          Syrian regime warplanes commit a new massacre in 
		al- Zaweyi Mountain, clashes renew in al- Qalamoan, regime helicopters 
		target south of Damascus May 30, 2015    
		      Syrian regime warplanes commit a new massacre in al- Zaweyi

		   Idlib Province:    14 civilians, including 2 children at least, died in airstrike on the 
		village of Balyoun in al- Zaweyi Maountain. The death toll is expected 
		to rise because there are people in critical situation.
 The 
		number of members of the regime forces who were executed by fighters of 
		Islamic factions during their attempt to escape from the city of Ariha 
		has risen to 20 at least.
   After their heavy casualties, the regime forces requests 
		their supporters to join “the brigade of Dere’ al- Sahel”   May 30, 2015    Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) -- 
 The regime 
		forces work on recruiting more members in their ranks after the heavy 
		casualties in the past months since the beginning of this year, where 
		leaflets have been published in the Syrian coastal areas calling the 
		people to join “the brigade of Dere’ al- Sahel” in order to protect 
		their areas. This campaign launched because there are 70000 cases in 
		which people defaulted to join the mandatory military service and backup 
		military service too in the provinces of Lattakia, Tartous,
  Damascus, Aleppo, al- Suwaydaam, Daraa, Hama and Hom. The 
		leaflets published by the regime forces focus on regularizing the 
		conditions of those who have not enrolled in the mandatory service or 
		those who are wanted for the backup forces. The leaflets also focus on 
		providing the volunteers salaries reaching to 40000 SP.
 The 
		Syrian provinces have witnessed the death of 7338 members of the regime 
		forces and allied militiamen in the clashes with IS, Jabhat al- Nusra, 
		the rebel and Islamist factions.
 
 The death toll distributes as 
		follows:
 
 3836 members and officers on the regime forces.
 
 2874 members of NDF, al- Baath Battalions and the people’s committee.
 
 111 militiamen of Hezbollah.
 
 617 pro- regime fighters of 
		Shia sect of Arab, Asian and Iranian nationals, al- Quds al- Filastini 
		Brigade and allied militiamen of Arab nationals.
 
 Clashes renew in al- Qalamoan, and the helicopters target 
		south of Damascus   May 30, 2015    Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) --    Damascus Province:    The helicopters dropped barrel bombs on places in the neighborhood of 
		al- Hajar al- Aswad in south of Damascus with no information about 
		casualties.
 The regime forces have arrested 4 students, their 
		teacher and her child on a checkpoint in the town of Sahem al- Golan in 
		south of Damascus and dragged them to unknown place.
 
 Areas in 
		the neighborhood of Jobar were shelled by the regime forces with no 
		information about casualties.
 
 RiF Dimashq Province:
   The regime forces targeted areas in Sahel Madaya causing material 
		damages and information about death of 3 civilians while others were 
		wounded.
 The clashes between Hezbollah, backed by the regime 
		forces and NDF, against the Nusra Front, rebel and Islamic battalions 
		renewed in Jrud al- Qalamoun (the barren rocky mountain of al- Qalamoan), 
		amid shelling by the regime forces on clashes’ area.
 
 YPG advances towards the administrative boundary with al- 
		Raqqa, while more civilians killed in al- Hasakah May 30, 2015    Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) --    Al- Hasakah Province:    The clashes between YPG and IS are still taking place near the 
		administrative boundary with the province of al- Hasakah, amid 
		advancement for YPG and taking control over 3 new villages in the area.
 IS targeted the regime forces in the town of Tal Brak located in 
		north of al- Hasakah, information reported casualties.
 
 The 
		helicopters dropped barrel bombs on places near al- Arisha area in the 
		countryside of al- Hasakah.
 
 5 civilians at least died due to 
		aerial bombardment on al- Shaddadi area in south of al- Hasakah. The 
		death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical 
		situation. In addition to, 3 civilians died due to fall of shells on 
		places in the city of al- Hasakah.
     A shell land on the capital, and the regime forces target the 
		countryside of al- Qunaytira     May 30, 2015    Al-  Qunaytira province:    The regime forces opened fire and shelled places in the town of Ob 
		Batinah, Ofanya, Jbata al- Khashab, Taranja and al- Hamidiyyah as well 
		as village of the Western Samadaniyyah in the mid- sector of the 
		countryside of al- Qunaytira.
 Damascus Province:
   A shell landed around al- Abbasiyyin with no information about 
		casualties.
