7 Palestinians Killed, Scores Injured, Scores Abducted by Israeli Occupation Soldiers

April 6, 2022

Editor's Note:

While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of David, Solomon, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

The following news stories are just examples of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

On Saturday, Israeli occupation soldiers abducted eight Palestinians from Jerusalem, Tulkarem, and Jenin in the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said the soldiers assaulted five young men in Bab al-Amoud, in occupied Jerusalem, before abducting them.

They added that the soldiers assaulted the Palestinians when thousands started leaving the Al-Aqsa Mosque after performing evening prayers.

It is worth mentioning that the soldiers and the police closed the road leading to the Sahera Gate and Bab al-Amoud.

The Israeli occupation soldiers also installed a fence in Bab al-Amoud to prevent the Palestinians from gathering there and sitting in the stairs area, especially in the evening and early night.

Israeli Occupation Soldiers Assassinate Three Palestinians Near Jenin

 IMEMC, APR 2, 2022

Undercover Israeli occupation soldiers assassinated, three Palestinians at the Arraba junction, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, early Saturday at dawn.

Updated: The three assassinated Palestinians have been officially identified as:

Sa’eb Abahra, 30, from the al-Yamoun town, west of Jenin. Khalil Tawalba, 24, from Jenin refugee camp in Jenin city. Saif Abu Libda, 25, from Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarem.

The Israeli army and internal security said they have no intention to transfer their corpses to their families for burial.

The soldiers also towed the car driven by the three slain Palestinians.

In a statement, the Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad, said the three Palestinians were members of the group.

“As we mourn our fighters who were assassinated in a cowardice Israeli assassination, we vow to continue the struggle until liberation,” the Brigades said, “We vow to our people to continue our legitimate duty, to continue resisting the Zionist enemy. Our people never surrender and will continue the struggle for the liberation of Jerusalem and Palestine.”

In a statement condemning the assassination, the Hamas movement said: “The ongoing killing of our people in the West Bank will not grant Israel peace or stability and will not grant it legitimacy for its illegal occupation of our land. On the contrary, these attacks will only grant our people more power, determination, and unity in resisting the occupier everywhere.”

The Palestinian TV said the undercover soldiers fired a barrage of live ammunition at a Palestinian car, killing the three young men and wounding several others.

The undercover Israeli soldiers surrounded the Palestinian car before opening fire at it, clearly indicating that the soldiers weren’t there to arrest anybody but to assassinate them.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said its medics could not approach the three young men for more than two hours and added that a fourth Palestinian was injured, especially since the soldiers declared the area a closed military zone.

The soldiers also fired many gas bombs and concussion grenades at the Palestinians who tried to enter the area.

The soldiers told the PRCS medics to bring body bags to take the corpses of the three Palestinians, but the move was a ploy because that is when the soldiers put the bodies in an Israeli ambulance and drove away.

The Palestinian medics were never allowed to approach the three Palestinians and therefore could not administer any first aid that could have saved their lives.

Palestinian Health Minister Dr. Mai Al-Kaila called on immediate intervention by the International Community to help the Palestinians, to end the ongoing Israeli violations of basic rights and International Humanitarian Law, and hold the occupation government accountable for these crimes.

Israeli Ynet News said one soldier was slightly injured during the firefight and was airlifted by helicopter to Rambam hospital in Haifa.

Ynet added that the invasion started overnight Thursday, continued throughout the morning hours, and said the invasion is part of what it called “wider operations involving hundreds of troops in the northern West Bank,” aimed at arresting Palestinians suspected of planning attacks and those suspected of aiding the deadly Tuesday shootings in Bnei Brak, in Tel Aviv.

An illegal paramilitary Israeli settler fatally shot Thursday a Palestinian man who reportedly stabbed another colonizer at a bus stop near the illegal colony of Efrat, built on stolen Palestinian lands, south of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian District Coordination Office informed the Palestinian Health Ministry that the slain man was officially identified as Nidal Jom’a Ja’afra, 30, from Tarqoumia town, west of Hebron.

The soldiers refused to allow Palestinian medics into the area and took his corpse to an unknown location.

The Israeli occupation army claimed the Palestinian was killed after he stabbed and injured a 30-year-old settler.

It added that another paramilitary settler fatally shot the Palestinian after the alleged stabbing incident.

According to medical sources, the wounded Israeli, 28, was rushed to the emergency unit at the Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem and will undergo surgery. His condition has been described as serious but stable.

Also, the Israeli army closed the main road between Bethlehem and Hebron, isolated the entire area, and forced all Palestinian vehicles to leave.

In Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank, the soldiers invaded the Bab az-Zawiya area in the city’s center, leading to protests, before firing a barrage of gas bombs and concussion grenades at the Palestinians, causing dozens of injuries. Israeli Occupation Soldiers Injure Seventy Palestinians In Beita And Beit Dajan

 IMEMC, APR 1, 2022

Israeli occupation soldiers injured, Friday, dozens of Palestinians during the weekly procession in Beita and Beit Dajan, south and east of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.

Update: The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said the soldiers injured seventy Palestinians in Beita and Beit Dajan.

The PRCS added that two of the wounded were shot with rubber-coated steel bullets, and one journalist was shot with a concussion grenade.

The Palestinians marched on their land, holding the weekly procession, and marking Palestinian Land Day before the soldiers started firing gas bombs, concussion grenades, and rubber-coated steel bullets at them.

Ahmad Jibril, the head of the Emergency Department at the Nablus office of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS), said the soldiers shot two Palestinians with rubber-coated steel bullets and caused 52 to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation in Beita.

He added that the soldiers also shot a Palestine TV correspondent with a concussion grenade and caused fifteen to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation in Beit Dajan.

The Palestinians have been holding ongoing processions on their lands in Sbeih Mountain since May of last year after a group of illegal Israeli colonizers installed an outpost atop the mountain. During these protests, the soldiers injured thousands of Palestinians and killed several others, including children.

The Mountain, owned by the Palestinians, has significant strategic importance, especially since if it is occupied by the colonizers the colony would lead to the annexation of 20 Dunams of Palestinian lands, and would also lead to the isolation of a large area of Palestinian lands.

The Day of the Land began as an annual commemoration of the massive uprising of Palestinians in occupied Palestine ’48 against Zionist land confiscation in 1976, targeting 20,000 dunums of Palestinian land in Galilee.

The Palestinians of ’48 — Palestinian citizens of the Israeli settler-colonial apartheid regime, survivors of the Nakba who remained on their land even as 80% of their fellow Palestinians were expelled — rose up en masse to confront ongoing land confiscation and settlement. They launched large-scale protests and a general strike, and on 30 March 1976, six Palestinians were shot dead by the occupation forces as they resisted the expropriation of their land. Read More – Samidoun
