18:00 GATHERING & MARCH FROM RABIN SQUARE

19:00: a protest march from Rabin Square , along Ibn Gvirol St. to Tel Aviv Museum Plaza : The demonstrators will march in six blocks, with a van at the centre of each. Marchers will hold hundreds of photos and placards protesting the settlements, the wall, the checkpoints and roadblocks, the demolition of houses and other oppressive policies and measures.

This week marks the fortieth anniversary of the malignant Israeli occupation of the West Bank , Gaza Strip and Golan. The present suffering and bloodshed in Gaza and Sderot is a consequence of the policy of occupation, killing and settlement. Only the end of that policy and a peace agreement between Israel and Palestine will put an end to the violence, to the suffering of both peoples and to the continuing injustice to which the Palestinian people are subjected.
