Illegal Israeli Jewish settlers spray racist graffiti, insults to Prophet Muhammed

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)--

Illegal Israeli Jewish fanatics sprayed racist slurs on the walls of a workshop in Petah Tikva, east of Tel Aviv, on Sunday reading “Death to Arabs”.

Israeli police said that the incident was part of the Price Tag attacks, adding that an insult to Prophet Mohammed was also sprayed on the same walls.

It claimed that investigations were underway but no suspects were arrested.

In another incident, Jewish settlers desecrated Nabi Younus mosque in Halhoul town, north of al-Khalil, at dawn Sunday.

An eyewitness, Mohammed Zamara, told the PIC that dozens of Jewish settlers, under Israeli occupation army protection, stormed the town and performed Talmudic rituals in the mosque’s yards.

He pointed out that this was not the first time that settlers desecrated the sanctity of the mosque.

Illegal Israeli Jewish settlers ravage cultivated land in Beit Ummar town

Al-KHALIL, (PIC)--

A group of illegal fanatic Israeli Jewish settlers on Sunday sabotaged dozens of grapevines and olive trees in a field belonging to a Palestinian farmer in Beit Ummar town to the north of Al-Khalil city.

Farmer Hammad Asleibi was shocked when he saw Jewish settlers destroying dozens of his fruitful trees on his own land, which is located a few meters away from Bat Ayin settlement to the north of Al-Khalil.

When Asleibi rushed to his land to check the damage, the settlers hurled stones at him, according to the popular committee against the segregation wall and settlement activities in Beit Ummar town.

The same piece of land had been exposed before to similar attacks by Jewish settlers.

More than 300 of its trees were ruined in previous incidents.

IOF kidnaps six Palestinians, storms different West Bank areas

WEST BANK, (PIC)--

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Sunday morning kidnapped six Palestinians and invaded different West Bank areas.

According to the Palestinian information center (PIC) reporter in the West Bank, the IOF detained four Palestinian young men during their presence near Jalama military checkpoint to the north of Jenin city.    Local sources reported that the four youths are from Jenin refugee camp and were taken to an interrogation center in a military post to the north of the city.

Israeli military patrols also stormed today morning Meithalun town to the south of Jenin, which triggered violent clashes between Palestinian young men and the invading troops. 

Two other Palestinian young men were taken prisoners during an Israeli military campaign in Beit Ummar town to the north of Al-Khalil city.

Local sources told the PIC reporter that Israeli soldiers kidnapped Yousuf Akhmis and Yousuf Akhlil as they were en route to their workplace in occupied Jerusalem.

Moreover, the IOF set up a makeshift checkpoint near the main entrance to Beit Ummar town and embarked on searching passing cars and checking the IDs of passersby.

In a separate incident, Palestinian young men carried out a firebomb attack on an Israeli military watchtower to the southwest of Nablus city, specifically on the road leading to Yitzhar settlement.

Eyewitnesses told the PIC that the tower and two military tents caught fire during the attack before an Israeli military unit rushed to the scene with a fire truck and extinguished the flames.

In Nablus city, a large number of Israeli troops stormed Hawara town and deployed themselves in Sawabni and Ibn Sina College neighborhoods.

The invading troops also placed a barrier outside a Palestinian home in the town during the campaign.

Another Israeli military unit reportedly intensified its presence at dawn today in Azzun town to the east of Qalqiliya city.

Citizens suffer breathing problems during IOF raid on Salfit

SALFIT, (PIC)--

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) raided the city of Salfit, north of the West Bank, on Sunday morning.

Local sources said that young men threw stones and empty bottles at the invading forces, who fired teargas and rubber bullets to disperse them causing many cases of suffocation and dizziness among inhabitants.

They said that IOF patrols roamed the streets of Salfit and detained a number of young men for field interrogation but no arrests were reported.

Israeli gunboats open fire at Palestinian fishermen, IOF raids southern Gaza

GAZA, (PIC)--

Israeli navy gunboats opened heavy machinegun fire at Palestinian fishing boats off the coast of southern Gaza Strip on Sunday night.

Nizar Ayyash, the chairman of the fishermen syndicate, said that the incident took place off Rafah coast, adding that no casualties were suffered.

Israeli gunboats routinely open fire at Palestinian fishermen in the event they crossed the six nautical miles radius allowed for their fishing, which killed a number of them and wounded others.

At approximately the same time Israeli occupation forces (IOF) raided southern Gaza on Sunday night.

A field observer said that IOF soldiers advanced into north eastern Khan Younis amidst heavy over flights of warplanes.

He said that the soldiers were shooting at two Palestinians who tried to infiltrate the Gaza border fence into 1948 occupied Palestinian land.
