Israeli occupation forces invade Qalqas, south of Hebron, kidnap 60 Palestinians, among them, 18 children Date: 28 / 06 / 2007 Time: 17:32 Hebron - Ma'an – At dawn on Thursday, Israeli occupation forces stormed the village of Qalqas, south of Hebron, kidnapping 60 people, taking them to an unknown area. Local sources reported to Ma'an that a large Israeli occupation force kidnapped 18 children, including three high school students. A teacher and two university students were also seized. Most of the abducted citizens were cousins and relatives of one another. In Idhna, to the west of Hebron, Israeli troops kidnapped a further three Palestinian citizens and seized large quantities of copper, belonging to the detainees. Security sources reported to our correspondent that the troops raided houses and kidnapped yet more citizens, and confiscated large quantities of copper. Palestinian sources reported that troops surrounded and searched the house of Abd Al Nasser Salhab. Salhab then was kidnapped by the invading troops and taken to an unknown detention camp. In Deheisha refugee camp in the southern part of Bethlehem, soldiers attacked the house of Yousif Al Mughrabi, 24, and abducted him. Mohamed Za'ul was taken to unknown detention camp when Israeli soldiers attacked and searched his home in Hussan village, west of Bethlehem city.
