Dutch Foreign Minister, Maxime Verhagen, warns Riwal company to cease work on illegal Israeli Land-Grab, Apartheid Wall Dutch government warns company to cease work on illegal Wall Monday July 09, 2007 15:42 by John Smith - IMEMC & agencies Maxime Verhagen, the Dutch Foreign Minister, has recently warned a Dutch company to cease all involvement in the construction of the illegal Israeli Ladn-Grab, Apartheid Wall that is currently in the process of confiscating many hundreds-of-thousands of Dunums of Palestinian-owned land for its construction. In a statement released to the press, the Foreign Minister indicated that he expected “Riwal [the company in question] to stop providing cranes for the wall,” adding that “I hope this will be the last we hear of it." The International Court of Justice (at the Hague) ruled the Wall illegal in 2004 and called on the Israeli administration to dismantle the illegal structure and pay reparations to all those affected by its construction.
