Mikhail Khodorkovsky Denied Parole Russia Today, August 22, 2008, 11:36 A regional court in the Siberian city of Chita has ruled to deny the former CEO of Yukos, Mikhail Khodorkovsky, release on parole. Khodorkovsky’s defence lawyer Vadim Klyuvgant says they are going to appeal against the court’s decision. Khodorkovsky, once Russia's richest man and the former boss of the
