RAMALLAH, (PIC)-- 

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) before dawn Sunday kidnapped the chairperson of the Huda charitable society for women in El-Bireh city, Nada Al-Jayousi, from her home in Ramallah city.

The family members said that more than 20 IOF armored vehicles surrounded the home of Jayousi, 40, at 02.30 am Sunday before abducting her and asking for IDs of all family members.

The soldiers told her nine children that their mother would be held at the Maskobeh detention in occupied Jerusalem for interrogation.

The charitable society had been closed by the IOA in October last year.

Meanwhile, IOF command installed more roadblocks in the Nablus district further tightening the siege imposed on its various towns and villages.

For its part, the Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, on Sunday took the credit for firing six locally made rockets at Israeli targets from the Gaza Strip.

Four of those missiles were fired at Sderot and two at Askalan in the Palestinian lands occupied in 1948.

The armed wing said that two mortar shells were also fired on Sunday at the Israeli crossing of Erez north of Gaza.

Ramallah - Ma'an - 

Israeli occupation forces kidnapped on Saturday night an alleged  Islamic Jihad activist in the central West Bank city of Ramallah after they invaded the city.

Local sources in the city stated that the kidnapped man was not identified and that he was taken to an unknown destination.

Israeli sources confirmed that the Israeli occupation army kidnapped an alleged Islamic Jihad activist during an operation in the city. They gave no further details.
