Israelis Carry Out Terrorist Air Raids Near Egyptian-Palestinian Borders in Rafah Israel carries out air raids near Egyptian-Palestinian borders in Rafah [12/03/2009 - 11:46 AM ] GAZA, (PIC)-- Two Israeli terrorist forces air raids were carried out at dawn Thursday on the Egyptian-Palestinian borders near the Yibna refugee camp, south of Rafah, without any reported casualties. Palestinian security sources told the PIC reporter that Israeli warplanes bombed the area of Al-Abd Jabr causing material damage to several Palestinian homes in the area. In the West Bank, the IOF troops at an early hour Thursday stormed different parts of Jenin city and patrolled the invaded areas. Several Israeli military vehicles invaded the Anin village adjacent to the apartheid wall, west of Jenin, and searched the area located along the wall using flash grenades. In the Arraba town, south of Jenin, Palestinian eyewitnesses reported that dozens of IOF troops reinforced by Apache helicopters carried out all night military drills and airdrops in a deserted military camp called Mapou Dotan and some of them were deployed in the Arraba valley Israeli military vehicles also invaded the Yabad village located on the road to Mpou Dotan post and roamed its streets without any reported arrests. In another context, the IOF troops kidnapped Thursday morning seven Palestinian young men from the Til village, west of Nablus. Local sources said that a large number of IOF troops reinforced by more than 13 military vehicles stormed the village breaking into and ransacking many Palestinian houses. The IOF troops at the Shavei Shomron checkpoint located between Nablus and Jenin kidnapped a 25-year-old Palestinian young man called Mahmoud Zaydan during his travel back to Jenin. The troops detained him and other passengers who were in a taxi before allowing them to resume their travel without Zaydan.
