The Israeli occupation forces kidnaps four civilians during invasions in the West Bank

The Israeli occupation forces kidnapped on Sunday morning four Palestinian civilians during invasions targeting West Bank communities.

Local sources said that Israeli troops searched and ransacked homes in Al-Jalazon refugee camp near the central West Bank city of Ramallah as well as Nablus city, northern West Bank.

The Israeli military radio said that troops kidnapped them men and took them to detention camps for questioning.

Illegal Israeli settlers take over a Palestinian owned house in East Jerusalem, police kidnaps 12 people

A group of illegal Israeli settlers attacked and took over on Sunday afternoon a Palestinian owned house in East Jerusalem, while police provided them with protection and kidnapped 12 activists who tried to stop the attack.

The group of settlers arrived at the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheik Jarrah eescorted by Israeli troops, the residents told media.

When home owners and their international supporters tried to stop them, soldiers attacked the residents, witnesses added.

As residents managed to move settlers off a piece of the land, other settlers occupied a nearby house and police then kidnapped 11 internationals and a Palestinian official, Hateem Abed Al Qader.
Earlier this year the Israeli Jerusalem municipality gave the 28 homes of Sheik Jarrah demolition orders to make way for a new settlement there.

Since Israeli occupied the city of Jerusalem in 1967 it continue to demolish Palestinian home and bulled settlements in and around the city, an act which is illegal according to international law.

Illegal Israeli settlers annex 40 Dunams of Palestinian lands in Nablus

Dozens of armed extremist illegal Israeli settlers, enjoying Israeli army protection, illegally annexed on Friday morning 40 Dunams of Palestinian lands south of Nablus, in the northern part of the West Bank.

Dr. Ghassan Douglas, in charge of settlements file in the northern part of the West Bank said that dozens of settlers, driving vehicles carrying iron and wires, took over Palestinian lands and started fencing them.

Israeli occupation soldiers stationed at the nearby Huwwara military roadblock, did not interfere while the settlers illegally annexed the Palestinian orchards and installed the fence around them. 

Extreme Israeli settlers have stepped up their illegal activities against the Palestinians, and carried repeated attacks against Palestinian farmers and farmlands, in addition to attacking several villages. 

Settler leaders said they would oppose, and if needed use violence, against the Israeli army if the soldiers try to evacuate settlement outposts in the occupied territories, to comply with US demands in this regard.

Israeli occupation soldiers attack the Ni'lin weekly Protest with Chemical water

Israeli occupation soldiers attacked Palestinian villagers along with their international and Israeli peace supporters during the weekly non-violent protest against the wall in Ni'lin village in central West Bank on Friday.

As the villagers marched towards the location of the Israeli wall, Israeli soldiers attacked people by firing tear gas at them.

Later troops used water canon with Chemical to spray the protesters, which caused cases of poisoning, and side effect among the protestors. Others suffered effects of tear gas inhalation.

Israeli soldiers attacked those injured and tried to kidnap them by the village managed to stop the soldiers.

Dozens suffered teargas inhalation during Bil'in Weekly Protest

Scores suffered on Friday effects of tear gas inhalation during the weekly nonviolent protest against the wall in Bil'in village central west Bank.

The villagers were joined by International and Israeli supporters. As is the case each week, the march left the village after the midday prayers and headed towered the wall built on the villagers' lands.

Upon arrival to the gate of the wall, one of the demonstrators threw a football (soccer ball) at the soldiers.

Right away the Israeli occupation soldiers responded by tear gas assault.

This football activity was in response to the recent Israel TV commercial (Cellcome Mobile Phones), in which Israeli soldiers are playing football with a Palestinian football that accidentally flew over the wall.

Organizers referred to this TV commercial as it makes light of the Palestinian situation, shows the Israeli soldiers having fun at the Palestinian expense, ignores and mocks the real suffering, racial discrimination, and poverty the Palestinians on the other side of the wall face on daily basis.

Israeli occupation army kidnaps two Palestinian men from the West Bank

Israeli occupation troops invaded different areas of the West Bank during pre-dawn invasions on Friday, kidnapping two Palestinian men from Nablus and Ramallah.

One of the men was taken from Askar Refugee Camp next to Nablus, and is said to be a member of the Al-Aqsa Brigades, the military wing of Fatah.

Israeli military sources say that the man was on the army’s wanted list for being involved in shooting attacks in the West Bank and for having killed a Palestinian that collaborated with Israel. The military also claimed that the man had recently been engaged in arms trafficking.
