Illegal Israeli settlers verbally and physically assault Palestinians in Hebron, burn olive trees in Nablus, attack a house in Salfit Israeli settlers verbally and physically assault Hebron residents, says Israeli TV Date: 15 / 11 / 2007 Time: 09:26 Bethlehem – Ma'an – The Israeli television station Channel 10 on Wednesday evening broadcast scenes of illegal Israeli settlers abusing Palestinian residents in Hebron in the southern West Bank. As they viciously kicked Palestinian children they were heard saying "You bitch, son of a bitch". Israeli police officers and soldiers expressed their exasperation at the settlers' continuing behaviour. Several humanitarian organizations have monitored the settlers assaults on Palestinians in Hebron, and Israeli TV channels have broadcast more than ten reports describing the attacks. The blaze damaged more than fifty trees. Hussain added that the Israeli soldiers prevented the local fire fighting vehicles from reaching the village, and that residents were forced to fight the fire in any way they could. Israeli settlers, from the nearby illegal settlements of Ily Zahav and Badu'el, opened fire at the house of Ismail Abdul Rahman, and animal sheds near his home. Abdul Rahman said that the settlers cased severe damaged to his house and his farm. Israeli occupation soldiers in the area did nothing to bring an end to the attack. Abdul Rahman stated that this was the third time his house has been attacked in the past few months, and called he called upon international and local human rights groups to rescue his family from the constant terror they are exposed to.
