While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

PPS praises United Nations’ condemnation of Israeli's judicial system

RAMALLAH, Thursday, July 4 2024 (WAFA) –

Director-General of the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) Abdullah al-Zaghari said that the United Nations’ approval and condemnation of the occupation court system is an important step.

Al-Zaghari added in a statement that the occupation's judicial system, which the occupying state used as a legal cover for its crimes, including the military courts, that has been completely exposed in light of the ongoing genocide waged against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

Al-Zaghari pointed to the issue of administrative detainees as an example and how the occupation’s military court system contributed to its escalation in an unprecedented manner since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Strip.

Al-Zaghari also pointed out to the serious violations committed in trials against children, with the complete absence of the minimum conditions and guarantees for a fair trial stipulated by international standards.

He called for the need to make more efforts at the international human rights level in order to stop the ongoing and comprehensive aggression against the Palestinian people, along with the issue of detainees held inside Israeli jails and camps.

"The world today must realize that the danger of the continuation of the occupation and its crimes does not only affect the Palestinians, but also affects human society," added Al-Zaghari.

Nasir Medical Complex is within hours of losing power as fuel embargo continues, says medical sources in Gaza

GAZA, Thursday, July 4 2024 (WAFA) –

Medical sources warned that the electricity generators at the Nasir Medical Complex in the city of Khan Younus would stop during the next few hours.

The sources reported that the Complex is the only remaining main hospital that provides service to patients after the Gaza European Hospital went out of service in the Khan Younus and Rafa'h governorates, as a result of the lack of necessary fuel.

The sources said that work has been suspended in some departments within the Nasser Medical Complex.

They appealed to all concerned, international and humanitarian institutions to intervene and quickly provide the fuel necessary to operate the generators.

It is noteworthy that only 15 out of 36 hospitals in the Gaza Strip are operating, and all of them are partially functioning, and are facing a severe shortage of workers and medical supplies, including anesthesia and antibiotics.

About 500 health sector staff were killed, hundreds were injured, the Israeli occupation forces detained more than 310 others, and the occupation forces destroyed 130 ambulances during their ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip for 9 months.

The World Health Organization warns that the volume of medical supplies entering Gaza is insufficient to sustain the health response and that all medical evacuations outside Gaza remain halted.

China calls for not weaponizing hunger in Gaza, calls on the US administration to pressure Israel to remove obstacles preventing the delivery of aid to the Palestinian population

Thursday 4-July-2024

BEIJING, (PIC)

China has called for not using starvation as a weapon and refraining from politicizing humanitarian issues in the war-torn Gaza Strip, calling on the US administration to pressure Israel to remove obstacles preventing the delivery of aid to the population.

Reiterating that “hunger cannot be weaponized and humanitarian issues cannot be politicized,” China’s permanent representative to the UN Fu Cong said in a recent Security Council briefing that the man-made exacerbation of the humanitarian disaster in Gaza is “unacceptable.”

Fu warned that tragic scenes on the ground in Gaza are “just the tip of the iceberg of the humanitarian catastrophe.”

Fu called on Israel to fulfill its obligations under international humanitarian law and heed the international community’s call to ensure the rapid and safe entry of humanitarian supplies into Gaza.

Fu underlined that the severe humanitarian crisis in Gaza was exacerbated by extreme shortages of essential supplies and dire health conditions.

Fu noted that “millions of people are struggling with hunger, disease, pain, and despair,” describing the situation as a “man-made humanitarian disaster and a serious breach of international law.”

Fu pointed out that Gaza has been under tight blockade for nine months, with over two million people living in an “open-air prison” without adequate access to water, electricity, food, medication, and fuel.

He criticized the Israeli army’s closure of the Rafah border crossing, which has left thousands of trucks loaded with humanitarian supplies waiting in long lines.

“The existing crossing points are far from being able to meet the demand for humanitarian aid,” Fu said, emphasizing that land transport routes are key to expanding humanitarian access.

Fu also addressed the obstruction of humanitarian supplies and the challenges faced by humanitarian workers, who encounter unreasonable difficulties and accusations.

He condemned the repeated Israeli attacks on facilities of humanitarian agencies, and noted that over 200 humanitarian workers had been killed in the war on Gaza, calling this “unprecedented in history and shocking.”

Fu called on Israel to ensure the “rapid and safe entry of humanitarian supplies at a large scale into Gaza,” and to cooperate fully with the UN and other humanitarian organizations.

Fu also urged the concerned parties to work harder to remove obstacles to the large-scale entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza.

Fu emphasized that the fundamental way to alleviate the humanitarian disaster is through a lasting ceasefire and the early restart of negotiations for the two-state solution.

He called on the international community to continue efforts towards the achievement of this end and to support the council in this regard.

Gaza’s health ministry calls for urgently providing Nasir Hospital with fuel

Thursday 4-July-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Gaza’s ministry of health warned on Thursday that in a few hours, the power generators at the Nasir Hospital in Khan Younus, southern Gaza, will stop working due to the lack of fuel.

The Nasir Hospital is the only remaining main hospital that provides patients with medical services in Khan Younus and Rafa'h after the Gaza European Hospital stopped working on Monday following Israeli evacuation orders, the ministry said.

The ministry appealed to all international and humanitarian institutions to intervene urgently to provide it with the fuel supplies needed to operate the generators.

In a related context, the Government Media Office (PGMO) warned that the Nasir Hospital would face a humanitarian tragedy after its fuel supplies ran out.

In a statement on Thursday, PGMO held the Israeli occupation regime, the US administration and all relevant parties fully responsible for any disaster that may occur at any moment at the Nasir Hospital, affirming that many patients, especially those receiving intensive care, could die if the hospital’s electric generators stopped working.

PGMO called on the international community and its organizations to urgently supply Gaza’s hospitals, especially the Nasir Hospital, with their fuel needs to save thousands of lives.

UNRWA: Huge mounds of rotting trash pile up around displacement tents

Thursday 4-July-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Due to the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, which stopped the municipal services, mounds of trash rotting in the heat are piling up close to where displaced people are sheltering in Gaza, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said.

UNRWA spokeswoman Louise Wateridge said that a pile of waste weighing an estimated 100,000 tons was building up near people’s tents in central Gaza.

“It’s among the population, and it’s building up without anywhere to go. It just keeps getting worse. And with the temperatures rising, it’s really adding misery to the living conditions here,” she added.

Israel has refused repeated requests to allow UNRWA to empty the main landfill sites, she said, meaning temporary ones are emerging.

Even if permission is granted, Wateridge said, UNRWA’s humanitarian missions, such as trash collection, have all but halted due to Israeli refusals to allow fuel imports.
