zaytoun in the city. The victims were predominantly children and women.

Earlier this morning, the Israeli occupation resumed its genocide in the Gaza Strip, attacking residential neighborhoods from the land, air and sea after a one-week pause—brokered by Egypt and Qatar—came to an end.

The humanitarian ceasefire in the Gaza Strip had come into effect at 7:00 am on Friday, November 24, and was initially set for a duration of four days. However, it was extended for an additional three days.

At least 15,000 Palestinians, the majority of them innocent civilians, including over 6,500 children and over 4,000 women, have been killed since the beginning of the Israeli genocide campaign in Gaza on October 7, according to initial reports by the Ministry of Health.

56th day of the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza Strip, the ceasefire ends and Israeli genocidal airstrikes resume

Friday 1-December-2023, GAZA, (PIC)--

The Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip has entered its 56th consecutive day with the renewal of Israeli airstrikes and shelling on Friday morning, following the temporary humanitarian ceasefire that lasted for seven days amidst demands for a comprehensive halt to the Israeli genocidal war.

The PIC correspondent reported that a few minutes before 7 a.m. on Friday, Israeli warplanes and reconnaissance aircraft were flying over the skies of the Gaza Strip, and sounds of explosions were heard caused by Israeli bombardment.

The Ministry of Interior in Gaza confirmed that Israeli warplanes were launching a series of airstrikes on various areas of the Gaza Strip.

For its part, the Israeli radio said that Israeli aircraft have started bombing areas all over the Gaza Strip.

The spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Ashraf Al-Qudra, confirmed an increase in the number of victims of Israeli massacres within two hours after the ceasefire ended, with 14 civilians killed and dozens injured, mostly children and women.

Israeli warplanes targeted an apartment in the city of Khan Younus, west of 'Hamad City residential compound.

Three martyrs and a number of injuries arrived at the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital as a result of the Israeli occupation targeting of a house belonging to the Qandil family in the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Israeli warplanes dropped leaflets calling on residents of the towns of Khuza’a, 'Abasan, Bani Suhaila, and Al-Qarara to head to Rafa'h, stating that Khan Younus is a war zone.

Despite the Israeli announcement of Rafa'h as a shelter area, it was subjected to several airstrikes, resulting in at least six martyrs.

Israeli warplanes targeted a house belonging to the 'Adwan family in the western market in the city of Rafa'h, resulting in the death of four martyrs and dozens of injuries.

Two civilians were killed and others were injured in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a house in the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Israeli warplanes targeted a house belonging to the Qannan family west of Khan Younus, resulting in a number of martyrs and casualties.

The Ministry of Interior in Gaza confirmed that Israeli warplanes targeted the eastern area of Abasan town, east of Khan Younus, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Tens of thousands of citizens who returned to their homes during the ceasefire days have begun to return to the shelter centers amid concerns about the developments.

'Hamas: Israel made a decision to resume its criminal aggression

Friday 1-December-2023, GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement said in a statement issued Friday that the Israeli occupation regime bore responsibility for the end of the truce for rejecting terms to free more hostages and extend it.

The Movement pointed out that the Israeli occupation regime refused an offer to release more captives and the dead bodies of an Israeli family killed in Israeli air strikes.

“We offered to hand over the bodies of the Bibas family, release their father so that he can participate in their burial, and hand over two Israeli captives,” the group said in a statement.

The Israeli occupation regime refused “all these offers because it had made a prior decision to resume its criminal aggression against the Gaza Strip,” it added.

Hamas held the US administration and its president, Biden, fully responsible for the continuation of Israeli war crimes in the Gaza Strip after its absolute support and the green light it gave it following its Secretary of State Anthony Blinken’s visit to Israel.

The group also stressed that the Palestinian people and resistance led by Al-Qassam Brigades are steadfast.

As Israeli occupation forces resumed their attacks from the air, land and sea on the Gaza Strip this morning, marking the end of a seven-day pause, at least 32 Palestinians have been killed since the resumption of atrocities in the early morning, with the majority being children and women, according to medical reports.

WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli warplanes targeted and destroyed the Halima Mosque in the Khan Yunis city center, located in the south of the Gaza Strip. The attack led to the injury of several civilians in the vicinity of the mosque.

Additionally, Israeli airstrikes struck three residential buildings in Al-Buraij refugee camp, in the central Gaza Strip. This resulted in the murder and injury of multiple civilians.

Simultaneously, the Israeli occupation forces carried out multiple aerial raids on the neighborhoods of Shuja'iyya and Al Zaytoun in Gaza City.

The death toll is expected to rise as rescue and medical teams continue their efforts to search for survivors and provide assistance to the wounded.

Meanwhile, the vicinity of Nasir Hospital in Khan Younus, southern Gaza, witnessed multiple Israeli airstrikes.

Furthermore, Israeli warplanes unleashed a series of intense airstrikes on the Nusayrat and the Maghazi refugee camps, both located in the central Gaza Strip.

Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces

Palestinian youth shot dead by Israeli occupation forces near Tubas

TUBAS, Thursday, November 30, 2023 (WAFA) –

A young Palestinian man succumbed to injuries this evening inflicted by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire near the village of 'Attouf in the northern Jordan Valley, according to medical sources.

The Ministry of Health confirmed the murder of Karam Bani 'Oada, a 25-year-old youth from the town of Tammoun, who was shot by Israeli occupation forces near the said village, located in the northern Jordan Valley region in the occupied west Bank.

Earlier in the day, the forces opened fire on Bani 'Oada, preventing ambulance teams from approaching and providing medical assistance. The young man was later announced dead of his wounds.

Simultaneously, Israeli occupation forces closed the military checkpoints of Tayaseer and Al-'Hamra—both located in the vicinity of the deadly incident--in both directions, severely impacting the movement of Palestinian civilians and leading to a traffic jam.

Weekly protests erupt across West Bank, including Al-Quds (Occupied Jerusalem)

Friday 1-December-2023, WEST BANK, (PIC)

Violent clashes erupted across the occupied West Bank, including Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) shortly after the Friday prayers in protest against the Israeli resumed attacks on the Gaza Strip.

In Al-Khaleel (Hebron), a massive march was launched from Al-Hussein Mosque after Friday prayers in support of the Palestinian resistance, support for Gaza, and rejection of the Israeli ongoing crimes.

The Israeli forces brutally attacked a boy in the Tarama area in Doura, south of Al-Khaleel.

A similar march was also organized in front of the Grand Al-Bireh Mosque in Ramallah.

In Bethlehem, the Israeli troops stormed Al-Manshiya village amid heavy fire of teargas bombs, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes.

In Qalqilya, two Palestinian youths were shot and injured when Israeli forces opened fire at an anti-occupation protest in Kafr Qaddoum.

Meanwhile, a group of Jewish settlers stormed the archaeological spring of Ceylon in Qaryut village, which led to the outbreak of confrontations.

In Occupied Jerusalem, clashes erupted in the Wadi Al-Joaz neighborhood when Israeli police prevented Palestinian worshipers from performing Friday prayers at Aqsa Mosque.

Israeli police only allowed 3,500 worshipers to enter the mosque. Only the elderly were allowed in.

The Israeli forces assaulted a woman inside Aqsa Mosque and detained a child near Al-Asbat Gate. Another young man was detained at Al-Sahira Gate.

In Nablus, Israeli forces continued to impose a total siege on 'Aqraba town since late Thursday following the Jerusalem shooting operation.

Abduction of Palestinians by Israeli Occupation Regime Soldiers

30 Palestinian prisoners released by Israel as part of the prisoner swap deal

RAMALLAH, Friday, December 1, 2023 (WAFA) -

In the early hours of Friday, Israeli occupation authorities released 30 Palestinian prisoners, including 22 children and eight women. The release took place near Ramallah and in occupied Jerusalem.

This was the seventh batch of the prisoner swap deal under the temporary humanitarian truce in Gaza between the Palestinian factions and the Israeli occupation, brokered by Qatar and Egypt.

The release of the 30 prisoners, who included eight women from the 1948-occupied lands, took place at both the Israeli military prison of 'Ofer, southwest of Ramallah, and at the Russian Compound Prison in occupied Jerusalem.

19 of the released child prisoners were bused from the 'Ofer military prison to downtown Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). Their families and a crowd of well-wishers warmly welcomed them in the Ramallah Municipality yard.

Earlier in the day, Israeli occupation police in occupied Jerusalem raided the homes of the prisoners to be released later in the night, warning them against holding any celebrations or gatherings. Journalist crews present at the scene were suppressed and prevented from covering the events.

During the seven batches of the swap deal, Israeli occupation authorities released a total of 63 female Palestinian detainees and 147 children, the majority of whom had been arrested during the ongoing Israeli aggression against our people since October 7.

In contrast, Israeli occupation forces abducted more than 260 Palestinians in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, during the seven-day truce, according to the Palestinian Prisoners Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners Society.

Rights organizations call for an international investigation into Israel’s abuse of Palestinian detainees

RAMALLAH, Thursday, November 30, 2023 (WAFA) -

Human rights and legal organizations today called on international bodies, organizations, and bar associations to take immediate action and intervene to stop the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the Israeli occupation authorities against Palestinian detainees and hostages in Israel.

The organizations called in a press conference held in Ramallah on the Human Rights Council to form an international committee to investigate the abuse by the Israeli occupation against the detainees. They also called on the International Committee of the Red Cross to clearly state its position on the war crimes committed against the detainees and to pressure the occupation authorities to respect its role and international conventions related to detainees.

They also called on the states parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949 to hold an emergency conference to discuss ways to ensure that they implement the provisions of the convention and honor them regarding the guarantees and rights of Palestinian detainees, and hold them accountable for violating them or obstructing their work by the Israeli occupation authorities.

They also stressed the need for human rights organizations and bar associations in the world to assume their legal responsibilities to confront Israeli violations and practices against the detainees and their systematic subjection to torture by activating accountability, prosecution, and trial of the perpetrators of these crimes before their national courts.

The organizations called on the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture, the Subcommittee against Torture, and the Working Group on Arbitrary Detention to take urgent action to confront the violations and crimes committed against detainees and to use all available mechanisms and powers to stop the intentional killing and torture of the detainees.

The head of the Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission, Qaddoura Fares, said that the occupation authorities have escalated their ongoing crimes against detainees, by halting and suspending the rights and guarantees granted to them under international law and the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949.

He pointed out that the systematic arrest campaigns escalated and affected all groups of the people, to terrorize them.

Fares said their organizations documented 3,200 arrest cases in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, after October 7 until mid-November, including more than 100 women, and 145 minors, while accurate data were not available about detainees from Gaza as the occupation refused to provide the International Committee of the Red Cross with any clear data about their numbers, identities, places of detention, and health status, in addition to issuing 1,464 administrative detention orders against Palestinians since the beginning of the aggression against Gaza Strip.

He stated that the number of detainees in the Israeli prisons as of mid-November reached more than 7,000, including about 80 female detainees and more than 250 children, and the number of administrative detainees to date reached 2,200, while the number of detainees from Gaza reached 105.

The organizations documented a significant escalation in systematic retaliatory measures against detainees, especially after the International Committee of the Red Cross stopped visiting Israeli detentions, and families and lawyers were not allowed to visit the prisoners.

The occupation prison administration began imposing collective retaliatory measures against detainees, including raids at their cells, placing them in isolation, converting their rooms into cells after stripping them of all their possessions, seizing all the electrical tools they used to meet their basic needs, and the repression units carrying out widespread attacks against detainees through severe beatings, using sticks and batons causing dozens of injuries and then deliberately leaving them without treatment.

These measures affected the basic necessities of life, such as food, water, treatment, and electricity was cut off from the detainees’ sections, the amount of water and the hours it was available to them were reduced, and unprecedented restrictions were placed on sick detainees, denied them treatment and stopped transferring detainees to prison clinics and hospitals, closed the canteen so that the prisoners will not be able to buy food from it, seized the food supplies remaining with the detainees (such as canned goods), and reduced meals to two meals a day.

Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers

Illegal Israeli settlers loot a commercial store south of Nablus

NABLUS, December 1, 2023 (WAFA) –

A group of illegal Israeli settlers attacked and looted a commercial store today in the town of Al-Sawiyah, to the south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.

Tamer Abdullah, a local resident, reported that a group of settlers from the illegal Israeli settlement of Rechalim, illegally built on Palestinian land near the town, raided his store located on the main street.

The settlers vandalized the storefront, breaking doors and stealing various items before leaving the scene, he added.

The town of Al-Sawiyah has been witnessing repeated attacks by the Israeli military and settlers targeting local residents and their properties.

Israel settler violence has seen a noticeable uptick since the beginning of the all-out Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip. Watch groups argue that the Israeli government is taking advantage of the media focus on the situation in Gaza to let its settler militias carry out their colonial agenda in the occupied West Bank.

Settlers assault Palestinians south of Hebron, steal olive harvest in Nablus

HEBRON, December 1, 2023 (WAFA) –

In a series of assaults today, Israeli settler militias launched attacks on Palestinian citizens and their properties in the Masafir Yatta area, south of Hebron, and in the village of Yanoun, in the northern West Bank province of Nablus, according to local sources.

In the Masafir Yatta area, a group of colonial settlers, under the protection of the Israeli military, assaulted members of the Shawaheen family while they were plowing their land in the Wadi Jawaya region. The settlers, armed and accompanied by army, prevented the family from plowing their land and restricted their access under the threat of weapons. Additionally, an Israeli surveillance drone was deployed over the area to monitor the movements of the local Palestinian citizens.

In another incident on the same day, settlers targeted the olive harvest in the Yanoun village, located on the outskirts of the town of 'Aqraba, south of Nablus.

Rashid Marrar, the head of the Yanoun village council, informed WAFA that a group of settlers stole olives on the eastern side of the village from a land belonging to a resident of 'Aqraba.

Notably, Israeli occupation forces and settlers have repeatedly used force to prevent local residents from harvesting olives in these areas.

These assaults are part of an ongoing pattern of settler violence and harassment against Palestinian communities, exacerbating tensions in the region and raising concerns about the safety and security of local residents.

Israeli terror settler militias set vehicles on fire south of Nablus

NABLUS, December 1, 2023 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli terrorist settler militias launched an attack last night on homes of and set ablaze several vehicles after sneaking into the Palestinian village of Jaloud, in the northern West Bank province of Nablus, according to local sources.

Witnesses reported that a group of the Israeli terrorist settlers assaulted the village, pelting homes with stones and setting fire to multiple parked vehicles. The local residents quickly responded, confronting the attackers and successfully driving them out of the village.

This Israeli act of aggression adds to the ongoing tensions in the region, where such attacks on Palestinian communities by settlers have been a recurrent and troubling occurrence for Palestinians living under colonial settler occupation.

The incident is yet an example of the violence experienced daily by vulnerable Palestinian communities living in proximity to the illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank.

Illegal Israeli settlers block main entrance to the town of Dair Ballout

SALFIT, Thursday, November 30, 2023 (WAFA) --

Army-guarded illegal Israeli settlers closed off this evening the main entrance to the town of Dair Ballout, located west of Salfeet, according to local sources.

The sources reported that a group of settlers gathered around the Israeli military checkpoint at the town's entrance, closing the road with stones under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.

The closure resulted in the local Palestinian residents being unable to enter or leave the town through its main entrance, forcing drivers to user longer routes into and out of the town.

The incident is yet another example of the violence experienced daily by vulnerable Palestinian communities living in proximity to the illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank.

Israeli Occupation forces forcibly evacuate Palestinian family out of home near Hebron

HEBRON, Thursday, November 30, 2023 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces forcibly evacuated a Palestinian family from their home this evening, transforming it into a military outpost in the village of Karma, to the south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.

WAFA correspondent said Israeli occupation forces stormed Karma village, raided the house of Palestinian citizen 'Izzuddeen 'Awawda and forcefully evacuated the family, converting the house into a military outpost.

Awawda told WAFA that the occupation forces seized his three-story home while he and his family were engaged in their workplaces. The forces raised the Israeli flag over the house and converted it into a military outpost.

Upon Awawda's return to his home, he was informed of the eviction by the Israeli occupation army, and he and his 8-member family were prohibited from entering their own home. Subsequently, they sought refuge in the home of a relative in the neighboring town of Dura.

This incident is part of a broader pattern of home demolitions and forced evacuations carried out by Israeli occupation authorities, with the aim of making life difficult for Palestinians in order to press them to leave.

Israel demolishes homes and infrastructure in a Palestinian hamlet near Jenin

JENIN, Thursday, November 30, 2023 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces carried out the demolition of five residential rooms and five water tanks today in Faraseen, a Palestinian hamlet located near the town of Ya'bad in the northern West Bank province of Jenin, according to local sources.

The Israeli demolition took place without prior warning, accompanied by the destruction of water and electricity lines, as well as a solar power panel in the village, said Ma'hmoud Amarna, the deputy head of the Faraseen village council.

Amarna told WAFA that the occupation forces demolished five living quarters, constructed with bricks and tinplate, which housed more than 20 individuals in the village. Each house had an area ranging from 40 to 80 square meters.

Residents were denied the opportunity to remove their belongings, he explained, before the forces proceeded to vandalize the electricity generator, water networks, solar panels, water tanks, and agricultural equipment in the village.

The local official highlighted that the occupation forces had uprooted and bulldozed around 500 peach, apple, and avocado trees in the village nearly two weeks ago. Additionally, they demolished the entrance to an archaeological cave, sealing it with earth mounds, and destroyed surveillance cameras along with anything capable of sustaining life.

He noted that the Israeli authorities have exploited the ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip to target and destroy the hamlet, located along the Jenin-Tulkam Road in the occupied West Bank. For years, the nearly 200 residents of Farasin have been subjected to attempts to force them off their land and seize their properties.
