While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Gaza: Death toll surges to 43,391 martyrs

Tuesday 5-November-2024

Israeli genocidal war on Gaza enters day 397

Wednesday 6-November-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 397th consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas.

Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Wednesday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens.

The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 33, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians.

According to local sources, 15 civilians were massacred when the Israeli army bombed a house belonging to the family of Al-Sayid in Al-Fakhoura area, south of Bait Lahya, north of Gaza.

The Israeli army also bombed the 'Haleema as-Sadiya School in Jabalya Al-Nazla, north of Gaza, killing and injuring a number of displaced people.

Five citizens were killed and others were injured in another Israeli attack on a house in Bait Lahya.

In central Gaza, an Israeli airstrike on a house in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp claimed the lives of six citizens, including two women and three children.

Another attack on a house belonging to the family of Al-Zuhd in the same refugee camp killed eight people, including two women, five kids and one man.

At least two women were killed and others were injured in an Israeli attack on a house belonging to the family of Abu Daqqa in Al-Fakhari town, southeast of Khan Younus in southern Gaza. Others are still buried under the rubble.

Appeals to save people trapped alive under rubble in northern Gaza

Tuesday 5-November-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Civil Defense Society (PCDS) reported on Tuesday that it has received numerous appeals regarding people trapped alive under rubble from homes and residential buildings destroyed by the Israeli army in Bait Lahya, northern Gaza.

“We are receiving urgent pleas about the presence of survivors under the debris of some homes and residential buildings that were demolished by the Israeli occupation (forces) in the Bait Lahya project area in northern Gaza,” said PCDS in a statement.

It urged “international human rights and humanitarian organizations to intervene urgently to allow access for rescue teams and work to save those trapped beneath the rubble.”

It also warned of the continued “international silence regarding the Israeli aggression and arrogance, which could lead to the execution of living citizens trapped under the rubble of their destroyed homes,” which he called a “flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.”

The Civil Defense added, “Citizens in northern Gaza are facing death and Israeli extermination in silence, while the occupation has entirely disrupted our teams’ operations, confiscated their vehicles and equipment, displaced them, and arrested some.”

The agency noted that for the 14th consecutive day, the Israeli army has prevented teams from conducting their operations in northern Gaza.

For his part, World Food Program (WFP) Country Director in Palestine, Matthew Hollingworth raised concerns about food security and famine in the Gaza Strip.

He further warned that 90% of the Northern Gaza population is without food.

“We work with UNRWA to provide assistance in Gaza City,” he said, adding that all humanitarians are concerned about what is happening with UNRWA.

At least 54 people have been killed in Israeli attacks across various areas of the Gaza Strip since dawn Tuesday. Of those, 39 were in northern Gaza, where Israel launched a major air and ground assault about a month ago.

An  Israeli occupation apartheid regime court jails a Jerusalemite mosque imam for three years, for criticizing the Israeli occupation apartheid regime

Wednesday 6-November-2024

Al-Quds (0ccupied Jerusalem), (PIC)

An Israeli occupation apartheid regime court in Al-Quds (0ccupied Jerusalem) issued on Tuesday a three-year prison sentence against Al-Shaikh Jamal Mustafa, a mosque imam, on allegations of incitement, while the Israeli municipality demolished five homes in the Silwan district.

Al-Shaikh Mustafa, a noted mosque imam in Al-'Eisawiya, was kidnapped by the Israeli occupation apartheid regime police, who accused him of incitement during one of his khutbas (sermons) (sermons).

He was kidnapped at the beginning of the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, October 15, 2023. During his detention, he was reportedly exposed to maltreatment.

In addition to Al-Shikh Mustafa, the Israeli police jailed two other Jerusalemite mosque imams on a similar charge following the October 7 events in Gaza.

Several suffocate due to Israeli army teargas in southern West Bank village

BETHLEHEM, November 6, 2024 (WAFA) –

Several Palestinians suffocated Wednesday evening due to Israeli army teargas in al-Khader town, south of the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem, according to local sources.

They said that the occupation forces barged their way into the town, where they deployed in the vicinity of the local mosque and the Tell area, simultaneously while firing barrages of concussion grenades and teargas canisters towards the villagers, causing a number to suffocate.

Israeli occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for "wanted" Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents.

These raids, which also take place in areas under the full control of the Palestinian Authority, are conducted with no need for a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers.

Under Israeli military law army commanders have full executive, legislative and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised.

Israeli colonist attempt to run over Palestinian in Hebron

HEBRON, November 6, 2024 (WAFA) –

An Israeli colonist Wednesday attempted to run over a Palestinian in the southern occupied West Bank city of Hebron.

Yasser Abu Markhiya, 52, told WAFA that an Israeli colonist driving a car attempted to deliberately run him over in the Hebron neighbourhood of Tal Rumeida.

Abu Markhiya added that he was subjected to an attempted car-ramming attack by the colonist as he was along with a group of children preparing for a children's entertainment activity, scheduled to be organized by the “Farah w Marah" children's program tomorrow, Thursday, at the Ibrahim al-Khalil Society in the neighbourhood.

He pointed out that the colonist’s car slammed into the cart he was pushing in the neighbourhood, only inflicting wounds in his foot and causing damage to the cart, while the children managed to escape from the attempted attack.

The Palestinian neighbourhood is located in the Israeli-controlled area of the old town, known as H2, where several hundred extremist Jewish settlers are based. Israel heavily restricts the movement and activity of Palestinians in the H2 area while allowing the settlers free movement and access.

The city of Hebron, which houses the Ibrahimi Mosque, is home to roughly 160,000 Palestinian Muslims and about 800 notoriously aggressive Israeli settlers who live in compounds heavily guarded by Israeli troops.

Israel has expelled the only international monitors protecting Hebron’s Palestinians from 800 heavily guarded settlers, one of whom committed the 1994 massacre that triggered their deployment.

Israeli forces erect checkpoint at entrance of northern West Bank village

QALQILYA, November 6, 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces Wednesday erected a checkpoint at the entrance of the an-Nabi Elyas village, east of the occupied West Bank city of Qalqilya, according to local sources.

They said that the occupation soldiers set up a checkpoint at the entrance of the village, stopping Palestinian-licensed vehicles and inspecting passengers’ ID cards.

Israel severely restricts Palestinians’ freedom of movement through a complex combination of over 100 fixed checkpoints, flying checkpoints, settler-only roads and various other physical obstructions.

Closures besides other measures, taken under the guise of security, are intended to entrench Israel’s 57-year-old military occupation of the West Bank and its settler colonial project which it enforces with routine and frequently deadly violence against Palestinians.

The IOAR escalates its demolition operations in the holy city of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)

Wednesday 6-November-2024

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC)

The Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Palestinian Governorate said that the Israeli occupation apartheid regime (IOAR) escalated its demolition and bulldozing operations in the holy city as part of a Judaization campaign aimed at emptying the city’s neighborhoods of their residents.

In a statement, Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Governorate pointed out that the IOF demolished on Tuesday several Palestinian homes, displaced their residents, bulldozed walls and roads, and uprooted trees in Al-Bustan neighborhood in Silwan district, south of the Aqsa Mosque.

The Governorate warned that Israel’s demolition and Judaization campaigns in Jerusalem are aimed at imposing a new fait accompli in the city that threatens the existence and stability of the native residents.

The Governorate accused the Israeli occupation regime of exploiting the international preoccupation with the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip to carry out its Judaization schemes in Jerusalem and around the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Governorate appealed to the international community and its human rights organizations to take urgent action to stop Israel’s crimes against the Madisi (Jerusalemite) people and protect their historical and humanitarian rights.

According to the Governorate, the Israeli occupation authority has demolished about 360 Palestinian homes and structures since October 7, 2023 in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem).

ICC chief prosecutor, Karim Khan, urges timely action on war crimes in Gaza, particularly arrest warrants against Netanyahu and other Israeli war criminals

Tuesday 5-November-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) defended his pursuit of arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and others, emphasizing the need for timely action in investigating war crimes in Gaza.

“Should I wait until everybody’s dead?” Karim Khan said in an interview with German weekly Der Spiegel, dismissing claims of hasty decision-making regarding arrest warrants for Israeli politicians and three Hamas leaders.

“If your father, your mother, your grandfather was a hostage, would you really want me to wait? If this was your child or your sister blown to bits, would you want me to wait?” he said, stressing the importance of immediate legal intervention in ongoing conflicts.

“We shouldn’t indulge ourselves into thinking that the suffering of people is something to comment on in the future. The law must be felt in real time. If you are a firefighter, you don’t wait until the house is burned down and the neighborhood is in flames,” he said.

The ICC, established in 2002, investigates and prosecutes individuals for international crimes such as genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.

In May, Khan issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and his war minister Yoav Gallant following a months-long investigation into war crimes and crimes against humanity during the Gaza genocide.

Francesca Albanese: Don not call it war, it is a genocide

Wednesday 6-November-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian Territory occupied since 1967, Francesca Albanese, said on Tuesday “what’s happening in Gaza of systematic starvation and deliberate destruction is not a war, but a genocide.”

Albanese shared a UN report on her X account stating that last month Israel allowed only 30 aid trucks per day to enter the Gaza Strip.

She pointed out that “there are many ways in which Israel is destroying the Palestinians in Gaza. Creating unsustainable and inhumane conditions of life is the most complex and cruel.”

“Don’t call it war. It’s genocide. The intent to destroy is evident. the complicity of other states is unequivocal,” Albanese said.

On Monday, the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, said that Israel had reduced the number of aid trucks allowed into the Gaza Strip to only 30 trucks per day during last October.

UNICEF: Thousands in northern Gaza denied polio vaccination

Wednesday 6-November-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The spokesman for the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Kadthim Abu Khalaf, confirmed that thousands of children in northern Gaza have been deprived of their right to be vaccinated against polio due to the Israeli siege and ongoing aggression in the area.

Abu Khalaf warned about the dangers of abandoning the northern Gaza Strip’s polio vaccination campaign.

He pointed out that the second phase is now suspended in Gaza City and North Gaza governorates due to the Israeli military operations that have escalated early October (2024), “so we decided to postpone it despite the seriousness of the decision.”

More than 105,000 children were denied the second stage of the “polio” dose, Abu Khalaf explained, adding that “the postponement means increasing the time interval between the first and second rounds of vaccination, and this would affect the expected benefit of completing the vaccination in two rounds.”

Given the devastation of the health and medical sector and the spread of diseases, the UNICEF spokesperson stated that “we are racing against time to address the matter and limit the spread of this virus.”

He further said that “the Israeli occupation’s targeting campaign of UNRWA adds to the complexity of the Gaza scene and casts a dark shadow over the entire humanitarian response effort.”

More than a million people rely on UNRWA’s services, he explained.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
