Sixteen years ago today I crossed the U.S./Canadian border at Baudette, Minnesota to seek political asylum in Canada.  I had discovered fraud in a U.S.D.A. rural housing program and, when I refused to be silent about the fraud, was under Court Order for a Mental Competency Evaluation.   This Order followed three arrests over a six-month period. These were illegal arrests and imprisonments. I never had a trial on any of the charges. My Court-appointed attorney informed that when I failed the Evaluation, he would be appointed guardian of my finances. Ten days before the scheduled evaluation, I crossed the Canadian border.

Canada, over a period of five and a half years, granted me two Convention Refugee Claim hearings. Both denied me Refugee Status (political asylum).  The Federal Court-Trial Division in Ottawa denied me Judicial Review of these hearing decisions.  In-between the hearings, I was illegally deported from Canada three times, but managed to return to Canada through border crossings.  In 1998, after the last Judicial Decision denying review of the Immigration and Refugee Board’s decisions, the Enforcement Division of the Ministry of Immigration threatened to charge me with a criminal charge if I returned to Canada again.

Since my forced return in handcuffs, I have not been legally repatriated by the U.S. government as required by International Law.  I wrote a book titled “Escape From America:  An Expose’ of International Treachery” that was supposed to be published by PublishAmerica in September 2003. They breached the contract and returned publishing and copyright to me.  I have not sought other publishers since it is obvious this book is censored by the U.S. government.  All media outlets refuse to report this story including print and broadcast outlets.

I have all documents relating to the fraud, my arrests and detentions, Canadian Immigration documents, hearing and Court decisions and Canadian arrest documents.
