20 Pakistanis Killed in Army Air Strikes in Orakzai The Daily Times, Pakistan, Thursday, July 01, 2010 20 Taliban killed in Orakzai HANGU: Fighter jets on Wednesday pounded Taliban hideouts in various areas of Upper Orakzai Agency, killing 20 Taliban and injuring another 15, security sources said. Sources said the fighter jets pounded Taliban hideouts at Khadizai, Mamozai, Sawarkot and Molapati areas of Upper Orakzai, killing 20 of them. Samiullah Khan, deputy administrator in Orakzai, told AP that the aerial bombing on Wednesday destroyed six Taliban hideouts in the area. Khan said field informants confirmed the killing of 20 Taliban. Meanwhile, security forces arrested a key militant commander from a house in Jalala area of Takht Bhai on Wednesday, sources said. According to the details, the forces received a tip-off about the presence of a key militant commander from Swat in a house in Jalala.
