Israel steals the Palestinian history to create a fake one for itself

GAZA, (PIC)--

Hamas lawmaker Huda Naim stated Saturday that the Israeli occupation government is still persistent in stealing the Palestinian people’s history, Judaizing their holy sites and displacing them in an attempt to create a fake history for itself on the land of Palestine.

Naim made her remarks in a video conferencing meeting between officials and politicians from Gaza and Italy on the 62nd anniversary of the Palestinian Nakba (catastrophe).

She expressed rejection of attempts to dwarf the Palestinian cause, especially the issue of refugees and turn it into a purely relief issue and stressed the right of the Palestinian people to freedom, self-determination and an independent state.

The lawmaker also held the international community responsible for Israel’s persistence in committing war crimes against the Palestinian people, saying that the European countries have all means to pressure Israel to stop its violations.
