Cheney to Make 'Attack Iran' Address on November 2nd, on the Balfour Declaration Day

I just received word that Cheney is planning to make a major foreign policy address next month on November 2nd before the Dallas/Fort Worth World Affairs Council (at the Hyatt) and that several key members plan to be out of town as they suspect that Cheney wants to talk up a coming military showdown with Iran:
