Why Does The Israeli Lobby Have Its Grips On The Western World?

Many in the Western World, let alone the rest of the World argue that, the Israeli Lobby in the West is in charge of Western Foreign policies. Although, Western observes in particular, don't seem to give clear-cut factors that, make the Israeli Lobby in the West most notably, in the U.S.A. and in the U.K. so powerful and so pervasive, the line of reasoning appears to have gained a globally, widespread consensus.
For example Baroness Jenny Tonge, a British Liberal Democrat, exclaimed, according to the BBC during September, 2006 that, the Israeli Lobby in the West has its grips on Western Foreign policies. The British Baroness was responding to the 'presumably' Western democratic governments in failing to, at the minimum condemning Israel for its obvious wrongdoing against the Palestinians.
Apparently, the Baroness was specifically, appalled by the totally, unjustifiable retort by Western governments, specially, those of the U.K. and the USA to the HAMAS' democratically, elected government (BBC Online, November 27, 2006). This circumstance which is exemplified by the latter clearly, indicates to which extent the Israeli Lobby manipulates what is thought of as 'well- established democracies of the Western World.
Moreover, in 1992 Former President Bill Clinton won the election solely, on the promise that, he will move the U.S. embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Such an instance gives one an impression that, the Israeli Lobby's finances which funded Clinton's Presidency campaign.
President Clinton, during his presidency well reflected on the Israeli Lobby's support by mainly, the brutal bombing of Iraq-Saddam in October, 1988 that, resulted in killing hundreds of civilians, including women and children. Also, President Clinton, in obedience to the Israeli Lobby imposed an under siege on Late President Arafat until his martyrdom.
The reason for this hitherto, another brutality was the failure of Clinton's Camp David to force Arafat to sign an agreement in favor to Israel. It's ironic, how could a three percent (3%) of the whole U.S. population determines who should become the U.S. president.
According to a fair number of American observers,
including American Jews such as, Mark Bruzonski and Professor Noam Chomsky,
that, this pattern is merely one of the many dark dimensions of the Israeli
Lobby in the U.S.A. They consistently, caution that, the Israeli Lobby
dominates the U.S. foreign policy, especially, the part which deals with the
Israel –Arab conflict.
