Hamas Government Announces a Coming Explosion to End the US-Israeli Siege of Gaza Strip Mesha'al: The Palestinian people will impose siege breaking on Israel and US [ 13/04/2008 - 08:52 AM ] DAMASCUS, (PIC)-- Khaled Mesha'al, the head of the Hamas political bureau, stated Saturday that the Palestinian people would impose siege breaking on the Israeli occupation and the American administration, and their will on the international and regional community, pointing out that the Palestinian people can no longer be patient with this grievance. In an interview with the Aqsa satellite channel, Mesha'al underlined that that the Arab decisions are not allowed to be implemented because there is Zio-American oversight on these decisions. "Everybody must be convinced that we have spared no effort to break the siege; there is a Zio-American veto, an Arab and Islamic official disability and international weakness, so the explosion is coming if the siege continues," the Hamas leader said. The Hamas leader highlighted that the Palestinian people have the right at this moment to move towards an explosion, but in a way which unites the battle against the Israeli occupation, pointing out that the Palestinian people's only fight is against Israel which is besieging them. The Hamas leader called on the European countries, scientists, and relief and human rights organizations to move immediately to save one and a half million human beings living in the Gaza Strip. Caretaker gov't: The Palestinian people decided to end the Israeli siege [ 12/04/2008 - 05:02 PM ] GAZA, (PIC)-- The caretaker government headed by premier Ismail Haneyya stated Saturday that the Palestinian people decided to end the unjust Israeli siege which became no longer intolerable, highlighting the Palestinian people's right to resist oppression and defend themselves by all means. In a press conference, Taher Al-Nunu underlined that the government showed great flexibility towards the Egyptian efforts in order to open the Rafah crossing and to reach a temporary truce with the Israeli occupation, but parties, unconcerned with ending the siege, want to retain the suffering of the Palestinian people and to perpetuate the internal discord. Nunu added that the government, however, would continue its efforts with Egypt in order to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people in Gaza and to end the unjust siege, urging Egypt to open the Rafah crossing to break the siege. The spokesman highlighted the fraternal relations with Egypt, adding that any possible explosion would be directed against the Israeli occupation because it is the main cause of the siege. The spokesman called on the Arab and Islamic regimes to move swiftly to break the siege on the impoverished Gaza people, urging media outlets to focus more on the Israeli terrorism, aggression and siege taking place in Gaza and the West Bank. In another context, the spokesman renewed his government's call on the PA leadership to adopt a unitary policy on the basis of concern for the higher national interest and to stop its attempts to topple the government through the siege. The spokesman also renewed previous warnings of the dangers of PA chief Mahmoud Abbas's meetings with Israelis to the Palestinian cause which are always followed by massacres against the Palestinian people.
