Israeli occupation army invades Nablus city and nearby refugee camp, six civilians kidnapped

Israeli occupation forces invaded the northern West Bank city of Nablus and the nearby Askar refugee camp on Monday morning, searching scores of homes and kidnapping six civilians.

Local sources stated that among those kidnapped were Omer Al Hanbali, 32, Wissam Hassanin, 19, and Khalil Hashash, 34.

Witnesses reported that Israeli occupation troops fired randomly at residents' homes, forcing families out of their residences while the properties were searched.

The Israeli occupation army radio reported on Monday that its troops invaded several West Bank towns and cities, stating that they had kidnapped 21 so-called “wanted” Palestinians. Palestinian sources that the kidnapped persons are all civilians.

Israeli occupation army carries out military operations in Hebron area

The Israeli occupation army conducted wide scale military operations in different areas of Hebron City in the southern part of the West Bank, stating that the operation aimed to locate and arrest so-called “wanted” Palestinians.

Early on Monday morning, Israeli Army invaded the Al-Arroub refugee camp, near Hebron.

Local sources reported that a massive Israeli occupation force, supported by armoured jeeps, stormed the area and deployed throughout the city. Eyewitnesses reported that the army searched scores of homes, removing families from their residences, randomly opening fire on locals and kidnapping four civilians.

Local sources in the camp identified the kidnapped persons as Mohammed Al-Juniedi, 14, Mohammed Abu Ghazy, 14, Naji Amer, 14, and Mohammed Al-Azza, 20.

In a separate operation, the Israeli occupation army invaded Hebron City on Monday morning, invading several homes and detaining number of civilians at fixed and flying checkpoints.

Palestinian security sources reported that an Israeli military force conducted a thorough search of the house of Is'haq Al-Ja'abari. Al- Ja'abari was killed during an Israeli military operation on June 6, after the army ransacked his home, critically injuring his wife and four of his sons.

Local medical sources reported that his wife was declared clinically dead the following day.

After Al-Ja'abari’s house was searched, the Israeli military conducted a field investigation with a family member concerning the circumstances surrounding of Al-Ja'abari’s death.

The Israeli occupation army also carried out an operation in Wadi Al-Samn, south of Hebron City, invading and searching homes, no abduction were reported.

IOFs Kidnap 10 Citizens in WB

NABLUS, June 11, 2007, (WAFA)-

Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) kidnapped Monday morning ten citizens in the West Bank (WB) cities of Nablus and Hebron, security sources said.

They added that Israeli soldiers, backed by armoured vehicles, stormed Nablus city and its Askar refugee camp, launched a search campaign and kidnapped six citizens, leading them into an unknown location.

In Hebron city, the IOF stormed at dawn al-Arroub refugee camp, north Hebron city, conducted a search campaign and kidnapped four citizens, leading them into an unknown destination.
