Israeli Occupation Forces Storm the Village of Azzoun

Israeli occupation forces stormed the Palestinian village of Azzoun, east of Qalqilia while shooting heavy bullets against the village houses.

One of the village residents, Abdul Aziz Abu Haniyah, was injured with a bullet in the head. He was hospitalized.

The Israeli occupation forces besieged a house belonging to the resident Murad Suhail Odwan for two hours before storming it.

Israeli occupation forces stormed the Palestinian towns of El-Bireh and Betonia. The Israeli occupation forces show of force was not warranted and was illegal, as these towns are completely under Palestinian jurisdiction.

Israeli occupation naval forces shelled Al-Sudaniyah neighborhood, west of Beit Hanoun.

Several houses were damaged as a result of the shelling. No reports yet about casualties.

The military wing of the Popular Resistance Committees, the Al-Nasser Salahuddin Brigades claimed responsibility on Thursday morning for launching eight mortar shells at the Kerem Shalom Israeli military base, east of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

In another incident on Thursday morning, Fateh's Al-Aqsa Brigades claimed that they launched a homemade projectile at the western Negev Israeli town of Sderot and two mortar shells at a military post in Kesofim in the southern Gaza Strip.
