Gaza – Ma'an – 

A Palestinian citizen was killed by Israeli occupation forces on Monday, east of Al-Buraij refugee camp, in the central Gaza Strip.

Palestinian medical sources informed Ma'an that 43-year-old Farid Abu Tahir died on the eastern border of the Gaza Strip. The Israeli forces opened fire at him while he was cultivating his land.

Palestinian ambulance workers delivered the corpse to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the central Gaza Strip.

Earlier, the Israeli (propaganda) sources claimed that the military assassinated a Palestinian while he was attempting to plant a mine.

Resident dies of wounds sustained in Israel invasion to Khan Younis two weeks ago

Palestinian medical sources in Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, reported on Monday afternoon that one resident died of wounds sustained on August 14, during an Israeli military invasion to Abasan Al Jadeeda area, east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

The resident was identified as Mohammad Asfour, 25. He suffered serious wounds as fragments of one of the missiles fired by the army directly hit him in several parts of his body.

During the shelling, six Palestinians, including an elderly woman, were killed, and several other residents were injured.
