The Israeli occupation army carried out a wide kidnapping campaign on Friday at dawn in which many Palestinians from Jenin and Nablus in the northern West Bank were kidnapped. Hebrew sources announced that the Israeli occupation forces kidnapped several active Fateh members during a major procedure in Nablus and Jenin and then took them for interrogation. Other sources added that the Israeli occupation forces faced armed resistance during the kidnapping operations; they were targeted with three bombs and gunfire but no Israel injuries resulted, Israeli sources said. In Nablus, the Israeli occupation forces besieged the Kalbouna building in the west of Nablus city early on Friday morning. The building came under intense Israeli gunfire during the siege and one Palestinian man was injured before he was kidnapped and taken him to an unknown destination. The identity of the shot man is not yet known. Palestinian security sources reported that the four kidnapped men were named as: Yousef Mabrouk, Ahmad Hashash, Yousef Abu Layla and Moheeb Khatari. Palestinian security sources in the Jenin district added that the Israeli occupation forces broke into the village of Silat Al-Harithiya, north west of Jenin, and launched a search campaign in the village. The Israeli occupation soldiers then kidnapped Mohammad Izzat Tahir, 20, and took him to an unknown destination.
