Palestinian boy in Hebron injured by stone-throwing illegal Israeli settlers Date: 09 / 06 / 2007 Time: 21:42 Hebron – Ma'an – A Palestinian boy was injured on Saturday afternoon when illegal Israeli settlers threw stones at him near the Ibrahimi Mosque in the old city of Hebron, in the southern West Bank. Palestinian sources reported that Said Nafiz Atrash, aged 16, was injured and the glass of the ambulance, which arrived at the scene to transport him to hospital, was broken by stones thrown by settlers. Medical sources from the Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance service reported that "the ambulance went to transport the boy, following coordination with the Israeli army, but when the ambulance arrived at the scene the Israeli police banned it from transporting or treating him and a group of (illegal Israeli) settlers attacked the ambulance, breaking the glass. The police then took the boy to an unknown destination."
