The Ministry identified the four as Salim Al No’man, Awwad Al Saeedy, Awad Al Saeedy, Mohammad Al Qarm, Raed Al Asshy and Talal Abu Kharboush.

The Ministry held Israel responsible for the lives of the fishermen and called on the Red Cross and different human rights groups to intervene and ensure the release of the detained fishermen and boats.

In related news, Israeli Navy ships opened fire at several Palestinian fishing boats in Palestinian waters in Rafah, Khan Younis, Al Nuseirat, and Dir Al Balah. Damage was reported, no injuries.
