Arab geologists warn of Al-Aqsa collapse due to IOA practices [ 21/01/2010 - 12:26 PM ] AMMAN, (PIC)-- The union of Arab geologists has warned of the collapse of Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem due to natural or supernatural causes, citing the recent cave-ins of land in Silwan suburb, which is only 300 meters away from the holy site. The union in a statement in Amman on Wednesday said that the Israeli excavations under the foundations of the Aqsa Mosque primarily targets demolishing the Mosque without taking any moral or legal responsibility. The chairman of the union Bahjat Odwan said that the ceaseless diggings had weakened the Mosque's foundations, adding that the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) was inducing artificial nuclear blasts in the Negev desert leading to earthquakes that would appear natural in order to destroy Al-Aqsa and to evade responsibility. Odwan asked all honorable people of the world to stand united in the face of the Zionist forces of evil that does not harbor peace and goodwill for the region and humanity at large.
