AL-KHALIL, (PIC)--

IOF soldiers on Wednesday broke into and wreaked havoc on three mosques in Al-Khalil (Hebron) city at the pretext of searching for weapons, local sources reported.

The soldiers kidnapped three soldiers in the villages of Dura, Yatta and Edhna west of Al-Khalil city and earlier stormed a charitable society for the deaf and dumb in the same district.

Meanwhile, in response to IOF violence, the Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the Hamas Movement, said that its fighters fired five mortar shells at a group of IOF special forces east of Beit Hanun to the north of the Gaza Strip.

The armed wing warned the IOF that it would painfully strike Israeli targets in places unexpected if its troops did not desist from further atrocities in lines of the Palestinian people.

The national resistance brigades, the armed wing of the DFLP, also on Wednesday fired two locally made rockets at the Israeli crossing of Kerem Shalom in response to IOF crimes against the Palestinian people, according to the armed wing's statement.
