4 Palestinians killed, 8 injured, 12 Kidnapped by Israeli occupation forces, Including women and children

4 Palestinian policemen killed, 5 injured in an Israeli raid

Al-Jazeerah TV reported that four Palestinian policemen were killed and five were injured in an Israeli air raid on a police station in Abassan, east of Khan Younis, in Gaza Strip today.

Israeli Artillery Wounds 3 Citizens in Gaza

GAZA, October 30, 2007 (WAFA, Aljazeera TV)-

At least six citizens, including a woman and two children were wounded on Tuesday evening when Israeli artillery shelled a house in north of the Gaza Strip , witnesses said.

They added that a shell fell near a house close to Civil Administration sit in Jabalya town and hit three citizens.

Medical sources reported that the wounded were taken to Kamal Edwan hospital and their injuries were reported to be moderate.

Israeli occupation forces storm Al-Araqa and Qabatia kidnapping nine

Jenin – Ma'an – 

Israeli occupation forces kidnapped on Tuesday morning nine Palestinians from the town of Al-Araqa, west of Jenin on Tuesday morning and stormed homes of wanted Palestinians in Qabatia in southern Jenin district.

Ma'an's reporter said that 15 Israeli military vehicles invaded Al-Araqa and ransacked several homes before kidnapping the nine, who are allegedly 'wanted' by the Israeli authorities.

In a separate incident in Qabatia, 18 Israeli occupation military vehicles stormed homes belonging to Palestinian activists affiliated to the An-Nasser Brigades of the Popular Resistance Committees and the Al-Quds Brigades of the Islamic Jihad.

Eyewitness said the Israeli occupation soldiers handed over letters to the families of the Palestinian activists threatening to assassinate them if they do not surrender to the Israeli authorities.

Israeli occupation forces kidnap Palestinian near Jenin

Jenin – Ma'an – 

Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday kidnapped a Palestinian man in the northern West Bank village of Silat adh Dhahr, south of Jenin, after beating his brother.

The family of Fateh activist Iyhad Rahhal, aged 22, said he was kidnapped by an undercover Israeli unit, which stormed their home. His brother was evacuated to hospital for treatment.

Israeli occupation forces kidnap two Palestinian women in Qalqilia

Qalqilia – Ma'an – 

Israeli occupation forces kidnapped two Palestinian women on Tuesday morning from the city of Qalqilia in the northern West Bank.

One of the women is the mother of a 'wanted' Palestinian man and the other is the mother of two Palestinian detainees currently held in Israeli jails.

Two men were also arrested in the raid.

Bethlehem – Ma'an – 

Israeli occupation forces said on Tuesday that they kidnapped ten Palestinians in different parts of the West Bank on Monday night, claiming they were "wanted" by the Israeli intelligence services.

According to the Israeli announcement, the kidnapping campaign focused on the northern West Bank cities. Two were kidnapped in Jenin, four in Qaalqilia, and three in Nablus, while one Palestinian was arrested in Ramallah in the central West Bank.

IOF troops detain two Palestinian mothers to pressure their sons

QALQILIA, (PIC)--

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained two Palestinian mothers at dawn Tuesday in the West Bank city of Qalqilia to pressure their sons and rounded up two other young men in the city.

The Nafha society defending human and prisoners' rights condemned the IOF arrest of Firdous Al-Samman, the mother of a wanted Palestinian activist, and Kawther Abu Dhiab, the mother of two young men held in Israeli occupation jails for more than six months.

In Arka village, west of Jenin city, IOF soldiers launched a large-scale arrest campaign in the small village after storming it at dawn in 20 armored vehicles.

The troops tightly besieged the 4,000 inhabitants' village for several hours and kidnapped ten of its youths, all in their twenties, before retreating, later in the morning.

The occupation forces on Monday arrested five other citizens in Seelat Al-Harthia village, also in the Jenin district.

In Nablus district, inhabitants of Deir Al-Hatab village were shocked to witness all their olive trees dying after settlers in nearby settlement of Alon Moreh, east of Nablus city, drowned the village's cultivated lands with sewage water.

The villagers said they were not allowed by IOF soldiers to cultivate their olive trees for six years and when they were allowed this year they were shocked to find the sewage waters flooding their fields and destroying the olive trees.
