3 Palestinian Children Killed, Scores Injured and Abducted, Imam of Al-Aqsa Mosque Is Forced Out by Illegal Israeli Occpation Forces

January 27, 2020

Editor's Note:

While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of David, Solomon, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

The following news stories are just examples of the Israeli occupation government violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Human Rights Commission Calls Killing of Three Palestinian Teens a War Crime

January 25, 2020 8:08 PM IMEMC & Agencies

Palestinian human rights activist accused the Israeli occupation apartheid soldiers of executing three Palestinian children east of the Gaza Strip, on Tuesday evening, in cold blood, calling it a war crime, Alray reported.

The head of the International Commission for the Support of the Rights of the Palestinian People “Hashd”, Salah Abdel-Ati, said that Israeli soldiers deployed along the security fence east of the Gaza Strip committed a war crime against the three Palestinian children, and continue to hold their bodies, under the pretext the youths were trying to infiltrate the border.

Abdel-Ati said that Israeli occupation soldiers surrounded the area as soon as they observed three children close to the border fence, and despite the fact that the children complied with the soldiers’ orders, they were all shot dead.

He considered the execution of three children in their teens, to be clear evidence of Israel’s disregard for the provisions of international humanitarian law, in particular the provisions of the Fourth Geneva Convention which affirms the Rule 14. Proportionality in Attack: “Launching an attack which may be expected to cause incidental loss of civilian life, injury to civilians, damage to civilian objects, or a combination thereof, which would be excessive in relation to the concrete and direct military advantage anticipated, is prohibited.”

Abdel-Ati said that the reaction, or lack thereof, of the international community and its institutions to this crime, will give the Israeli occupation a green light to continue to commit more crimes.

He called on the international community and its institutions to exert political, diplomatic and legal pressure on Israel to stop targeting Palestinian civilians, especially children.

He called on the High Contracting Parties to the Geneva Conventions, to work hard to provide protection to the Palestinians in the occupied territories, stressing the necessity of exposing Israeli crimes, and holding the Israeli occupation accountable.

Morad Eshteiwi, the coordinator of the Popular Committee against the Annexation Wall and Colonies in Kufur Qaddoum, said the soldiers surrounded the village and fired a barrage of gas bombs at the protesters and several surrounding homes.

Sheikh Sabri Again Expelled from Al-Aqsa Mosque

Illegal Israeli occupation forces, on Saturday, served Sheikh Ikrima Sabri’ with an order of expulsion, from Al-Aqsa Mosque, for four months, after raiding his home. Eyewitness added that the order required him to appear for interrogation on Sunday.

The Turkish Foreign Ministry condemned the order, considering it the most recent example of the policy of oppression, injustice, and intimidation practiced by Israel towards Palestine.

Spokesperson for the Turkish foreign ministry, Hamee Aqsawee, said that this step is but a part of long-term Israeli plans to change the legal status of Jerusalem, noting the continued arrest of Palestinian Minister of Jerusalem Affairs, Fadi Al-Hudmi, for three times in 7 months. He stressed that such fascist practices, which cannot be seen even in dictatorial regimes, clearly show the true face of the Israeli government.

Illegal Israeli Occupation Apartheid Regime Bans the Imam of the Al-Aqsa Mosque for Four Months

January 25, 2020 4:07 AM IMEMC & Agencies

On Saturday at 2:00 am, illegal Israeli occupation soldiers hammered on the door of the head of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, the third-holiest site in Islam, while he was sleeping. When he woke, the troops handed him a notice that he would be banned from entering the mosque that he heads for a period of four months.

The ban comes after Sheikh Ekrema Sabri went to the mosque for Friday prayers on the shoulders of his supporters on Friday January 24th, following a two-week ban placed by Israeli authorities on Muslims wishing to pray at their mosque.

Despite the fact that the illegal Israeli occupation apartheid regime has no jurisdiction, and  are supposed to leave the operation and functioning of the Al Aqsa Mosque up to its Islamic leadership, according to signed agreements, Israeli authorities have taken it upon themselves to decide who can and can’t pray at the mosque.

Sheikh Sabri stated, upon receiving the order banning him from the Mosque that he runs for four months, “These are reprisal actions aimed at suppressing speech. Israeli authorities do not want to allow anyone to speak publicly against their actions in the blessed Al-Aqsa, as they attempt to take over Al-Aqsa.”
